The quoting process with these guys was amazing as is their work quality.  Best price initially, but it was going to be 2-3 weeks because they are in high demand. Although I had no urgent need, I was extremely happy to find out there was a cancellation in three days and that they could fit my project in on Friday. Forms were installed Thursday and today, Friday, I have a beautiful salt finished patio exactly to my specification. I love these guys. I can't say enough about their professionalism, quality of work, attention to detail and spotless clean up. Plus they were finished more than an hour earlier than their commitment. I recommend Mike, Travis and their team very highly for any concrete needs. You'll be more than happy with the result.

Had a great experience using this company!  The owner, Mel, is a Johnny-On-The-Spot sort of guy.  Very personable and eager to please.  He did a superb job of grinding old paint off of my sidewalk and driveway and then acid staining them to perfection.  I highly recommend this company for all of your concrete needs.  Specialty Concrete is a Full-Service concrete company that does all types of concrete work.  Call them....you'll be glad you did!

Great outcome on our new pool deck thanks to the team at New Look Kool Deck. The owners, Dave and Kelly Sheehan, agreed to take a risk on a new thermo-plastic material called  Flecks Systems.  My wife and I were in awe of this coating when at a resort in Las Vegas.  It was 115 degree day and we could walk barefoot on this stuff. We had to install it around our pool in Surprise, AZ.  Dave got his team certified by Flecks Systems and we were on our way.  The trowel team led by Angel and Tim were great. Very skilled guys.  Kelley was fantastic and served as Air Traffic Control having to coordinate working with a new company, freight companies and to meet scheduling timelines.  She provided great service.  The team did a great job.  My wife and I feel we got a great result.  I strongly recommend you call Dave and pick this family owned business for your project.

Metro Concrete installed a complete front patio and overlay on my front driveway.  They were on time and on schedule for every appointment, and the job was done in a timely manner.   I am so happy with the finished product.  Thank you for all your help, making my front yard look amazing.  I will recommend them to everyone.

Highly recommend! I had a small residential project, needing some concrete removed. Other quotes were 2-4 times as high. Caesar was easy to communicate with and the work was done efficiently and quickly. We also ended up having the team come back to add some rock to our yard and remove a couple other things. I would definitely use them again.

We called Russ to replace our rotten staircases.
It turned out that there was also a structural damage behind the attached wall, which is not easy to fix, in general.
Russ is very pleasant to communicate, hard working and very knowledgeable.  You can tell Russ takes a great pride in his work and that shows in the results!

Just want to say I rarely yelp but Rick was amazing and his professionalism shouldn't go unnoticed. I am a relatively new homeowner with minimal experience when it comes to foundation issues. Rick assured us our problems were more or less natural from settling, especially since several of our neighbors flood irrigate. Even though we were told that these issues were nothing major he still checked the leveling to verify. He was also able to refer us to a colleague of his to seal the foundation. Overall, Rick is a very nice guy that is knowledgeable and ethical. I would recommend him to a friend and definitely do business with him again.

Hired Valleywide to tear down a house so we could make way and get ready for new construction

We needed to remove the existing house but leave the slab so we could build the new house around it and the valleywide team did a great job

They were priced well, did the job efficiently and cleaned up the site afterwards. Was very satisfied & would recommend

I called Adis late last night to see if he could help smooth out a concrete patio we had poured over the weekend. He made time to come by today as soon as he was free and spent almost an hour discussing options with me. Ultimately we decided that grinding the patio won't help with the real issue, which is the patio itself. He educated me on industry standard and helped recommend a concrete contractor who is going to have to redo our patio. I'm so thankful that Adis came took the time to help me in such a dire situation. His professionalism and trustworthiness go unmatched. I would recommend him in a second!

Not cool that 6 months after application, my Cook Deck coating on patio has cracks.   Took a month to get someone from Sledge Concrete Coatings out to take a look and as I predicted they accepted no blame for the cracks.  According to Richard, the owner, the  cracks were not their fault. More precisely the previous patio covering was to blame, which by the way had no cracks or other problems.  (I just wanted something new.)  Of course, I have buyer's remorse not just because of the cracks but because the overall look of the Cool deck is very disappointing.

We selected this company to do our pool decking that was in desperate need of repairs. We get the pricing was very reasonable and fair and they were able to start the job pretty quickly. Considering the heat the job took a couple extra days but that's Ok because the results are outstanding. Gustavo answered all of our questions and kept us informed along the way. You won't be disappointed and always willing to hire family owned businesses first.

I asked for quotes on my 3 car garage, Mario was quick to respond, and came out the same day to take measurements and talk me through the process.  Knowledgeable and freindly, competitively priced.  After talking to five different companies, Mobile Blasting was the clear winner.

Once the job started, I was impressed by the amount of effort put into prepping the garage floor - our house was built in 1979, and that floor has seen some things.  Stains, holes, cracks everywhere.  Nothing was rushed, and they meticulously restored the floor to the point it was unrecognizable...and that was before the epoxy went down.  These guys care about quality.

I can't say enough how happy I am with my garage floor, and my genius decision to choose Mobile Blasting.  Hell, yes - I recommend them!

Another contractor built an addition to my home with a substandard Foundation. I contacted Arizona Foundation Solution for a fix. Ryan Tracy came out and soon had a solution. But the best part of this experience has been working with Victor Mendoza and his crew. They were so professional and caring. They treated my home like their own and left the job site in better shape then they actually found it. If you have Foundation issues call AZ Foundation Solution and ask that Victory and his crew perform the work.

I never write reviews but this company is HORRIBLE so I felt compelled to write a review. Didn't want others to do business with this company and have the same experience we did. We asked for a quote, which took forever to get. Following the quote we were supposed to get samples to pick a color which we never got - finally they delivered it the day before we were scheduled to have our pool deck done (we had to call and ask for it twice that day). The day we were scheduled, they never showed - just didn't show up. We tried calling to see what happened, no one answered our calls, no one phoned us back. They are horrible. We had an entire renovation of our backyard and this was the last step to be finished prior to our son's 8th birthday party and they just no showed. I will be calling the better business bureau as well. HORRIBLE.

The cabinets are falling apart. There are patches of unpainted walls. Also, the painters cleaned their brushes and stuff in the master bath toilet and clogged it. I let it slide...but its been eating me up. They didn't take the nails out of the walls, so there are parts that i have had to to back and repaint. Why am I doing this? Especially adhering having PAID someone to do it. The floor is uneven because it should have been leveled before laying the flooring.  If you go with them, don't let Jaime do the cabinetry.  The door under the sink has broke off, and another door is coming off.  Im so dissapointed.  I feel i have wasted a great deal of money, energy and emotion on this project. Its better than it was.... :(

I caution everyone about using these guys to repair your foundation.  He scarred off my buyers and cost me sale of my house and the purchase of my new home by telling them that we had extensive damage and was even rude to them while he was at my property doing the inspection. I have since had two other Foundation companies inspect the property and both of them have said that the damage is moderate and there is no current foundation issues and will better than new post repair.  Both of these companies are half the price and offered multiple year warranties for their work.  One of them said Concrete Repairman is using sub-par materials and doesn't do quality work, which from the other reviews, sounds about right to me.  Anyone that posted a 5 star review either got lucky or didn't shop around to see what other, more qualified companies are charging for this type of work.
