Thomas was great -- he came over after hours to ensure that my house was not going to burn down. He checked all the outlets on that circuit and replaced my GFI. I plan to do more work with them in the future.

I don't even know where to start other than to say Best. Company. Ever. They are responsive, friendly, punctual, and do great work. Can you ask for more?!?! From the moment I called (we are in the middle of a kitchen renovation), my concerns were listened to and I was never spoken to like I didn't know what I'm talking about (I don't, but so many companies are condescending and it was nice to speak to one that isn't!)

On top of all this, after coming out multiple times, I can confidently say that this company will try to complete the work as respectfully and thoroughly as possible without price gouging. Given the market and the fact that most companies charge whatever (because they can) this company keeps it affordable and even looked for ways to save us money and still get the job done! They have always come in at or below what was quoted. And they are fast! I couldn't believe how quickly everything was done!!!

Derrick was great from the start. We had a couple of electricians come out to bid a couple of added outlets. Derrick understood what we wanted and quickly described what was needed to accomplish it. We went with his bid and he was able to start and finish the work the next day. He spent more time than I would ever want in our attic, and despite running into some bad work done by the previous homeowner Derrick was able to give us a great result that we are very happy with! Our outlets work perfectly and if we ever need anything electrical Derrick will be our first and only call.

Johnny was quick to respond and provide a quote. He offered a reasonable price and quick to schedule. I previously did not have the electrical work for a flood light for the front of my house so this was a project a bit too big for myself to tackle. Johnny was able to give me a couple of options and gave the one that would save the most money. The work was quick and went smoothly. If I ever have any electrical work that would need to be done, he'll be the first I'd call.

I contacted four different electrical contractors. Only two returned my calls. Louis Lucero with High Caliber Electric and Jason Quynn with Quynn Electric both came to my house to give quotes on the work that needed to be done. Louis left a quote with me before he left. Jason said he would email the quote to me the following day. After two days I called their office and was told that they were still waiting for pricing from their supplier before giving me a quote. After a week I didn't hear from Quynn Electric and had High Caliber Electric do the work. Louis replaced all the circuit breakers in my box, after 40 years they were starting to fail and not trip. He ran a new line into the living room and installed additional outlets. He also ran some new outlets in the garage. He also diagnosed a rather serious problem with the wiring in our living room where a neutral wire wasn't installed correctly and we had arcing issues. I was very pleased with his work ethic, professionalism, knowledge and friendliness. Any problems he found he took the time to show me and explain what he was doing to correct the problem. He also patiently answered any questions I had. I felt what he charged for his work was more than fair and reasonable for the time he invested. I highly recommend High Caliber Electric. They do honest, excellent work for a fair price.

If you want to find electricians who will get the job done in a professional and honest manner, GRAF Electric is the company to go with. Fielding was able to give my husband and I a detailed assessment of what could be accomplished and what would be the most affordable option along with other options. He also checked in to see the progress of the work and was accommodating to any changes or additions that were asked for. Orlando and Johny were excellent in installing all the ceiling fans and fixing the electrical issues found in the house. They were very knowledgeable and took the time to investigate the unique wiring to the house in order to do their job correctly and safely. They always cared about the satisfaction of the customer and doing a great job. They explained in detail the issues found and how they would approach the issue to resolve it. They ensured to keep the area as clean as possible and were methodical in how to do the various tasks around the house without much disruption. I recently had the pleasure of working with T2 Electric, a family-owned electrician company and I can honestly say it was one of the best experiences I've had with a service provider. From start to finish, this company was a joy to work with.

First off, the communication was excellent. Tyler, the person who answered my initial call was friendly and knowledgeable, and they were able to schedule a visit for me within just a few days. When the electrician arrived at my home, they were punctual and professional, taking the time to explain everything they were doing and answering any questions I had.

The quality of the work was top-notch. The electrician was clearly very experienced and knew exactly what they were doing. They were efficient and thorough, and they took care to clean up after themselves once the job was done.

But what really stood out to me was the level of customer service. This is a family-owned company, and you can really tell that they care about their customers. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the work they did, and they even followed up with me a few days later to make sure everything was still working properly.

Overall, I can't recommend this family-owned electrician company highly enough. They were professional, friendly, and provided excellent service. I will definitely be using them again for all of my future real estate investments.

Asked for a quote on a small job. They committed to doing it and understood I had timing constraints for the quote with a more relaxed timing for the actual work. They didn't bother to call to say they couldn't get to the quote and blew the commitment by multiple days which meant I couldn't make my commitments. Will be finding someone else to do the work.

I had a circuit breaker that wouldn't reset.  Called these guys and to my surprise, they were available that day.  Should have known better.   Two young guys came out and seemed to be qualified.   However, after a quick look at the breaker, they told me they work on a flat rate.   Well, the cheapest rate was $420, and went up to $1200.   For a breaker!!   I had already taken time off work and so I went ahead.   Should have reconsidered.   They replaced the breaker and one outlet, which was accurate and done properly.  But they ripped me off for $420 when the job reasonably should have been half that.   Don't call these guys unless price is no object.

Called Brad this morning to come look at our damage from the storm last night and he was at our place within the hour to start repairs. Tree branch fell on our power line and we had a hot wire laying across our yard. Very prompt, professional and clean cut with pricing. Highly recommend! Will absolutely call them again for any future electric needs! Thanks Mike High for saving the day!

I am perplexed by all of the positive reviews for Custom Electric.  I had a bad experience and didn't end up using them on my job.  I had contacted Jack in the beginning of April for a job to install some new and replacement in an old home.  My timeframe for the project was between April 15 and May 15 and needed to be coordinated with some other work being done in the home at the same time.  After a very positive initial conversation, I was unable to get Jack to commit to come to the house to even give me an estimate.  He was finally able to stop by around April 20th and he was in the home for about an hour assessing the work.  He explained to me that the job would be extensive, and probably run around $5000 (maybe more) and would require re-wiring the entire house and would take about a week.  However, given all of his experience and great reviews, I felt comfortable making a verbal agreement for him to start the work as soon as possible, but he strung me along for another 2 weeks delaying the start the job even further. When he stopped returning any of my calls I finally gave up and hired another electrician.  I was glad that I did because it only took the new person (another master electrician) about 1-1/2 days and cost about 1/3 of what Jack had quoted.  It did not require a total re-wire - just some minor reconfigurations of the existing wire.  

I wish that Jack had just told me upfront that he did not want to do my job so that I could have avoided major delays in my overall project flow.

Bryan was very professional and helpful at not just selling me unnecessary upgrades, but was honest with helping me determine what actually needed to be done so as not to break my budget. He never tried to push expensive products on me. I was also impressed with his tidy and well labeled wiring - not just a mystery birds nest of wires. I am very hands on, and having seen his work, I am confident that should I need to renovate or make changes in the future, anyone qualified would be able to see his work and know what was what. That said, next time I need anything done - I am calling Bryan first!
