Best Concrete Repair in Phoenix AZ

These guys, Charlie (the boss) Manuel and CT (Charlie #2) were great. The Charlies came out to my house to bid the job. They worked with me to recycle the block and did without a hitch. They showed up and did the work in short order but done well. They also did some excellent work around a palm tree that was planted WAY to close to the wall by a previous owner of the house.  Custom area for roots to grow under the wall so as to not heave it. They lost daylight and switched to head lights to finish. In the morning not a trace was to be found. The wall looks awesome!!!! You can't go wrong hiring these guys.

We had Alfredo out in 2020 to install some concrete around the outside of our house where we were having rodent problems. He and his crew created a great usable patio space that has done an excellent job keeping pets and moisture out of the crawl space. They also added a sloped barrier to one side of the home where we were concerned that irrigation could get in. Highly recommend him and his team as they are creative and do solid work.

I have used Silva Bros. for 2 separate driveway expansion projects at rental properties I own in Central Phoenix.

He and his team are prompt, professional, and do stellar work.

The cherry on top is their very reasonable pricing.

We contact Lumby Concrete to help us with a sidewalk grading issue.  Our sidewalk was sloped towards the home and during our monsoon rains, water would seep up into the walls.  Travis came out and assessed our sidewalk, he immediately noticed the issue and a couple others we didn't notice.  

On April 28, 2020, Travis and his crew setup our site for the pour the following day.  They even worked around our AC company that had to remove the AC unit so the concrete could be replaced.  Lumby Concrete was professional, punctual and did an exceptional job on our new concrete and slight regrading.

We waited to write this review until we had our first monsoon rain and the work is spot on, we would highly recommend Lumby Concrete to any friend or family member.

Daniel, our salesman and project manager, worked with us to create a perfect backyard at our new home.  Diamond Stone put in artificial turf and pavers to extend our patio and walkway to the front gate.  They were efficient, did beautiful work and cleaned up everything when they finished. The workers on the job were friendly and helpful as well!

WOW! Can't believe the work Jose, his son Alejandro, and friend Julio did today!! First, they were here bright and early right when they said they'd be, 6:30 am. They reinforced the base of our pool wall facing an alley that was crumbling and becoming unstable. We talked with other craftsman and decided to go with Jose because of his well-thought our solution and reasonable estimate. And they are really nice.  They worked efficiently, and got the task done with a minimum of noise and disruption. Nine hours our wall is fixed - with a sturdy, rebar-reinforced bumper the length of the section. They cleaned up so nicely after themselves ... all I can say is WOW!! We would hire Jose every time we needed concrete or paver work done.

I saw the reviews on JM Concrete before I called them. Jordy came out, priced the job, very fair price and finished with no issues. We decided to install a new patio and same thing, came out, gave us a fair price and did a great job! We will definately use them again for our next big project! Thanks Jordy!

We didn't have a big project, but Dave and his team treated us like we did.  They were communicative, on time, honest, reliable, and reasonably priced.

I'm very impressed with this company! I requested several quotes for a tree stump removal and not only did this company come back with the lowest quote but they also were available to do the job the following morning at 9am.

They arrived earlier than the scheduled time, which I was happy with, and were very courteous, efficient, professional and removed the tree stump within one hour.

I highly recommend this company and will definitely be using them in the future.

It was easy to arrange my appointment. He was very professional and polite. As you can see from the before and after pics my backyard was really bad. He did a really good job and i would use his company again.

Robert and his crew did an excellent job on replacing our back fence with a sturdy brick wall 90 feet wide. They took great care on not doing any damage to our property and built a fantastic wall. Very professional from start to finish. I would highly recommend them for your wall needs.

Last year, my driveway (which looks like bare concrete) began showing what looked like calcium rising to the surface (I think it's called efflorescence) and the surface started peeling away in spots.  My handyman/ contractor was confident that he could resurface & paint my driveway.  He did his best but after a few months, the driveway started peeling again. In hindsight, I should have hired someone with the right expertise.  

Early this year after doing a Yelp search, I was directed by another contractor to Adis. He felt strongly that my handyman had made things worse but he was confident he could make it look significantly better and he did.  There were a few delays but they were due to materials he needed taking longer to arrive than originally quoted to him. I decided to wait a few months before writing this review because I wanted to see how it looked over time and am happy to report that it still looks great.  He's honest and straightforward, and I highly recommend Adis for this type of work and I see he does a lot more than just driveways. Let him help you and you won't regret it.

Great quality block wall. Eric and team were easy to work with. Started right away and got it done in 2 days. His team clearly takes pride in theIr work. I will for sure use Eric again on future projects.

My housekeeper poured vinegar all over my stained concrete floors which burned through the sealer and left terrible marks. I called Jed, and he came over two times to help me fix the issue. He figured it out and he even gave me the materials to fix it on my own. I offered money and he refused. Keep in mind,  that he didn't install the floors in the first place. I would recommend him anytime someone needs anything to do with stained concrete flooring.

Pool Deck re-surfacing project went great, 2 days to complete the job, very neat and professional. I had the old deck removed, they fixed 4 cracks that were pretty deep, re-textured and then put the color on. I was very happy with the finished project. My pool guy said it's the best that I have seen

Mel was very professional and did a great job pouring concrete for our dog kennel. I would recommend him and hire him again.

Had our Kool Deck resurfaced and it looks wonderful.  It took 2 days to complete and the experience from start to finish was very positive. Communication was prompt and Dave, the owner, was on site both days to ensure the work was done properly. I will definitely use them again in the future.

We had Bob and his team do some stucco work on our house. They were fast and efficient.  They made sure to do a complete job and filled in any spots that we pointed out. Bob walked the property with me and gave us some good ideas on what we can do with the exterior paint and bird problem. Their stucco job was neatly done and seamless.

Metro Concrete installed a complete front patio and overlay on my front driveway.  They were on time and on schedule for every appointment, and the job was done in a timely manner.   I am so happy with the finished product.  Thank you for all your help, making my front yard look amazing.  I will recommend them to everyone.
