We had our fence put in months ago (it looks great!) and had two unfortunate issues - broken pole and rusty fastener - but i called Tim and Gina quickly got back to me to schedule fixing the problems the next day, on a holiday week none-the-less! Way beyond expectations.

Like most home owners I had a vison of what I wanted done at my home but did not know how or where to begin. I came across Gabe Castle, owner of Sacred Steel AZ's work on Offer Up and was intrigued by the many unique projects Gabe completed. It can be intimidating reaching out to a company you have never worked with but I decided to reach out to Gabe and am very thankful I did.

From the moment I contacted Gabe I was impressed with Gabe's willingness to actively listen to my thoughts while answering questions and offering suggestions. I did not feel any pressure from Gabe and at no time felt rushed when explaining my vision. Gabe helped me understand what can be done with metal and offered suggestions from his years of experience and his expertise took my vison to another lever that I did not think would be possible.

Gabe's attention to detail was evident from start to finish. (I am that annoying homeowner that loves to hover and ask questions so I was very involved with the project which allowed me to see the time and effort Gabe displayed in making sure my project was being constructed to my liking). The more I got to learn about Gabe to more I realized the pride Gabe takes in his work and his willingness to always go the extra mile.

My project involved working closely with another contractor which can be challenging but Gabe did not skip a beat and worked hand in hand with my paver installation allowing both companies to do their best work. Gabe showed up on time, every time with strong communication skills that kept me in tune with the project completion and was also patient with me when I asked to modify the plans on the fly. At the end of day, Sacred Steel aims to please.

If you are considering getting any type of metal work done I would highly recommend Gabe at Sacred Steel AZ. Through the entire project my thoughts were at ease knowing that Gabe was on job and that's a piece of mind money cannot buy.  While we are on the subject of money I felt Gabe was honest with the cost of materials and did his best to get the maximum yield out of material to help stretch my dollar further. Gabe's labor cost was fair in relation to the type of work he performed. (I later learned he was well below the average cost of his competitors.) When it came time to compensate Gabe for his work I had no reservations on the price as I felt it was deserved based on the wonderful outcome.

Each time I pull in my driveway and see Gabe's work it brings a smile to my face. I have had countless compliments on my projects originality and coolness and feel that others should give Gabe an opportunity for their projects, you would be in good hands. Jason came out to my house, fixed the gate, installed a couple of stops to prevent the gates from opening in the wrong direction as promised.

We he arrived, we noticed the wall the gate was attached to, was separating from the house, he was able to straighten out the wall and installed a bracket to the wall and the house.

Everything is working great again.

I wouldn't hesitate to use Alpha again if needed.

Frank came when he said he would. It was around 4:30 PM on a Saturday. When he looked at the unit he saw that the chain had broken and that we needed a new spring. He gave us the price to repair our door. And since our motor was 15 years old, he gave us a price to replace the motor, repair the chain and replace the spring. I thought it was very reasonable. I asked him how long it would take and he said about 1.5 hours. I asked him if he wanted to spend the time now at 4:30 on a Saturday night. He said he wanted to take care of us and that he would fix everything that night. He stayed and by around 6:00 PM everything was in working order. Needless to say, we were very impressed.

Excellent service, fast turn around.  Would highly recommend to anyone in need of welding work.

Ray is AWESOME at communicating and working through every possible option with such patience and kindness. He works on his own so you need to cut him some slack on the timing of completion but he will do his best to make you a happy Customer!

I had reached out to Dave months ago regarding a fencing project. We knew we wanted a fence, but didn't know where to start.

In my discussions with Dave, he came up with several fantastic fencing options. In the end we did a mix of corrugated steel and wrought iron.

Although I did meet with a couple of other fencing companies, Dave really stood out for his knowledge of building fence in this challenging desert terrain. He also has a fantastic laid back, straight forward personality which makes him perfect to work with (sometimes personalities are half the battle).

We reached out to get a quote from Alfonso. He replied within minutes and said he was available at our earliest convenience. We've never worked with someone with such a quick turnaround time. His pace is that of two people. He's very professional and knowledgeable at his work. We will keep him for future jobs and would definitely recommend him to our friends and family. His quotes are very reasonable and he will do his best to go above and beyond his expected work. You'll see in the before and after pictures, where Alfonso even gave our backyard a little maintenance which was definitely needed but not expected at all. You will be satisfied with Alfonso's work!!

Two businesses responded to my need for repair of a side gate where dependable locking is critical for pet protection (a third responded with an exorbitant price range for a small job). One indicated his equipment was being repaired, so he identified a list of people who could do the work. I thanked him for his thoughtful response. Great guy who gives lots of options and high quality screens!  Within 3 days he measured and installed and has a great sense of humor and a people person!

Jaime came to replace a bent metal bar on my driveway gate and he replaced 3 broken wood slats on my side yard gate.  He and his worker got it done in 1 hour and it looks great.  Cost me $450.  Was very good at responding to my Yelp messages and was a nice guy.  And he came out within a week.  Wood slats don't match up because my wood is old and they couldn't find any old slats to use but will fade with time.  I didn't care about the color - just wanted them replaced.  Will replace them all in time.  If I had done the whole gate, was quoted $350 which was similar to other quotes.  Would definitely use him again.
