Best Appliance Installation in Denver CO
Johnny was quick to respond and provide a quote. He offered a reasonable price and quick to schedule. I previously did not have the electrical work for a flood light for the front of my house so this was a project a bit too big for myself to tackle. Johnny was able to give me a couple of options and gave the one that would save the most money. The work was quick and went smoothly. If I ever have any electrical work that would need to be done, he'll be the first I'd call.

I contacted four different electrical contractors. Only two returned my calls. Louis Lucero with High Caliber Electric and Jason Quynn with Quynn Electric both came to my house to give quotes on the work that needed to be done. Louis left a quote with me before he left. Jason said he would email the quote to me the following day. After two days I called their office and was told that they were still waiting for pricing from their supplier before giving me a quote. After a week I didn't hear from Quynn Electric and had High Caliber Electric do the work. Louis replaced all the circuit breakers in my box, after 40 years they were starting to fail and not trip. He ran a new line into the living room and installed additional outlets. He also ran some new outlets in the garage. He also diagnosed a rather serious problem with the wiring in our living room where a neutral wire wasn't installed correctly and we had arcing issues. I was very pleased with his work ethic, professionalism, knowledge and friendliness. Any problems he found he took the time to show me and explain what he was doing to correct the problem. He also patiently answered any questions I had. I felt what he charged for his work was more than fair and reasonable for the time he invested. I highly recommend High Caliber Electric. They do honest, excellent work for a fair price.

Our experience with SJO was less than we expected. They left a mess, they hung a fan in the living room and left it on a slant. Also when they went thru the attic, the pushed, stepped on, .?. The cans and noe they are down and not tight to the ceiling. C-, grade.

Paul followed up quickly when I put out a quote request. He gave his very reasonable rate up front and made time the next day to complete the job for me. He was on time, did a fantastic job, and was really fast. Amazing electrician and definitely my go-to moving forward.

I had an electrical issue that seemed simple but ended up being quite complex. Fixer had to send an electrician out twice and didn't charge me for the second time due to not being able to fully fix the issue. They were honest and upfront about what needed to be done and that it was not something within their capabilities. I appreciated that they didn't string me along and provided a few referrals.

Joey answered the first time I tried to call and was able to stop by later that same day. He was very professional, and had my electrical problem sorted out in no time.
I will definitely call him for any future electrical projects!

I used Faith Electric for all electrical installation in my basement project. Michael was incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He was easy to work with and finished the project in just a few days. He is also the most well-priced electrician out there. I will recommend Faith Electric to anyone needing an electrical contractor.

Called left a message for a quote, no response back. Guess they didn't want my business.

Wow. So rude. Waiting for them to show up this morning, had to call to see where they were. She tells me that she left me a message last week saying they couldn't come out today. I didn't get the message, but that's not even the rude part. What's rude, is that she can't reschedule me because she has already rescheduled other people for their available time slots. Hmmmmm, maybe she should have just rescheduled me to begin with? An ultra busy, professional business would have left me a message telling me that I was rescheduled and that if the new time didn't work for me, I should call. She told me to call another place. I know who I will never again recommend to my neighbors.

Eric did great work on several plumbing projects, fixed several leaks, moved a gas line and found a leak at my water heater that I didn't know was leaking when he went to check the gas was back on so I could have hot water tonight. Very professional company, I have had Eric come out twice in the last couple of months.

Don't let the nice commercial on t.v. fool you, I believe we did, but it won't happen again.
A week ago, my Mom had contacted them because her furnace was not working. She understood there would be a trip charge of $49.00, and that they would assess what the problem was and make the necessary determination from there. She ended up with a $163.00 charge, which included a diagnostic tool charge which was used to assess the problem. Ultimately, the fix was to clean the batteries in the thermostat and tighten up a loose wire. Once this was done, the furnace once again worked. I had asked her if they checked the thermostat first, she replied no, they went to the furnace with whatever tool he had. So my thought is that had he went to the thermostat first, he could have cleaned the batteries, tightened the wire, and check if worked. And this being the resolution, he would have simply been on his way, so I believe the $163.00 was added on there as part of their tactic, so beware.
09/24 [Thur]: I called immediately and asked to speak with someone in charge, just to bring these matters to their attention. They said that someone will call you back immediately, but they never did.
09/25 [Fri]: I called again in the morning, they told me the manager was in a meeting and that they will have him contact me as soon as he is out. I left my name and number; however, he never called.
09/25 [Fri]: I called again in the afternoon and asked for the manager, and they were surprised he didn't call. They said that another person named Matt would give you a call back probably Monday, if not Tuesday.
09/25 [Mon]: No call
09/26 [Tue]: No call - I finally called at the end of the day, telling them that I doubt anyone will call because they don't want to deal with an unsatisfied customer. Roughly 20 minutes later, Matt called.
Matt was very stern and did not want to listen to the customer. He said that if my Mom saw him go directly to the furnace that she was mistaken and must have been seeing things. He began to detail a list of activities that this gentleman did and stated several times that he was as there for a total of 1 hour and 43 minutes so he obviously did quite a bit of work there. He repeatedly told me this.
I contacted my Mom and she has the ring doorbell with video evidence that this gentleman showed up at 3:30pm and left at 4:33, which is slightly above an hour. So if he wrote down 1 hr and 43 minutes, then I think Matt needs to have a better understanding of what his guys are doing and start listening to the customers.
So beware of their upcharge tactics. I know that we will never utilize their services again.
