Best Windshield Repair in Phoenix AZ

Kaitlyn and Richard stopped by, I believe after working hours, to fix the big chip I got in my windshield. I live in San Tan Valley and work in Scottsdale, and Friday morning got behind a dump truck who flung a very big rock into my windshield. Kaitlyn was very attentive and knew I was concerned about it spreading, especially with temps dropping and needing to use the heater in the car. And as I experienced last year when my windshield had to be completely replaced, Desert Breeze makes the insurance process a breeze as well. I just had my windsheild replacee earlier this month.  I called around a couple of places and got absolutely outrageous quotes.  When I called for a quote from Universal Glass, the man on the phone actually seemed like he cared.  He even asked what prices I found and matched my lowest price even after giving me his quote.  I told him I would pay his quote because it was more than resonable.   He said he could have someone out on Monday.  I didn't make my decision quite yet so I said I would call him back.  I was waiting to hear from some other places.  He was also very knowledgeable about the glass that would be installed in my car and was more than happy to answer any of the questions I had.

Before hearing from other places, he called me back apologizing that he misspoke about being able to  have someone come out on Monday but he could for Tuesday and that he would honor the lowest price I found.  I was pleasantly shocked at the fact that he called me back  and was persistant that he would only charge me the lowest price I found that day.

I decided right then and there, and made an appointment.  They were on time, fast and efficient.  They even gave a follow up call and assured me that I can call back if I had any other questions or concerns.  I was extremely happy with the service I received with this company and if the glass lasts (:-P)  I will definitely call them back if i need another replacement for that car or any other vehicles I own.

I called multiple mirror and glass companies and couldn't get a call back. Raben glass was very responsive, they answered my calls, came out and gave me a free estimate for 2 large bathroom mirror installations, a replacement on a broken mirror closet door, a new tiled bathroom glass door installation and now they are coming back to put a new glass door on my guest bathroom shower. They are professional and kind and the workers took their shoes off/wore shoe covers when entering my home. They were quick and very good and precise. The one bathroom glass doors we were afraid would not fit and it is very easy to break when installing into marble and they were careful and made everything look good. They called me back with quotes and immediate schedule times. The over the phone staff is so accommodating and quick. I would never use any other glass company besides Raben glass. Their pricing is great and their customer service is on point. Thank you again for the great service.

We had a few windows Sunroom that had broke and I contacted Nelson Glass for a quote.  They gave me a good quote and we had Andrew come out to measure.  After ordering, he came back for the install.  He was professional, quick and just an all around nice guy.  Jeff, the owner, and Pam the Office Manager were also very helpful.  Great overall experience.  Thank you Nelson Glass.
