Retired elderly couple mystified by all things electrical was impressed by the prompt courteous and knowledge of Joel our electrician, he walked us thru every step with a normal and easily understandable description of the work to be performed. We are   very happy with all aspects of the of this service We would highly recommend it.

I won't go into too much detail about my experience with this company but I will say that the sales manager acted very unprofessionally with me about a HUGE misunderstanding between them and my HOA. I had to stop him several times during our exchanges to ask him why he was being so rude to me. Not something that you would expect from a manager. The only saving grace from this company was Dan - their highly professional, very experienced lead installer that helped repair the mess that the first crew made. He deserves a major raise.

The system was sold quite easily , but then comes the installation.   They installed two new air conditioners and an attic fan and did not verify that they were working properly  before they left.  They came back and then left again not letting us know when it would be completed.  Then inspection failed.   Now for more waiting.   Lets hope I can actually get to someone who can the work done.  SO far, they just pass the buck!

When my central AC system failed during 100 degree weather, I called every  HVAC company in town, only to find out that wait times were as long as two weeks. (I'm looking at you, Precision, with your same day AC service false web site advertising and your totally lame answering service that never forwarded my message.)

Save Home came recommended from a contractor I trust, but who was too busy to make a service call. I received professional, prompt service the same day.  Why the four stars instead of five? The hurt me pricing, but then again, I was paying for after-hours service.  Yes, I could have gotten a cheaper deal, but with inlaws coming to town, I made the choice to pony up the extra cash.

My A/C unit stopped working during a heat wave in July. I contacted several hvac companies to compare pricing. Brian came out within 24 hours of me contacting the office. All of the units in my home were the original ones from when the house was built in the 70's. My grandson's hot water tank finally gave up the other night.  Being an older home and not well maintained by previous owners there was no choice but to replace the old beat up thing.  I went to Home Depot, found a tank, paid for it and Plumbline was calling to make an appointment even before I left the store.  It was great.  After Mike Quarry came to the house, looked at the mess, he told me what I should expect, etc.  Changing a hot water tank isn't just that simple.  Codes changed and I could see why some of the changes were needed.  Either way I wanted everything up to code for 2023 and spanking new things.  It couldn't be done that day so he came back the next day bright and early with Cameron.  I had a problem with my bank but while I was out getting that straightened out Mike and Cameron were plugging away.  They finished way early, got everything looking really nice and boy am I happy.  The best of this transaction is I had gotten some summer crude so that I was so sick that Mike just guided me through what needed to be done and why and what the solution was.  I was so happy with that.  Since I live down the street from my grandson's I asked Mike if he would mind if I went home to sleep.  He said I should probably do that.  My grandson's who are 24 and 19 were home so they didn't need me.  Mike and Cameron finished up early and called me.  I'm telling you I was so happy but still sick.  Mike was patient with me and explained as much as my mind could handle in a way that was not threatening, not condesending and truly was a help.  I had to return the other tank but that was nothing compared to having a new working tank.  And they cleaned up like a champ.  They came to a mess but left it all cleaned up.  I liked Mikes work so much I invited him back this coming Wednesday to repair something that needed to be replaced.  And I have other stuff for him to do.  Thanks Mike and thanks Cameron!!!

I had the pleasure of doing business with Ricky Petterson. He organized the work of my drainage pipes. This has been a very stressful situation but the ending result was worth it. The work was done in 1 day as he stated we talked about what was going to happen before it was done. The workers came out when he said they would  and the work was finished in do time and we were in running. Great job to the team also

After Brian came out and gave me an estimate on my repairs, I never heard from him again. He told me he would get back to me the next day, and nothing. BAD customer service. If he didn't want the job, he should've said so. I left messages, and got no return phone call.
