This is one of the best experiences with construction we have had. This company is responsive, does what they promise, keeps their schedule, is clear and communicates well regarding the job. And finished ahead of schedule.

I use YELP a lot and find reviews to be cornerstone to using services. I did not see any reviews on this company however I am more than pleased to write one today. We contacted all terrain among other companies to provide a quotation. They responded the fastest, and have met and exceeded all expectations. Their people are easy to deal with, process is simple and they do quality work. We need to do yard cleanup, sprinkler repairs, pre-emergent, post emergent and some arborist quotations. They worked with our schedule and were flexible to make changes I will use them again and highly recommend!

I contacted Raul for a yard clean up and he returned my call immediately and was professional, on time and reliable. He did an awesome job on the front yard to keep those HOA people happy! I was so happy with the results that I had him come & do the backyard as well. I would recommend Raul without any hesitation. Thank you Raul!

Jose came out the same day and filled out a couple of concrete trenches. He gave us the best quote and eta from all the other contractors. Happy with his service and would recommend him to anyone.

JR with Gaje Contracting is so great to work with.  He is an honest guy and won't try to get you to do something that doesn't need to be done.  
Jillian answers the phones and run the office.  She is also super great to work with.  I am a Realtor and when foundation issue come up, I always call them!

~We decided to fill in the living room of our home.   John (the owner) returned my call within an hour.  I sent him pictures and dimensions of the room and he texted back a price for the job and emailed a written estimate in 30 minutes! Of all the contractors I called, Midwest was the ONLY company to automatically include the placement of rebar to hold the concrete in place.
~All I can say about their work is this: John and his crew was on time, professional, friendly, knowledgable, efficient, clean, timely and meticulous!  Everything consumers hope for!
~ Added note: I didn't know anything about the necessity of rebar or other aspects of filling in sunken rooms but since Midwest did the job, SEVERAL other contractors who have come to our house to bid on other work have told me that Whoever did your concrete did a great job!  and asked for his info. for themselves.
~I got lucky I found a contractor like John views his work/company the old school way.  He cares and will do a great job for you too!!

Had an old plaster pool that was in need of some TLC reached out to multiple companies to figure out  timelines and costs. Pool Remodeling Brothers came through, they were competitively priced and there timeline from start to finish was just under 2 weeks. The final product looks amazing, can't wait to enjoy it this summer! Will definitely be calling when I'm ready to redo the pool deck.

Highly recommended, prompt service and excellent result! I am experienced with multiple properties in real estate and construction, believe me when I tell you these guys are good. I plan to use them again in the future.

If you're looking for a great landscaping company, look no further. I received an immediate response from the owner Paul who came out to personally asses the work that needed to be done. And this was a BIG job. He had a crew out to my home just 2 days later to start clean up of my front and back yard. Everything was overgrown and covered in debris. I needed several trees trimmed and all new rock.  Paul and his team gave me my beautiful yard back.  Professional, courteous and attentive and so much more. When I asked for a few slight changes it was not a problem. Paul listened to what I wanted and made it happen no questions asked. This company cares about their customers which is very hard to find these days.  A big thank you to Paul and his team for an amazing job!!! I would reccomend Happy Tree to anyone.

I requested a quote for repairing a lawn sprinkler that was broken underground on 27 June. I called today, 29 June and asked if they saw my request on Yelp. No answer to that. So I told him the issue and what needed fixing but he said he would have to come all the way from Chandler to Maricopa and would have to charge me just the distance fee. I would already be charge heavy on the labor for the repair in the first place. So if you want anything done from this company, make sure you live next door so they will not charge you a distance fee.

Chandler is not 1 hour away from Maricopa, it is only 30 minutes away. Phoenix is 1 hour away.

I manage a small garden style apartment in Phoenix, and needed asphalt repair and sealing and striping work done after major plumbing repair work that opened up my asphalt.

Ivan and his team did great work cleaning up the open trench, saw cutting where the asphalt was jagged, and doing additional compacting prior to the asphalt repair.

They also came back the following weekend to do the sealing work and striping. I wasn't able to be on-site, but had no problems trusting Ivan to do the job right and with quality.  His price was reasonable and fair. Though I paid more due to the extra asphalt needed, that was due to the plumber's work.

