We had three new windows installed last month and we are extremely satisfied. When I had initially inquired about a quote, Bob promptly responded and worked around our schedule to come to our home to provide us with a quote. Bob is not your typical pushy, annoying sales guy. He is very professional, informative and and friendly without being overly aggressive or pushy. My husband and I immediately agreed that this was the company we wanted to work with to replace our windows. Imperial's pricing is highly competitive. The installers were great as well. They were prompt, professional and friendly. Bob followed up with us to see if we were satisfied with our windows, and we are. They look fantastic. We are planning to replace the rest of our windows this year and we will definitely be going with Imperial again. Thank you!

Sunny State Glass, replaced a shattered Arcadia Door for me. He did an outstanding job, very little disruption of my time and left everything in good order, even cleaned the door in addition to the installed glass. I recommend using this service for any glass need.

Another wonderful service experience with True View Windows & Glass.  The lock on our sliding glass door to our patio quit working and Adam came out to assess the problem.  He quickly knew what we needed, and at the same time recommended new rollers for the door.  (We thought it was just dirty!)  In a relatively short time Adam was back to make the necessary repairs and did a great job.  He showed us the old rollers and they indeed were really bad.  His advice was greatly appreciated and he's a great guy: professional, personable and knowledgeable.  Excellent!
    We have used True View several times in the past both for new windows and repairs to windows installed by others.  We have always found the company to be responsive and helpful, from the folks in the office to the employees who come to the house.  Phone calls are returned, communication is great, and they do what they say they will -- including the call 30 minutes before they arrive which I really appreciate.  I would recommend True View very strongly.

Most businesses tell you they will guarantee things get done right to get your business. Brian from RMK (owner) will stand behind it.

Our house had a pretty complicated window in it, the first attempt to replace it was a bit of a struggle. Brian's team immediately let me know, did not try to cover it up/pass it off as okay. They ended up reordering it (perhaps at a great cost, not sure who ended up footing the bill) Brian was 100% attentive to making sure I was satisfied. He took care of that bigger issue and some smaller (perhaps nit-picky things) He never pushed to get the second half of the bill paid, his focus was on finishing the job, not getting paid for the job.

As a side note he was incredibly aggressive about pricing and ended up beating my other quotes by quite a bit.

Small businesses like this are increasingly rare, all too common are the businesses too big to care about each customer, but RMK is different. I would recommend them to anyone.

1). Josh did a great job: listening to what I envisioned, the measurements, quote and my technical questions about the energy efficiency of the windows.  I felt comfortable with the purchase.
2). Good communication about the schedule from the office.
3).  Windows arrived ahead of schedule and fit perfectly.
4).  The install team was spot on.  a). They respected my request to mask up when inside the house.  My wife is COVID susceptible due to lung issues.  I really appreciated that. b) They did a great job taking out the old windows.  The contractor we used for another job left large pieces of broken glass that were dangerous to our dogs.  These guys had a system that was well thought out.
5) The windows are great, good looking as expected (from the work we did with the salesman) and you can already feel the efficiency benefit by the way the room feels.

I will use them when I replace my front windows.

We have used Lines Sunscreens to rescreen our patio door slider screen and  also for sunscreens on our house windows. Very professional, easy to work with, fast, turn time, and very communicative.
