Wow! I can't say enough great things about Alpha. After getting a few outrageous quotes, I contacted alpha via project messaging on yelp. Not only did Vanessa contact me immediately, her tech (J) came out the same day in under an hour and was able to fix it in the same amount of time for a mere fraction of the cost. Even better, I got zero lies about how my door was on its last leg and a disaster waiting to happen, or that my how would complain about the fix because it would still show signs of damage like I did with the other companies. Instead, I see zero evidence that there was ever a dent and the door functions better than it did before! And all of that with an added year warranty on the work. Alpha proved everyone else a liar! We used Triple B for a new garage door and are so happy. We decided to go with a big name garage door company who wouldnt call us back. Rusty with Triple B came out and quoted us very quickly at a great price! They were very nice and professional and we would gladly use them again!

While I like the new garage door installed at my home,  I am still very disappointed that this company has not followed up on installing insulation in my smaller garage door as promised.  My invoice is dated May 26, 2021 and there has not been any follow from this company.  

I have tried three times to leave messages in the past two weeks and no one  has ever returned my calls or made an appointment to finish the job that was promised back at the end of May.

If they are not going to complete my original job, at least be honest enough and tell me and refund me the portion that you are not going to do.

I was looking to replace my 28 year old RV gate on the side of my house.  I did my usual research online, and had two companies come out to give me an estimate, as well as two estimates by email.  The four companies were pretty close on price, but Action Gate was the lowest by about $100.  The salesman met with me as scheduled to go over the specifics of the job which only took about 15 minutes.  I chose the color of the wood composite and the frame and it was a done deal.  

The crew showed up to do the install shortly before their scheduled time, and had the job done very promptly.  The gate looks great, and the quality is outstanding.  It was such an improvement from the awful gate I had before.

The only issue I had is that there was a mix up on the color of the frame, and it set the job back a few weeks, so it took six weeks to get it installed.  Otherwise I would give Action Gate the full 5 stars.