Highly recommend him and Wild West if you have any asphalt work.

On a whim last September my husband and I stopped in to investigate the possibility of upgrading our backyard. We knew kinda of what we wanted and just wanted to see what was out there.  We met with Cindy. She listened. Then Russell came over to introduce himself. What I wanted was a one stop shop.  I got it.  Selected patio cover, travertine pavers, shades. Arranged for an onsite inspection with Russell and got a price. We requested drawings for the HOA and they were delivered electronically. January 6, 2021 was start date & completed by January 20, 2021. We did wait 4-5 additional weeks for shades which we knew about in advance.  Kudos to Cory the GC.  No surprises. Shot out to all the installers Justin & Tyler for the education and top block install.   Note: We asked Cindy that we wanted a start date that would get all the demo & installs done in a row. That happened.  Now with a broken arm that keeps me at home - that space is a welcome addition!  THANKS

Called John for a quote and he happened to be in the neighborhood finishing another job and he came right over to give us an estimate (which he measured and calculated on the spot).  We were happy with the quote and the sample panels he carried in his truck, so we arranged to start work as quickly as possible.  He was able to fit us sooner than we expected (between Christmas and New Year's when most folks don't want contractors at their homes).   Unfortunately our job fell during one of the rare rainy periods here in AZ, so John and his crew had their work cut out for them.   They did an amazing job working around the conditions and we even added to the scope of our job mid-way through.  Everything looks great!  He gave us maintenance instructions to maintain the beauty of our new patio and decking and talked us through the whole process as we were going through it.  Always on time, courteous and thorough.  A pleasure doing business with John.    Job was to grind off prior patio surface and pool decking that was becoming delaminated (from a prior owner's negligence) and add new textured surface to patio, new pool decking, and new textured surface to front patio entry-way.   Great work!  Highly recommend!

I just had a concrete pad done and the job was done perfectly. Check them out if you need any concrete work done. I'll be using them again for other projects!

I got an appointment in a timely fashion and they were very pleasant when they came over but then never gave me a bid on the job. Very disappointing. Not sure why this happened as this ended up being about a $50,000 job which is a lot of $$to me. I ended up with great people so I'm glad they showed me who they were during the bidding (or lack there of) process so I didn't waste time and money on them.

Kendall was quick to respond to my inquiry and come by to provide a quote. He was knowledgeable and didn't attempt to upsell me. The price seemed fair so I moved forward with the project with his company. However, they were not very clear with scheduling and I received confusing dates from multiple sources. They rescheduled and then weren't clear when they would return.

Once the work was completed, they did a poor job- the tree stump wasn't ground down all the way, the crab grass was trimmed, not removed, and there was no weed barrier below the rock they installed, which was discussed at the time of the quote. It's also just basic practice when installing rock.

When I complained about the job, Kendall was apologetic and quick to make it right. The crew came back to fix these issues- again, the scheduling was confusing- but they did eventually make it back out. They essentially had to do the job twice because it wasn't done well the first time.

Overall I'm satisfied with the end result and the price, but as my first experience with a landscaping company I can say I'm not impressed. I applaud Kendall for making sure I was happy with the work, but all the other issues mean it's unlikely I'll hire them again.

I can't think of anyone else I would rather hire to take care of my lawn.  Big Nick's Lawn Care is the best overall landscaping and maintenance company in the area by a long shot.  Working with them was easy and they guarantee their work.

We had a traditional pool deck that was over 20 years old and badly in need of replacement. After obtaining three bids, we went with David and Deck Services. A real pleasure to work with! Estimate process was simple and straight forward. He answered all our questions in a timely manner, responded to e-mails/phone calls quickly and had samples available of the drain replacement and color options. Fortunately, he had an opening to begin work immediately.
This is an incredibly messy job but Adrian and his assistants were fantastic about cleaning up at the end of each day! They protected our pool so clean up was not nearly as bad as we feared. Adrian is a master at what he does and was so helpful with some additional feature choices.
The job was finished within the stated time frame - actually they finished early.
The final product is AMAZING! We are beyond thrilled with the results!
I would definitely and forever recommend David and Deck Services.
