i called to get an estimate and both the owner & girlfriend/wife both came to the estimate i'm disabled so i asked if they could help hang some security lights and drill a few holes for me and the owner said no problem (he would do it free but i was going to give him something anyway for doing that for me) he said it would only take a few minutes and he would not charge me. so we agreed on a price but when they sent me the invoice to approve before .. to do the work there was an extra $100.00 to hang 2 security lights.. so i canceled...i hate surprise changes....what i'm saying is the $100.00 for the security lights were never mentioned in our conversation until the invoice was sent so that was just an unexpected shock..that's all i'm saying. i'm just a disabled woman that needs to know where every dollar is spent due im on a budget.

We had some damage to our back gate - Joel fixed several boards, re-stained them and put user-friendly latches on both doors. Joel was absolutely wonderful to work with - fast response, a great communicator, even sent me video of the work he did (we live down in Phoenix and rent the house). Pricing was very reasonable - I would work with him again in a heartbeat! Thank you Joel!!

Oh, for those who think I write reviews for businesses for pay, I don't!  I just believe businesses who offer superior products and services deserve to be recognized!

We finally got our doors put in.... And we are absolutely OBSESSED!!!  we signed the contract on Mothers Day (5/8/22), installation date was set on 6/7/22, installation was done 7/14/22. The tech called me the morning of and gave me a window of arrival of 11am- 12pm, I don't recall his name but he texted me when he was 10 min away and arrived on time. It took him just under 2.5 hrs to complete the installation. We had our main front door and our side gate door replaced. The door is heavy and solid, very good quality. He answered my questions, he cleaned up after himself. Very nice! Our doors are amazing. Definitely recommend this company. So happy we went with them.

I have purchased over the years 4 doors and a gate from First Impression.  Every thing is good till it comes to service when things do wrong.  

In the June, we noticed the gate was rubbing and very difficult to open all of a sudden.  We called to get the gate serviced, as the gate is less than 2 years old.  We scheduled the service for the gate, cleared our work schedules and the service call was cancelled.  I get it, thing people get sick and issues arise.

The customer service people call to reschedule and when I tell them I can't accept that date, due to the fact we will be out of town, they tell they will call back.  Over a hour later no call back.  

Now no service appointment and the gate can not be used, with out damaging the coating and metal itself.  

Wonderful customer service.  

Will tell friends to use, only if you think you don't need repairs or service.

please help to find those two persons Joshua s pattiete and his partner they work in repair and replace garage doors in Glendale az only use that business to fraud costumers after u make a contract give a deposit they hide hope with this help i put those guys in jails to much people are been fraud
