Best Siding in Phoenix AZ

We recently hired Rising Phoenix to paint the exterior of our house, our metal fence, two gates, and stain a door.   First, let me say that it took months for us to actually get approval from our HOA and Juan was extremely patient during the process.  He always stayed in contact, but not too much!   We obtained multiple bids and, while RP wasn't the lowest bid, it was Juan's responsiveness and professionalism that ultimately tipped the scales in his direction.   Throughout the process, Juan and his crew made every appointment and schedule they gave us.   He communicated constantly and we always knew what was happening.   At the end of the job, it took a couple of days for our schedules to mesh so we could do a final walkthrough and, unlike other contractors that we have hired, he wanted to be 100% sure we were happy before we paid the final balance.   Overall, it was a great experience and we would not hesitate to hire Rising Phoenix again.  Highly recommended!

The owner Justin was very polite and very professional about his work! They did an amazing job repairing our drywall and painting our new home! Quick turnaround from quote to complete job in less than a week! Very honest and reasonable pricing, especially considering that we had to have wallpaper removed and texture added to several of the walls before repainting. Friendly service every step of the way.  They were great about not making a mess too, which I really appreciated.  Had wallpaper removed, primed and painted 3 bedrooms, a kitchen, and huge living room all within 3 days, amazing!  Will absolutely use them again!

I just retired and moved full time in to the retirement home my parents built 27 years ago.  I have been making some cosmetic changes and wanted to revamp my cabinets . . in the kitchen, both bathrooms as well as the linen closet and the laundry room. All of them are solid oak but had a very dark stain and I wanted to lighten things up and modernize as well. Sun Painting gave me the highest estimate but Brett told me he would try to give me the old-fashioned barn wood like look to match the feature wall I personally built in the living room. After taking some floor tile and a piece of actual barn wood I had left over from my wall he brought over a sample and I was BLOWN AWAY!!  He took all the doors and draw fronts to his shop and allowed me to come see what he was doing anytime I wanted to come by or bring a family member to see. I could NOT have known how please I would be.  He took my verbally expressed vision and made it in to an aesthetically pleasing, hands-on visual masterpiece . . . and I am not easy to please!!  This was, for Brett, a labor of love, trying new techniques until he mastered the look that I wanted and then completing all the cabinets . . RIGHT ON SPOT!!!  Thank you also to my bathroom tile guy who verbally recommended Sun Painting. Is is true what they say about small towns:

We've had contractors through our home a lot since we purchased a new home and this team is up there as near the best.  They are reliable, on time, and the work is meticulous.  Highly recommend.

We had Vlad check out a wall in our home as a pre-purchase due diligence. He showed up to the appointment on time and was able to provide an estimate by the end of the next business day. His estimate report was less than ideal as he was unable to provide a breakdown of his pricing. His estimate was much more than expected because he wanted to cut into other walls. We did ask him to look at a ceiling, so I understand why he was providing information on that. After a slow process in trying to have him break down the pricing, he was able to give use an estimate on just the wall we needed repaired. We paid a $125 estimate fee in which we were advised that this could be applied to the wall repair when we were ready for it. Come a couple of weeks later and we are ready to fix the wall following purchase, Vlad has been non-responsive and not returned any of our efforts via phone call or text message. This lapse in communication is a serious red flag and I will not let someone that cannot even follow up with communication work on my house.  He was fairly responsive during our initial inquire, however now that we want the work done, we feel totally ghosted. Perhaps the job is too small for him to even bother? That's fine...just SAY SO. I even gave him a chance by reaching out via yelp before I wrote this review. He responded, but it was a very non commital response. If you can reply via yelp, why cant you call us back??

I am not one to write a poor review...so this is more so a cautionary tale for others. We are first time home buyers and wish that we had done a little more research about general contractors before moving forward with this company.

Roman answered my request for a painter. He did respond quickly. But, then when I got back to him and requested a time for him to come estimate I got crickets. You'd think he'd want the business.

This company painted most of the houses in our community. They did a great job, in a good amount of time for a reasonable price. I appreciated how well they cleaned/spray washed the house first.
