I used to use Blue Sky for my plumbing problems, but never again. They sold me a very expensive hot water heater, that was above & beyond what I needed, but when questioned, they told me it was well worth it for it had a lifetime warranty. I fortunately am one to save all paper work, so when it started leaking 14 years later, I called Blue Sky. They told me it was no longer under warranty. I asked to have the owner call me, but after 4 requests & never receiving a return call, I gave up. I contacted another plumbing company, submitted the paper work to the manufacturer, & received a new, expensive hot water heater. The purchased hot water heater from Blue Sky did in fact have a lifetime warranty (as long as one does NOT deal with Blue Sky)! They did not want to be bothered for they saw no profit in it for them, & obviously did not want to honor their previous contract. I would never use Blue Sky. They are disreputable.

Call and his crew (furnace replacement and new air conditioning) were timely, professional and did excellent work. They explained what they were doing, tested the equipment and cleaned up when they were done. Polite and courteous. Very fair pricing. Highly recommended.

This company is too expensive. $225 to connect a new battery (I provided) for my back up sump pump and take away the old battery. The job would take 5 or 10 minutes (I've had it done before).

Another visit from Them. Very happy customer. Especially with Elijah and Jordan. Had a major project and they knocked it out of the park. Quick and friend. 6 Stars. TANK YOU TIPPING HAT!!!

This company is absolutely awful. They were all nicely/nice until you hand over the check. Their follow-up and customer service is repulsive. They destroyed my backyard (some of which was expected). They ripped my redwood deck off its foundation and left it in the middle of my yard for over a month. They finally put it back poorly. They did not have my permission to do it and I was told beforehand they wouldn't need to. They severed my sprinkler line, and left it unmarked. They ripped out my backyard fence and left me nothing to try and rebuild it. This all happened in December of 2022. I have tried numerous times to get someone to replace/repair some of what they destroyed/damaged, absolutely no response from anyone. Oh for the days when the customer comes first. It says on their vans Satisfaction Guaranteed. Nope, not this customer, who plopped down over $20,000.00. Greed indeed! I strongly suggest you NOT ever use Plumbline.

I was won over after a couple of experiences. I had called for my furnace tune-up, but that was bumped because they had too many emergency situations with the cold and people without heat. I still need to reschedule that, but in the meantime I had a plumbing situation that needed immediate attention.
On the Plumbing issues.... Marc came out and was great. Friendly, courteous, and willing to work with me a bit, I signed up for their one year package for about $100 that gave me some discounts and other benefits. The next step that he recommended was more expensive than I was ready for (and I had a feeling wasn't necessary), so what I did was call the dispatcher at Plumbline and ask for a second opinion. They said that was a-okay, especially since I had signed up for their preferred customer package.
The second opinion was done by Paul, he was professional and even though we didn't know for sure if he would be able to fix the issue without the more expensive option, he actually did and it saved me hundreds! I forgot to use a coupon I had and they were nice enough to let me use it the next day. The people in accounting were extremely nice as well.
I wanted to go out of my way to give them a positive review and I'll use them again.

I had a leaking valve which provided water to my Evap Cooler in the summer. I asked the Evap manufacturer to come fix it since they installed but, was told this was a Plumbing issue and they don't do plumbing.
So, with Tom M.'s recommendation and on line I decided to call Fix it 24/7 for help. The first gentleman told me they don't work on evap coolers and I explained I didn't need anyone to work on my Evap cooler, I needed a plumbing valve fixed. So he scheduled an appointment for three days later in the morning (8-12) When the plumber didn't show I call again, to ask when they would be arriving. I was told my appointment was actually for 1-5pm. I said ok but, wasn't very happy about this. Then the scheduler says wait this is for an evap cooler, we don't work on them so I am sorry we can't come out. I again tried to explain this wasn't for an evap cooler repair it was for a plumbing valve leak. She asked me to wait and then a her supervisor came on to explain again to me that they don't work on evap coolers, again I had to explain I didn't want anyone to touch my evap cooler, I had a plumbing valve leak. She said please hold and came back on saying that the Master Plumber she just spoke with told her that they can't work on that as it is attached to an evap cooler. Once more i explained that this wasn't actually attached to the evap cooler and I didn't need help with the evap cooler, I have a water valve leaking that needs repair or replacement with something else.
Finally she said they can't come out because they can't help me. She suggested I contact the company that installed the evap cooler. I explained again that I had already had this discussion twice with Sears and was told they covered maintenance on the evap unit I purchased from them but, this was plumbing and I needed to call a plumber. The supervisor then said I am sorry again we can't work on this. I asked who she might suggest since the Evap cooler company won't work on it and FixIt 24/7 plumbing won't work on it who did she suggest I contact?
She put me on hold again and said she would have a manager call me back within 24 hours to discuss. I said ok, hung up and then contacted a competitor from Dave Logan's list who not only came out the same day but, inspected it and suggested a better solution that just fixing the existing valve and put it it in about 90 minutes from the time I hung up with Fix It 24/7.
I did receive a call back from the Manager at Fix It 24/7 this morning who kept asking me what she could do to make this right for me.
After explaining this long diatribe to her I said nothing but, she better train her people because she already lost me as a customer and anyone of my friends and family as well. Disgusting really. I already had agreed to pay their trip charge, so all they would have had to do is come out and look at it to see they could have done exactly what their competitor did and make some more money.
Tom you are getting old I guess. Really poor, really poor.
Did I mention I am disabled? Regardless they shouldn't treat anyone this way.
