What a great experience! I contacted Bram Flooring through Yelp's Request a Quote feature based on their great Yelp reviews, and I'm so glad I did. My condo had hardwood flooring throughout the main living area, but the bedroom was carpeted and I wanted to have the hardwood extended into the bedroom. I had a few flooring companies come out for a quote, and Virgil at Bram was the most professional and knowledgeable. The pricing was also very reasonable. Since I live in a condo, I needed to have a special sound underlay installed, and Virgil knew exactly what needed to be done. The installers had the job done within a day, and they did an amazing job. They also left the place very clean. The entire experience from start to finish was exactly what I had hoped for.

We called Mario and team for the rescue for a failed DIY flooring project. Mario came for an estimate timely and the team was there to rescue us within the week and finish the work in 2 days! Recently discovered that our 2nd story terrace was badly rotted in the floor. Called a few contractors but many did not want to tackle this job involving installing a new subfloor.
Well Sammy from Floor Coverings Intl, did, and they did a great job! Put in 3/4" exterior plywood screwed & glued to the framework, then screwed and glued 1/2" backboard to that, then 2 coats of RedGuard, then thinset cement & beautiful tiles. We like the border tiles too!

This is a quality operation. Everything they did was high quality.
We are very happy now!

I had the wonderful experience of doing a 3 bathroom  remodel with Phoenix Home Remodel in the fall of 2019. The entire team was extremely professional, easy to communicate with, reasonably priced and fabulous to work with. From the initial meeting with Jeremy to the final walk through, they made the entire process easy and manageable. Loved the app to track the whole process, loved when Mark was able to explain my vision to plumbers, glass, tile and the many other trades that we were working with. If you are ready to remodel, give them a call.

The tile and plumbing job for a remodeled bathroom was completed with precise attention to detail. The prep, and installation of both floor and wall tile were professionally completed. The project remodel looks like the way it should be, Brand New. Wonderful service, and came to work in a timely manner as promised.

5 STARS! Joe is an absolute professional with a superior focus on customer service and lightning fast communication. Joe's team of installers did an amazing remodel including a new travertine floor, wood grain tile bathroom, 2 shower surrounds including one with travertine and glass mosaic and one with marble tile and mosaic, fireplace stone surround, and travertine backsplash.

One conversation is all it took to know Optimum was the right choice for our project. Joe was very thorough before our project started laying out the timeframe, expected costs, and made me feel at ease by taking the time to answer all of my questions. While I was working with him I felt like I was his one and only client. He is extremely reachable and patient, which is very hard to find in the industry.

Throughout the project Joe and the installers were extremely professional and helpful. When problems arose they were dealt with immediately, making the process extremely easy. They would make suggestions to improve our design and execute our ideas with a level of quality you would only expect at a much higher price point.  

Joe and his team take pride in their work and it shows with the finished product. We are extremely satisfied and would absolutely recommend them. We contracted Clear Choice to put some tile in our house upstairs, about 1200 ft.² of it. It was a very big job. I looked around and got quotes from other places for about two weeks and clear choice came in lowest. From the moment I contacted them, through the quote process and through installation they were very communicative and professional. They were even able to install tile that I had already picked out in order to match what I had existing.. and picked it up and delivered it for free. I dealt with John throughout the quote process and he was very professional, always getting back with me promptly. He even drove to my house in Peoria all the way from Gold Canyon so that I could put down a deposit and signed the contract. He came back to check on the job midway through, and even dropped off some additional tile when the the installers ran a little short, with no additional charge to me. The installers were great too, very nice and always on time, and the main installer spoke English well so communication was never an issue. Overall I am very happy with the results, as my husband too (who can be ridiculously picky sometimes!). I would highly recommend working with clear choice for your flooring.. they don't disappoint.

