WHAT A PAIN!!!
The furnace was not working and blinking a pressure code so we called Blue Sky. A kid by the name of Gage came out and spent a couple of hours, CUT A PIPE and still couldn't find the problem even with calling his supervisor numerous times. Gage told us they needed to come back with a camera to go on the roof and look down into the exhaust vent and that would be $300 without any repairs and charged us $200 to do nothing but cut our pipe and left it like that!
I then called Smith and Willis they came out and fixed it easily and they were baffled why the pipe was cut!
2 MONTHS LATER several phone calls and emails later they refunded my $200 and sent Gage out to put a coupling over the pipe! I sent him away and they sent another tech the next day who was also just going to do a coupling over it and my husband told him that was unacceptable so he FINALLY replaced the pipe!
Final note...both techs reeked of cigarettes!!!

We had a flood due to their incorrect installation and had to tear out drywall. They came to repair their faulty work, and now they want to charge us for their faulty installation - even though we now have mold and over $2,000 worth of damages due to drywall and painting and mold!!!

This is an overall update review of my experience with Save Home Heat. I started dealing with them when I selected them to install an expensive Triangle Tube combination heating boiler and water heater unit in my home. The original installation was done in January of 2013. Well, here we are 2 years later and I think I have a pretty good idea of how this company operates. I am a Federal Government Inspector and have been known to be very detail oriented so hang in there...
The new Triangle Tube installation went well and looks very well done. The only error I found was one of the new zone control valves was installed backwards which caused banging in the system. This error was corrected within a week of my complaint about it. Taking everything into account, my first year with the new system was problem free and I was fully satisfied.
On the free one year inspection of the unit by Save Home Heat, I was told all is well but I needed a new filter for the condensate that runs from the unit. $300 for a new filter every year? I did not replace this and found later that it did not need replacement - it just needed to be rinsed in water. Lesson learned, request the Triangle Tube expert for yearly inspections.
Just short of 2 years with the Triangle Tube the issues began. First, no hot water was discovered on 2 different occasions. Save Home Heat sent repairmen and this was resolved. The Save Home Heat owner agreed to cut the repair bill in half and my cost was under $200.
Then, the real issues began. No heat or hot water. As a matter of fact, no heat on several occasions in November when the temperatures were well below freezing. I came home from trips to find the temperature inside my home hovering at 50 degrees. This is when the repeated visits by Save Home Heat servicemen began. They couldn't seem to fix the unit and I actually had to use their portable electric heaters to heat my home one weekend. Major hassle factor at this point. I was poised to demand a new Triangle Tube unit as this one simply did not function. Finally, after a persistence I had to admire, Save Home Heat's expert found the likely root cause of the issues. Many parts were replaced, the expansion tank was replaced, the Triangle Tube sales representative was present onsite, and more.
I simply wanted this Triangle Tube unit fixed or replaced. This whole scenario cost me worry and many hours of my personal time. Save Home Heat made it right. It was obvious to me they were not going to give up on it. They called in Triangle Tube experts. They sent their own expert on several occasions. They did what it took to correct the situation.
It's been over 2 months now with everything working perfectly. The unit was out of warranty during all of this and I was quite concerned about the cost of all these repairs. I finally received the very thick envelope containing the repair listings and charges. I nervously read through the pages looking for the total charge. There it was, hand written on the last page was NO CHARGE. Wow, here is a company that did the right thing. Talk is cheap while actions show the real integrity of a company. This company was there to fix the problem and then do the right thing for a loyal customer.
Would I buy another Triangle Tube heating system? Absolutely not.
Would I use Save Home Heat again? This is the only company I will use for my heating and air conditioning needs for many years to come. They do more than they have to and value their customers. What more can you ask for?

I needed to get a new swamp cooler installed. On their quote it said that there would be free winterization and spring maintenance for two years. Then when I call to schedule the winterization they told me they don't offer that for free. I asked to speak to a supervisor and never heard back.

DISAPPOINTED - I will give them a few stars because they are timely and efficient when it comes to getting someone out in a day or two/their prices are predictable being a big brand company but they told me I needed a full sewer line replacement so I had another small business sewer company come out and check out the main line and they not only quoted me a more reasonable price but actually helped us find a solution that is not a full repair (we didn't need to do a full repair). Plus our technician couldn't even clear the drain which they have a note on their website saying If the drain technician cannot clear your line it will be FREE. it was not free - we still had to pay for them to snake/pull the toilet which was $168 and we had to pay another $260ish to have them scope the drain + we would have to pay even more to get the scope video? (Dig It Sewer Repair scoped our drain FOR FREE) ... hear me out if its an emergency I guess they are okay to use since its timely but if you can wait and call around, reach out to other companies in the Denver area like Dig It Sewer Repair or Colorado Plumbing - GET MULTIPLE OPINIONS ON ANY BIG REPLACEMENTS SO YOU DON'T GET RIPPED OFF!

Their technicians get commission on whatever it is they sell, or fix I should say. They are an absolute rip-off and they lie cheat and steal. When we first moved here we trusted the big brand. They tried to repair our furnace which failed a few weeks after they left. They came back 3 times and still could not fix it, and yet we were still out 780 bucks.
Then the plumbing issue. Long story short, a popped hose bib from freezing and then a leaky elbow joint--- their quote-- 1,784.00
I called my neighbors plumber that he has been using for years----out the door he was 324 bucks.
He laughed when I showed him what plubmline quoted me. He even shared his cost for parts, which was around 140 bucks.
Then we saw the news story about them with the hidden cameras and no surprise there.

Great service, friendly, quick and reliable. I had a bathtub faucet that was leaking bad. He showed up and didn't have the part, but came back the next day and was super quick, and fixed a couple of other small leaks I was having for free. They work late hours so I didn't have to take off work early or rearrange plans for him to stop by. Overall good experience, would definitely use them again.
