So the juries out for me. Ordered 15 windows and 1 slider about 2 months ago. Was scheduled to begin April 3rd. They emailed to say they were short staffed and needed to reschedule for April 10th. Then they rescheduled for April 12th. The 5 man crew came out on the 12th and said they couldn't make it the 13th because they had to work on another job. They came the 14th and said they would be back Monday the 17th but 2 of the crew had to work on another job. AND the kicker to it all is, once they get done, they contract with a guy to do stucco repair and cannot give me his schedule.

$25,000 and this is the way I'm treated?? Crew is great but there is very little communication from sales (who told me he had no idea this was happening) or scheduling. I'm told they'll figure it out and let me know but I haven't heard anything from anyone and my house is in disarray because I've had to move stuff. I've missed work and had to reschedule dog care multiple times.  Will update if the job ever gets done. Would not recommend this company!

Called Jeff on Monday afternoon for a sliding door repair. Although Jeff was booked till the end of the week, he made an extra effort and got me booked for Wednesday morning. Jeff and his assistant (B.J. or D.J.) arrived on time and did a GREAT job. Most importantly, he quoted me a price over the phone and didn't try to charge me more when he completed the work. USA Sliding Door Repair should be your first and only choice.

Met Brian the owner and had Britt (one of the employees there) help us with setting up for a project.  I spent a lot of time working with Britt on deciding on the options, estimate, etc.  At the 11th hour, Britt jacked up the estimate by 20% and refused to explain why.  Brian would not return our calls.  If this is how the business deals with you before they get your money, don't walk, run away!
