From start to finish Native Sun was a pleasure to work with. Brad, the salesman, was very professional and explained everything clearly. He was very helpful in answering my many questions. Helen in the office was very pleasant and prompt in booking my installation. Dale and John were my installers and everything went smoothly and quickly. I worked with Mark several years ago on some sunscreens. I just recently asked Mark to give me an estimate on some work.  I am shocked that Mark's quote was twice the amount of the second quote I received.  My recommendation:  do your homework and get at least two quotes to compare.  There is no misinterpretation on my part:  I was very specific as to what I needed and the second company checked all the boxes here too.

Our carport and park model window screens were installed by the end of August 2021. We received exemplary service from the installers and very high quality product from the manufacturing facility. The coordinator and installers were sensitive to our needs, kept us informed, and were customer-centric in all their interactions. We can highly recommend this firm, its products, and its staff.

We needed a gate put into our backyard view fence. Dave with Top Shelf Welding did an outstanding job! The gate is seamless with the existing fence. It's sturdy, well put together and perfectly level. You can't tell this wasn't a part of the original build!

Dave was reliable and communication was easy and prompt.  We were given a date that wasn't very far out and he showed up on time! If you need someone, don't hesitate to call! We couldn't recommend Dave enough!

Most unprofessional, unkind, threatening, emotionally charged, inept, business that I've encountered to date. I'm glad that I had a chance to verify this in-person. Word of mouth is powerful. The dozens of different businesses that I engage with daily. I'm glad to make this company an example at every talk, and conference that I attend throughout Arizona. We need to ensure to keep the good businesses open, and let fade out the ones who don't treat their neighbor with human decency.

Had a nice conversation about repairing a chain link fence post at the grandparents home. Estimate sounded within reason and an appointment was set. They waited all day and no call or show. Disappointed.
