We had our bedroom carpet replaced about 8 months ago. There are already heavy traffic patterns. When I bought the carpet, it wasn't top of the line, but the salesman assured me it would last at least 5 years.
I called C of AZ. I had gentlemen come over - both agreed that a good carpet cleaning would be in order, and we would go from there. They sent the carpet cleaner over, he did a great job and C of AZ picked up the bill.
That was 2/10 it's now 2/22, and I have yet to see or hear from  the C of AZ guy.
I called yesterday to ask when the follow up would be and was told I would hear from them the next day .... Or not.
I know very little about carpet. What I do know is that I was sold cheap carpet at a premium price.

Excellent job carpeting a tricky stairwell. Fair prices, quick and communicative. Would definitely consider for future projects.

Completely happy with the service!  We checked out a few other companies and after seeing the ratings and comments for "I Clean Carpets" we had to see if they were as good as everyone says.  We are happy to give a 5-Star rating as well.  Rob and Dean were courteous, reliable, efficient, competitive and did a fabulous job on our carpets.  They look brand new!  There isn't one stain that wasn't removed......even stains that we thought may never come out.

I've had these guys do tile work in our rental house, Payson house and Valley house.  I've been happy with all the work done  The Payson house had some exceptional challenges and the results were perfect.  Good group of guys, I would recommend them.

Chris flat out rocks.  He is the owner/operator and takes great pride in his services.  He stretched out a 15 year old carpet that had developed lots of "traffic wrinkles" over the years and it now looks new.  I found him extremely intelligent and knowledgeable about carpet mfrg and wear phenom which gives him great results when trying to figure out how to best fix worn or damaged carpets.  Honest and very good communication.  He has to book out a few weeks, but that's just an indication of how popular he is.  Highly, highly recommend Chris.
