Abraham did a great job replacing the non-standard size double pane glass in on of our French doors.  He made three trips out to Carefree to provide us with his estimate, get exact measurements for the glass order, and finally for the installation.  His estimate was very reasonable and he kept us informed of his progress all the way through the process.  I would definitely call Golden Glass and Glazing again for any future glass work I might need.

They installed my frame less shower enclosure without any headaches and the process went smooth, the only minor downside was no one called to set my install appointment when the glass was in stock, I had to call and then found out my glass had been in stock for a few days.  It would have been nice to be notified and possibly had the shower glass installed a little sooner but this certainly wouldn't prevent me from calling them again in the future,

I must say I haven't received any paid services from these folks yet, they just came out to give me an estimate, but their level of attentiveness and knowledge and their attention to detail to my needs and what I was trying to accomplish were definitely second to none!!!! I'm very impressed with my service tech Brian!  Thank you for your time and your efforts Brian and all of you over at True View Windows!!!

P.S. Thanks for even coming out and considering fixing redline windows mess! And as your tec said, he's never seen such a messed up situation, and I couldn't agree more!

Alex did a great job, I submitted my project through Yelp with pics and he was able to give me a price which was lower than the others. He came out quick had great communication.

*UPDATE*  The owner of the company reached out to me and told me that the lady that had been rude to me had previously been terminated for bad customer service and that he reached out to the installer to discuss the work.  Kudos to the owner for stepping up and reaching out.

I have a mixed review. We had a broken window that needed to be replaced. We called this company but they said they wouldn't come out without putting down a deposit.  That was so weird to me. I mean, who wants to go through the hassle of getting money back if you don't choose that company?  It's like them saying you aren't worth our time to come out and give you an appraisal.  Soooo the guy comes out and he's nice and knowledgeable.  We decided to use their company, but when I called to schedule an install the lady that answered the phone was rude, from the very start. Like, not pleasant at all.  When she couldn't find my info in her system she got even snottier.  She then transferred me without even telling me she was putting me on hold. Rude.  The next lady found my info and then said that I needed to put down another deposit. Um, what?  How does that work?  Two deposits?  When I asked why two, she said she had no record of the first deposit.   Turns out somebody had made two accounts/quoted for the same job because I asked about frosted glass.  It took too long to get the glass installed and when the it was finally installed I had to stop the guy from leaving because the sealant was all screwed up.  He fixed it right away, but since I had to ask him to fix it, it shows me that he doesn't exactly have pride in his work.  So, basically, it turned out nice, but there were a few speedbumps with the company along the way.  Their office staff needs some customer service training for sure.

David went the extra step to make sure the job was completed and met my expectations.

He is very nice. But, when we paid him for glass for our tables. He tookour money and never performed the work.Do NOT use! He is not an honest person.
