My husband and I did a lot of research before choosing a contractor to take down our load bearing wall (in between the kitchen and living room) and raise our ceiling up a couple feet. Bob and his team were the most attentive, personable, and professional of everyone we met. They did a great job with the work they did, while finishing the project on time and very close to our estimated budget. We will definitely be using them again when we add on to our home.

We had Doug come out to do a few jobs at our house before we put it on the market. First off, I want to say how  well he pays attention to details around the house. He's got a great eye for design and is extremely talented when it comes to precision cuts on floor moulding, wood work, tile work and painting. Additionally, he went above and beyond, adjusting door jams and tightening screws as he noticed them when doing work around the house. He hung a new door for us and it looks better than I could imagine. Because he did such a great job, we hired him to do another job and we were equally impressed. He is friendly, professional and a really hard working guy. We will use him again in the future!

We remodeled 3 bathrooms (this was our first remodel) and were very nervous about the process.  We interviewed 5 contractors and Danny's quote was by far the most detailed.  He and his crew of wonderful guys worked 6 days a week arriving at 7 every morning.  They did their best to make us feel comfortable while they worked and made sure to clean up each day.  Their work is exceptional and we are thrilled with the results.  If you want someone who is easy to communicate with, okay with last minute changes :), highly skilled, and punctual....Danny is your guy!!

After researching a few contractors, I chose Golden Bear contracting to do our 3 bathroom remodels. I could not have been happier with my choice. Mike did an outstanding job. He put in new countertops, sinks, faucets, flooring, mirrors, tile, reconfigured our shower, enclosed our tub, painted, etc. He was so easy to talk to, was always available to answer my many questions, such a hard worker, very responsible, and reliable. I am thrilled with my new bathrooms. If you have any doubts, read his reviews and hire him. You'll be so happy that you did!!

This is a review on my experience with the company. 3 weeks ago my landlord scheduled the company to come to my apartment and correct peeling bath/ shower combo surfaces. I was out of town and unaware there would be paint being sprayed in my apartment. I came back to my belongings not just covered in dust from sanding but PAINT! I informed my landlord and they told me to educate the contractor on what the damages were. When Ardi came to my apartment he was very dismissive and repeatedly told me my belongings were covered in plastic. This may have been but obviously the plastic was loosely placed. All paint in air went under the plastic and coated our tables, chair, tv, sound bar, and a spot in carpet. The sound bar you can see appears to have had the plastic up against it so the paint dripped down and created this type of pattern. Ardi was able to remove the paint on my chair and carpet, while I had to scrub our wood tables and furniture for hours to remove the residue. We were UNABLE to remove the paint from our sound bar and tv. Nothing was done financially or otherwise to compensate for damages that could not be fixed. My suggestion to anyone thinking of using Chromatic Coatings is that you continuously watch the work being done, wear a mask or whatever you have to do to ensure your belongings are not damaged. Remove your property completely or ensure that they are covered in plastic and taped down with no air flow inside. This was very disappointing to come home to this mess after a summer vacation, when I had left my place very clean.

I paid David Roberts $9000 for a home project in Kingman that he has done little work on that was to be completed in June 2021. I understand that he has personal issues that have complicated his life, however, he is a businessman and needs to complete his contract with me. I will replace this adverse review with a positive recommendation upon completion of the project. David did call me today assuring me that he would get back on the job. Let's get it done, David. Until then I could not recommend doing business with you.
