My wife and I decided that we wanted to replace our old cracked concrete driveway with pavers. Seeing a number of houses that were recently renovated in our neighborhood convinced us that this would add a lot of curb appeal to our home. Since this was a major expenditure, I interviewed and got written estimates from six different contractors!

Marc came to our home, listen carefully to what we wanted to accomplish, took careful measurements, and gave us a written estimate on the spot. We knew from the other contractors that we wanted a driveway that was three-cars wide, small retaining walls on either side, and Holland dark gray pavers Laid in a herringbone design. Marc's bid was highly competitive, and he followed it up with a written contract for our review - which is always a sign of a professional.

His team of three men were always on time, terrifically detail oriented, and conscientious, completed the job on time, exactly on budget, and completed two other small projects in the backyard -- one with marble pavers.

Now several of our neighbors want to know who to call to replace their old driveways pictures.

I called this company after seeing positive reviews online. Marc called me back to ask for pics of the areas that needed repairs. After sending him pics, a week had gone by without a response. I sent another text, and still did not receive any communication.

These guys keep sending out ads in the home magazines so we gave them a call. MANY calls actually. Also emailed them wanting to get a quote. No one ever called back or responded to the emails. Very rude, poor way to do business. You may be busy now, but things will slow down at some point and people will remember the type of business you run.

We absolutely love our travertine patio and pool deck. Marc, the owner, gave us a very competitive quote and responded to all our requirements. Romero and Javier, who did the stone work, were very detail-oriented and you can tell that they have many years of experience. We were especially impressed with the coping work around the pool. Gorgeous!

We have had so many compliments from friends and family. We also love the travertine we picked out from QDI Surfaces. We had a question about the sizes and Mark met us at QDI to make sure that we got the stone sizes we wanted. He and his team were very responsive throughout the process. We highly recommend 360 for your project!

Our pavers project was quite challenging and a bit complex, given all of the curved edges in our pool, patio and front entry walkway areas. Marc did an excellent job scoping out the project, also letting us know about some drainage problems and opportunities to make our landscaping come together as a whole.

We could not be more pleased with the final result: A well laid out, eye pleasing expanse of travertine pavers and matching tile on our BBQ bar. Javier and the crew spent countless hours on the pool edge and other areas. All of this in the heat of summer - 117 degrees on some of the days. Excellent workmanship and good attention to detail.

This kind of high quality, dependable custom work is hard to come by. So, our sincere thanks to 360 Pavers, Marc and his team for a job very well done!

I scheduled an on-site job review and estimate for 1pm. They no called, no showed and after waiting 10 minutes past 1pm I called them. The guy said he would be there in another 30 minutes. Really? So you cannot call, text, email or otherwise communicate to let me know they will be 40 minuets late?!?! I have a very busy schedule and cannot wait on a job site until you decide to show up. If you say you will be there at 1pm, be there at 1pm.
If you are running a few minutes behind, call and let the customer know. Don't no call, no show and expect the customer to wait 40 minutes! Very unprofessional. Needless to say they lost the job.

Thank you Marc, we sure love our new beautiful block wall fence. You and your crew did a great job. Due to the COVID pandemic there were some delays in you being able to get all the building materials but it was well worth the wait. People need to just be patient and they too will have a beautiful result. I would highly recommend 360 Custom Masonry & Pavers.

We had brick pavers installed by another party about 5 years ago. We hated the job that was done from day one. Marc and his team pulled them out and installed 1140 sq ft of travertine. I can't say enough positive things not only about the work these guys did, but about how Marc's only concern was that my wife and I were happy with the work and he assured us every step of the way. We had Marc and his team install pavers in front court yard for our Sunlakes home 2 years ago. We had them return April 2018 to do driveway, now our home looks amazing. 360 Custom Masonry should be on you phone speed dial if you have a project that you want done right.

I was I bit worried about hiring off of Craigslist but 360 masonry was a good find. Mark was very helpful and got the work done quick. His prices were far better then any other quotes I received. The pavers and synthetic grass came out awesome. I would recommend 360 masonry to any family or friends.

Saw an ad on craigslist so I called explaining that I needed block skirting installed on a manufactured home I have in Buckeye. I sent them pictures of the place and even gave the dimensions of the parameter which are 210 Linear foot x 3 ft tall. Multiple times they were going to get back with me on the cost but never did. Finally got tired of calling them. I started to feel like I was bothering them by trying to get a estimate LOL. I don't understand why post ads looking for work if you don't want the work and are just going to blow off potential customers? If the jobs too small fine I can understand that but don't give me your word that you will get back to me with a price and then never call.

I contacted him to get an estimate on a 120ft 6ft fence in Phoenix. He mentioned, he would get back to me after looking at the property. However, after several attempts, he just ignored my messages. As mentioned before, it is acceptable if a project is not appealing or too small. However, it not ok to waste other people time and delay project schedules. When I get estimate, I like to be fair and make sure to give an equal opportunity to all contractors to respond. Thus, I sometimes delay a decision until all estimates are in. Anyway, this review doesn't reflect on the quality of their work, but on their management.

A paver job down the street caught my eye. I contacted them and they recommended 360 Custom Masonry and Pavers. I had a block wall renovated and enlarged and a large front patio done in interlocking pavers. They did such a beautiful job that I had them add stacked slate on three large pillars. They even allowed me to buy my own flagstone and cut it for the pillar toppers which saved me money. The job was quality from start to finish. Thank you, Mark!

Marc's crew did an amazing job on the paver installation in my back yard. We had approximately 2200 sqft installed and TONS of concrete and debris removed - they did it all. I was concerned with the possibility of flooding after heavy rain storms. The crew paid special attention to ensuring a slope for proper drainage away from the house. Marc was quick to respond via phone or text. I highly recommend Custom 360 and will go with him for future projects!

I researched several companies before choosing 360 Masonry & Pavers for my backyard project. I chose them because they were licensed, accredited, had great reviews and great prices and they were able to do several things for me that others couldn't which included installing artificial grass, fixing a block wall and covering an uneven patio with pavers which includes a 5 year warranty. Although I have to agree with others that getting a commitment from them as to when the job would be done was frustrating, took longer than I would have liked and we had some challenges along the way, I can't say enough about Marc's professionalism, honesty and care for his customers. No matter what the issue was he always said he would make it right with patience and understanding and he did. He didn't charge a single dime for the project until it was done and I was satisfied, even though I offered. Although that may not be the normal routine, I certainly appreciated the mutual trust we had. He cared about his customers satisfaction with the job and not just making a quick buck. I'd rather work with someone who is hard working and respectful than a fancy salesman. They did a beautiful job with the layout and pattern of the pavers and although my square patio I asked for turned out to be a half circle, it was clearly the better way to go as it flowed better with the rest of the yard. All in all, I love what they did and I would definitely hire them again.

Called for a price quote and the owner did not seem to want my business. Phone call was rushed and lasted exactly 51 secs long before the conversation ended. Too bad because we really were interested in giving them our business.
