Nick and Shelly were so nice. I stopped in to this contractor supply company to see if I could get some lighting that I've been looking for, and if I found it I would send my contractor here to pick it up for me but they did not have it.  They were able to give me a couple of ideas that who I could contact.
If I was an actual contractor I WOULD go back.

John has been to our house a few times to do some electrical work. Every time has was there on time, and got everything done in the same day as promised. He works quickly, charges a reasonable rate, and is the most professional electrician we have ever hired! Highly recommended.

Bill Swan, the owner of Highplains, is not only very knowledgeable but he is also very nice and has always been very fair.  He has helped me with various small jobs over the years and quickly gets to the heart of the problem and has always been reasonable in his charges.  He is the kind of businessman everybody wants to do business with, and the kind that have become all to rare these days.

I contacted four different electrical contractors. Only two returned my calls. Louis Lucero with High Caliber Electric and Jason Quynn with Quynn Electric both came to my house to give quotes on the work that needed to be done. Louis left a quote with me before he left. Jason said he would email the quote to me the following day. After two days I called their office and was told that they were still waiting for pricing from their supplier before giving me a quote. After a week I didn't hear from Quynn Electric and had High Caliber Electric do the work. Louis replaced all the circuit breakers in my box, after 40 years they were starting to fail and not trip. He ran a new line into the living room and installed additional outlets. He also ran some new outlets in the garage. He also diagnosed a rather serious problem with the wiring in our living room where a neutral wire wasn't installed correctly and we had arcing issues. I was very pleased with his work ethic, professionalism, knowledge and friendliness. Any problems he found he took the time to show me and explain what he was doing to correct the problem. He also patiently answered any questions I had. I felt what he charged for his work was more than fair and reasonable for the time he invested. I highly recommend High Caliber Electric. They do honest, excellent work for a fair price.

Great company and the guys that install the lights are really nice and professional. This is our second time using them and we'll definitely use them again for future needs!

I recently had the pleasure of working with T2 Electric, a family-owned electrician company and I can honestly say it was one of the best experiences I've had with a service provider. From start to finish, this company was a joy to work with.

First off, the communication was excellent. Tyler, the person who answered my initial call was friendly and knowledgeable, and they were able to schedule a visit for me within just a few days. When the electrician arrived at my home, they were punctual and professional, taking the time to explain everything they were doing and answering any questions I had.

The quality of the work was top-notch. The electrician was clearly very experienced and knew exactly what they were doing. They were efficient and thorough, and they took care to clean up after themselves once the job was done.

But what really stood out to me was the level of customer service. This is a family-owned company, and you can really tell that they care about their customers. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the work they did, and they even followed up with me a few days later to make sure everything was still working properly.

Overall, I can't recommend this family-owned electrician company highly enough. They were professional, friendly, and provided excellent service. I will definitely be using them again for all of my future real estate investments.

I needed some ceiling light fixtures, a kitchen ceiling fan and dimmer switches that I had already bought installed. I called Custom Electric and Jack scheduled a time to come over and give me an estimate and schedule a time to do the work. He and Nathaniel came on time, they were a pleasure to work with, trustworthy, efficient and finished quickly! I'm so happy with my new lights and I will definitely be calling them again when I get my other lights to install! I highly recommend them! Thank you!!

While a newer business, Rich with Thunderbird has a lot of experience and is very professional. You can could on Thunderbird for all of your lighting and electrician needs, and now, he's the only one I'll go to!

Ideal electric wired our new home. It has been nothing but electrical problems, that they are unable to fix. The technicians they sent out are rude and unhelpful. We are now going to pay out-of-pocket for things we shouldn't have to, rather than continue to deal with this company

I'm so mad at these guys.

My friend's water heater went out. I know nothing about water heaters, but I can figure out how things work. After less than an hour of troubleshooting, I was pretty sure the control board was bad and needed to be replaced. I told my friend this but she wanted to go ahead and have it serviced by a professional.

My friend then brought in some monkey from Blue Sky - their technician - who SHOULD be trained to fix a water heater and therefore should be capable of diagnosing the issue in the same time or less than an untrained person. 9 hours later, after a bill MORE EXPENSIVE THAN THE COST OF A NEW heater, the guy finally figured out the problem. And also charged my friend $150 to pick up the part.

Absolute rip off. Waste of over a thousand dollars. Unskilled person can do the job better. That is all.

Called this company to provide an estimate for installing two small light fixtures and run two power wires through a wall for a home alarm system. The company quoted over $600 for these two minor projects!! The light fixtures were already on hand so there was no cost for parts. No reasonable person is going to accept an estimate for that price for the minor work requested. If the company simply doesn't want to accept a job, they should just be honest with people and say so.
