I had an excellent experience with K& B remodeling. They were easy to schedule and plan the job with. I had carpet removed and they tiled my master bedroom and closet. They did a fantastic job in record time. They even picked up the tile for me. The price was competitive and extremely reasonable. I will definitely use them again for any future remodeling jobs. My job was completed within a week of first contacting them and they did excellent work. I would recommend them for any remodel job. They seem to be able to accommodate any request I had. I will  have them come and do epoxy on my garage floor and install cabinets next time.

DJ and Bob are a real class act. I have never met a crew that goes out of third way to help you in your time if need.

We (pre-Vetsbuilt) made an innocent mistake of hiring a design builder whom we found out after they walked off the job that they were also not licensed  to be doing any of the work performed. Lesson learned.

Vetsbuilt stepped up, making everything a breeze from filing the correct permits to making sure all the existing work has been brought up to code and removing work that was just way to wrong to even correct. DJ and Bob are even making sure to keep the inspectors informed about regulations that have saved us a lot of money.

Another big advantage is they are willing join you in off site meetings with suppliers and this keeps you from having unanswered questions and surprises. No more of that oh I thought we talked about that kindest of B/S on the job site.

Vetsbuilt, always seems ready to tackle your junk and their subcontractors are on standby ready to tackle the job the next day! I am amazed about the speed at witch these guys work, they show up on site ready to work at 6 am and are busy all day. They aren't the kind that claim they been at Home DEPO all morning getting supply's and show at at 11 to unpack and take a lunch break.

These guys are straight forward, you get a real detailed contract that clearly states costs and when the payments are due. They are also a company that you can trust and this is hard to find. When you pay your invoice you know they will be there to fulfill it and not just take your money and run!

We are proud to be supporting this crew and I wouldn't be afraid to use this guys on any project big or small.

Mike, came out to our house and bid on several projects for us. He was extending polite and professional from the minute he arrived. I also appreciate him being flexible with our appointment as I moved it on him 2 times. My wife and I recently moved into a new home that was looking pretty rough on the outside. We set up a walkthrough with Global Elite Builders to look into painting the interior and exterior. They gave us a fantastic quote,  we were ready to book, and then they took it upon themselves to find dangerous problems with our home's electrical wiring. We booked immediately.
Our paint job had difficult time frames and they had to work around a plumber, and they did so with zero issue. They fixed all the dangerous problems with our home and did a fantastic, quick paint job for a great price.

His work is outstanding. Finds the problem and fixes it. Would recommend him to anyone needing some home repair. I would not use anyone else. He installed a new engineered wood floor in our home after removing outdated tile flooring. Excellent job and well done. He also replaced rotted facia boards. A great person to fix your homeowner problems.

I have used The Scottsdale Handyman for years. When I used to own rental properties all I did was call Eddie & give him the info about the particular problem &  the contact info on a tenant & Eddie would take it from there. The work was done in a timely manner & never had a complaint about his lack of professionalism or his manners. From installing a water heater to hanging pictures. From fixing irrigation to installing toilet & such, Eddie can do it all. I have found that there is no job too small or too large for The Scottsdale Handyman!

My husband and I recently bought a house and did some work ourselves to save money where we could but needed a contractor for the rest. I reached out to Dion after having a very difficult time with a contractor, recommended by my sister, and had been left hanging with a tight timeline and torn up house. Dion responded very quickly and we were able to schedule a time for him to come out. He was very professional and understood where I was coming from with our situation. He assured me that he is willing to do any job that we need done and that I could contact him if I needed any changes or adjustments. Just having good communication at that point was amazing. Long story short, my sister worked out the issues with her contractor to have him finish the immediate need. So I did not end up hiring D&D for the first phase but definitely look forward to potentially working with Dion when we move onto our bathrooms! I already recommended D&D to a coworker.

I was referred by a friend after a bad storm had revealed a leak in our new home. With another monster storm about to hit us, I reached for a consultation and Geremy drove an hour and a half out of his way on his own time to look at what was going on. Gave me a quick and honest assessment, when asked how much, he was beyond reasonable, and offered to handle the job on the spot, so the next storm wouldn't damage my house! We had Petrus Countertops and Remodeling redo our 1990's kitchen countertops, tile backsplash create a center island with custom cabinets and install a new granite composite sink.  My husband and I painted the cabinets ourselves since we wanted to save some money.   After researching several companies and speaking with many; We finally decided to use Petrus.  After we met Fabio I knew this was the company I wanted to do business with.  He is very knowledgable and stays true to his word.  I highly respect a business owner that does this!  Fabio came out measured our kitchen precisely and helped me decide on the granite.  I only had to mention my color choices and style and he knew exactly what granite and color of sink to install.  This project started in the fall and after a few bumps in the road- we now have beautiful new granite countertops!  Fabio even came on a weekend (On his own time) to fix a minor issue I found on the granite slab after the project was completed.  I would absolutely recommend Petrus Countertops and Remodeling.  5 star rating for complete professionalism!  Thank you again!!! Jesus from JYK Construction did the job of removing loose, water damaged stucco from the street side of my garden wall, redid the stucco and repainted.
He was easy to communicate with in English, came promptly to view the job and gave me the estimate within a day. He was easier to work with than other, bigger companies.
Their estimate was reasonable and they offered a warranty so I gave them the job. They came exactly when stated, Jesus and his helper worked hard and did a good job.
I can recommend them. They are a very small company but they do competent work.

Same complaint as others. Charming woman comes out and promises an estimate on a roof repair. I request it again two days later, and now, over one week later - still no response. The polite response instead of I'll get it out to you tomorrow would have been I'm sorry, we cannot take on your project at this time. It's called etiquette.

I read your response below and see you agree to inform possible clients that you cannot take on new clients, but you came to our house, climbed our roof, took pictures of our damage and reviewed them with my husband.  As you left you promised your estimate within a day. Days later, more storms damaged more roofs, so I understand why you couldn't accept more roofing contracts, but we we're already your possible client and you totally blew us off. Your reply didn't address an acceptable excuse for your unprofessional behavior. Don't put it on me.

Absolutely recommend this company! We had some water damage to our kitchen ceiling and needed new drywall, insulation, paint and fixtures put back up. A crew of two were available to come out a couple days after our request was made and they finished in a day and a half! Great communication all the way through and everything was covered and protected. After dealing with a handful of different companies doing work since owning our home, this was one of the best experiences we've had! We will definitely use them in the future for any other projects we have.

Jerry repaired drywall, installed baseboards and photosensor recently.  He responded my requests quickly and arrived to the site on time.  In addition, He completed repairs in a short period of time and did an excellent job!

I paid David Roberts $9000 for a home project in Kingman that he has done little work on that was to be completed in June 2021. I understand that he has personal issues that have complicated his life, however, he is a businessman and needs to complete his contract with me. I will replace this adverse review with a positive recommendation upon completion of the project. David did call me today assuring me that he would get back on the job. Let's get it done, David. Until then I could not recommend doing business with you.
