    -Initial estimate with options for upgraded paint selection costs.
*They pressure-washed the house a few days ahead of time.
*Taped and covered the house and ground.
*Caulked cracks, filled holes, and removed nails in the fascia (and more).
*Paint coverage was excellent.
*Re-caulked cracks before 2nd coat applied.
*Touched up everything that was needed.
*Cleaned up.
*Final inspection and payment.

I highly recommend Red Rock Painting! The owner, Ralph is professional and prompt. He came out to our home, as we needed the exterior painted and our fascia repaired in a number of places. A week later, his crew was at our house, patching cracks and prepping our house for paint! His pricing is competitive: not the lowest, not the highest - but we went with Red Rock because Ralph guaranteed his work for 5 years. (Other painters said two years.) His crew treated our home with respect and they were very careful not to damage plants and mature fruit trees as they painted around our perimeter wall. Now, our house is gorgeously painted and I have a painter to recommend to folks who need one. Definitely a 5-star experience!

H&Y was the first to respond to my project request for my son, who needed the interior of his house painted.  And they did a great job at a very fair price. My son was very pleased with their work.

I hired CertaPro painters to paint the exterior of my home and the block walls. They did a fantastic job. They were professional and very good at communication. Reasonable pricing too for excellent quality. My exterior stucco needed a lot of repairs. You would never know it now. I highly recommend them.

Worked with Adrian and his crew on a few things while we were doing a remodel. They always showed up on time and early to start work. They were a big help to us as we had a little more work needed than we initially thought. Will be using them again for a few other things as we complete our home remodel.

I contacted Kaleidoscope based on the strong Yelp reviews.  James came out within 24 hours, explained my options and sent me a formal bid/proposals shortly after leaving my house.  Everything was done exactly like he explained it would (on time and on budget).  The crew was meticulous with their work.  They also touched up areas they noticed needed touch ups (and didn't charge me).  They took pride in their work and to ensure I was delighted with the job.  I highly recommend Kaleidoscope.

Very personable gentleman that seemed more then eager to work with us with our project. Promised an estimate the next day with color suggestions. Now two plus weeks later still no estimate despite calls, texts and emails by my wife. I guess our job was less then big $$ enough and that all we needed was an honest statement from them to that effect.
And so the search for a willing painter continues.

I recommend Alex's Painting. The prices were reasonable, and the final job was great. You choose the brand of paint you want to use (Dunn Edwards or Sherman Williams recommended). Alex will purchase the paint to be used on the job.

I had my outside fence (block wall) painted prior to having my backyard remodeled. They did two coats in one afternoon, and I am very happy with the results.

I will definitely use Alex's Painting again when I have my house painted.

Unlike some of the other reviews, I can only complement Bob's crew for getting the entire  interior (ceilings, walls, doors, baseboards)  of my recently purchased 2700 sq. foot house painted before the moving van arrived.  Bob had his crew completed the job in 2 days working on a Saturday and Sunday. Carlos and Andrew did the final touch up and clean up to my satisfaction. They all did excellent work .  We are very pleased.  The price was consistent with other quotes, but no one could get the job done in the time frame we needed.  When I need the exterior of my house painted, I will call Bob again.

We just had Annie come out and refinish our garage door, and could not be happier. It looks AMAZING! We recently updated our house, and the garage door stood out as really orange and dated. After lots of research, we chose Annie based on great reviews and beautiful samples of her work. She and Liz did the work in 2 days, getting our input along the way, and the end result is better than we had imagined. It's a rich brown that hits all the right notes, and looks completely like real wood. She is truly an artist and also delightful to work with. We'll continue to recommend Frogstar to all our friends and neighbors!

One of the best experiences I've ever had within the service industry!  This local family owned painting company is one of a kind. The owner Brett is one of the nicest people I've ever met.  He made sure we were well cared for and happy.  His crew which was a fabulous guy named Will was just outstanding and a total perfectionist. He did an unbelievable job and in the end my elderly mother would have adopted them both. Lol. If you're looking for a painter.  I highly recommend Sun if you want to feel valued and well cared for. My husband and I had just purchased a new condo unit to rent. From the walk-through, we knew we would be getting rid of the floor-to-ceiling mirrors in the dining room. We also knew we couldn't DIY that job ourselves. We decided to get quotes from a few contractors to remove the wall mirrors, redo any drywall as necessary, patch and retexture. The first business we called showed up to give us a quote but was unavailable via phone or email for additional questions. The second contractor we contacted simply ignored us. The third time's the charm because my husband found Carlos and his crew here on Yelp. Carlos showed up for a quote as scheduled and quoted us a price that was half of what the other contractor wanted. We hired him immediately as we were motivated to continue work on our project. He and his crewmen showed up exactly on time and got right to work. He had those huge mirrors taken down INTACT in about 30 minutes. Since there was no drywall damage, scraping the old adhesive and retexturing the wall was all that was necessary. In a couple of hours the job was complete and you'd never know from looking that mirrors had once been in that room on that wall! My only regret is that I didn't hire Martinez Painting to also repaint the dining room. I've no doubt they would have done a fantastic job! I would definitely hire Carlos again and will be recommending Martinez Painting to everyone I know! Our project was in NW Mesa, so they are willing to travel to your job in the valley!

I chose to go with Ty--not just because he gave me a great price estimate--but because I wanted to support the smaller businesses.  All the other companies sent out technicians for the estimate (which is fine), but Ty is a one-man show.  At first I was concerned that the work may be a little substandard as the other companies seemed more professional, but Ty did such a spectacular job for me that I immediately asked him to do some work for my parents.  Not only did he do the electrical work for my parents, but he also replaced a section of drywall that had been previously damaged by a water leak.  Again, I was initially concerned about his drywall abilities, but he did such a great job with the patching and surfacing that the wall doesn't even need to be repainted.  I plan to use Ty for all of my handyman needs, not just electrical work

Eric did a fantastic job repairing the dry wall. He  had excellent communication about what the repair process would need to be as well.

Let me say Fresh Coat Of Glendale is not your run of the mill painting company!  Not only do they do painting, they do amazing things to cement flooring!  Highly recommended!!!

I finally got my receipt! Still upset that he had lied and said he would get it one night, now tells me he didnt have a way to get me a receipt! He wrote me an estimate, he could have hand written me a receipt too! But I finally got it once I put review on yelp.
