Best Single Family Home Construction in Phoenix AZ

Was referred by a neighbor said DRWD were great.  Should have done what I always do with contracts and information, start with the smallest print on the contract or webpage.  That is where the (3) window requirement verbiage resides.  So much for future business, referrals and projects down the road my job was too small.

Had a difficult gutter installation (2 story hillside house). Paul was able to quickly provide a completive quote. Crew was professional and did an amazing job. Fantastic customer service!

The installers were very personable and made sure everything was done exactly what we had wanted. Everything was on time, from the measuring appointment to the installation time. I will definitely go back to Superior Replacement Windows
if I needed windows put in.

Joe and his team at Efficient Home Pro are great! After my home's door was ruined, Joe was able to order a custom-fitted door for me and install it, in addition to fixing the threshold of the door as well. He was super responsive and knowledgeable for all of my questions, and had very fair and straightforward prices. Not to mention, the final product of the project came out beautifully, as if there was never an issue with my door in the first place! I highly recommend Red Rock for your project. They did my project to turn a window into a door and did an amazing job. Their price was more competitive than the other two quotes I received, and they were also the best communicators and least salesy company I spoke with. The technicians who did the installation were skilled and also had good customer service. They answered all my questions and ensured they answered all of my questions. Highly recommend!

Found them on the internet  Called them, and they came out the next day.  They were thorough, professional, and I would call them again!

Very nice windows...poor communication and delivery times.  We really like our windows and the installers were great.  

The issue was delivery time (about a month after originally promised), poor communication (no updates on delivery, no call to confirm install and/or to set up final payment), installers showed up announced and demanded payment in order to start (which would have been fine if they had called to warn me),  and no real concern by owners over customer service or satisfaction (he did call after my designer told him I was upset. Chalked it up to improper expectations. We traded messages and he chose not to return my call back).   So...if you want great windows and are ok with poor service, this is your place.