Brian & team did a fantastic job at refreshing the look of our Saltillo tile floor. They gave it a good cleaning, changed the grout (to a color complementary to the tiles, per our preference) and re-sealed the whole thing. The floor now looks amazing! So glossy and bright.
Dealing with everyone on the team was nice and easy as well. They are professional and continually responsive to our needs.  We also like the fact that the job was completed exactly as scheduled

Outstanding job and extremely impressed with this company. What I really liked is they have their own company workers that do the work and not subcontracting or picking up extra help as the job requires. They are very busy and had to wait a few months before they came out the the entire bathroom shower renovation was superb. Solid Home Renovations (SHR) - 5 stars doesn't do this company justice, there needs to be another level for outstanding businesses that consistently exceed their customer's expectations. If extremely high quality and unwavering integrity at a very reasonable rate are your top criteria for hiring a general contractor to perform your next home improvement project, you need look no further than Solid Home Renovations.

Thinking back on any other past experiences that my family and I have ever had in hiring someone to have something in our home installed, fixed, remodeled, etc., no other company, team or person for that matter, has even come close to providing the level of quality and service that I've received from Danny and his team. Not only does Danny seem to be a "jack of all trades", but in rare fashion he's also proven to be a master of them all as well - he and his team know and perform their work with passion and precision.

I initially asked Danny if he could perform needed repairs on 1) a shower valve in our master shower (not being fully secured to the wall) and 2) re-flushing our main entrance door as well as a pair of outside-leading bedroom French doors to correct significant gaps due to being unevenly mounted to the frames (beyond a simple weather stripping fix) - this was allowing for heat to enter, conditioned air to escape and basically laid out a welcome mat for all sorts of insects, spiders, etc. While assessing the guest shower (sharing a common wall with the master shower), Danny noticed that the valve there was missing a sleeve/backing which prevents water from collecting behind the shower wall - he took care of that for us as well. Also, in the interim between contacting SHR to schedule the appointment and the date of service, I discovered a leak stemming from the kitchen sink (water leaking out of the exterior wall). I gave Danny a quick call and asked if he could take a look at it when coming out to perform the other work (assuming he would diagnose the problem and schedule a separate appointment to perform the fix at a later date). Danny and his team arrived early the scheduled morning and not only performed all the repairs discussed on the initial quote, but also repaired the leak. As if that weren't enough, Danny went over and beyond to address several additional details - which included making adjustments to our water pressure and temperature (water heater) to achieve comfortable settings.

Sort of like a mechanic, it's difficult to nearly impossible to find someone you can trust, that will perform quality work, without the fear of being monetarily taken advantage of. Solid Home Renovations hits on all cylinders - high quality, trustworthy and integrity - all at an extremely reasonable rate. Danny and his team are now my "go to" for any home improvement needs I may have in the future. Now, if I could only find a good mechanic...

I needed a new contractor to do some renovations on our new home so we turned to Yelp and and found shepherd contracting. We used Thomas and his team when my new home needed some updating. The communication was above and beyond. We love our new bathrooms and will post updated photos soon!

After a bad experience three years ago with another flooring company, I was nervous, but everyone I worked with from concept to scheduling and installation was professional,  honest, and hard working.  The work they did is amazing, and they finished a day AHEAD of schedule! Rosa came out for a property tour. She was a much better talker then she was a listener. She talked continously, speaking over us as if we weren't in the room. She was rude to say the least. I believe that she does not like men because she constantly spoke over me. She knew how she was going to remodel my home. She didn't care for any input.
She said she would get us an estimate by Friday, October 15. As of October 18 we have not heard from her. Not a very good business practice but probably a blessing.

Mosqueda renovation is great,  there response time was fast and Oscar was quick with the consolation. We got our bathroom remodeled and him and his team did a great job and it only took 10 days  total! Definitely recommend

This team did a fantastic job remodeling our shower. Every person that came into the home was great to work with, we did experience some delays due to errors in material processing but everything was communicated and handled in an exceptional manner. We did have a question near completion but Dion setup a follow up with the responsible party and was able to correct my concerns. Looking forward to having Dion and team quote future projects.
