Best Gas Line Services in Dallas TX
Great communication and reasonable rates. Knowledgeable technicians arrived, early, and performed the requested work. I will also be hiring them for follow-on projects.

The job was completed to my satisfaction. They added electrical and a wall switch for 2 lights above new cabinets in my living room. I felt they got the job done quickly and charged a reasonable rate. I would definitely call them next time I need electrical work. I was able to get a free quote by sending a few pictures and describing the work to be done. Great job all around!

My technician was Ryan Nunez and he did an amazing job. He was on time and let me know what was going on every step of the way. The repairs done were very reasonably priced. I would recommend CTX plumbing to everyone.

I have used both Faithco plumbers and Faithco electricians. My calls were answered promptly, scheduled quickly, and the technicians arrived at the appointed time. Prior to arrival, a photo was sent to me so I would know whom to expect, plus the technician call me when he was on his way. In both instances, the work was completed correctly, efficiently, and rapidly. Charges were nominal. I will certainly use Faithco Enterprises again should a need arise.

I had a faucet that needed to be installed in my kitchen sink. I purchased the high-end faucet, soap dispenser and hole covers (I have a 4 hole sink but just 2 appliances to install). James came out and gave me a quote - he was very professional and friendly. The staff at the office was very communicative and friendly as well. I hired James to do the job and couldn't be happier. The price was competitive, the work was completed in a timely manner and looks great! He cleaned up all the mess (some that wasn't even his!) and left my kitchen looking great. I would definitely recommend Paschal Air and will use them again in the future. Thanks, James and Pascal Air for a job well done!

This is for the A/C side only. I recently had a tankless water heater installed by their plumbing guys and that service was phenomenal.
As part of the water heater install, I enrolled in their family plan, which supposedly gives you free inspections of your AC equipment and plumbing, priority, and discounts on services. So, I scheduled an AC inspection. The tech that came out tried to sell me a list of snake oil items including replacing all capacitors in the system (both I and another AC tech checked the capacitance on each with a multimeter, and all were fine), replacing contactors saying they showed pittance/burn marks - none appeared to be present, hard start kits for each unit (not recommended by the manufacturer), and duct cleaning (which is not recommended by the EPA). Total tune up recommendations for two systems were close to $6,000. My gut impression was they were trying to rip me off, and this was confirmed by my own tests and a tech from another company (see below). Unfortunately for Baker Brothers I have an engineering background and am able to analyze most of their suggested repairs for myself.
A couple weeks later, a compressor seized up on one unit. Now I realize this is a random occurrence and was nothing they could have predicted in the inspection, so I don't blame them for that. But, thinking hey good thing I'm a family plan member at Baker Brothers, I'll call and get them out right away with their priority promise. Well, I left a message about 5:00 on a Sunday (after hours). I not only received no response Sunday, they didn't bother to call me back on Monday. Needless to say I will be cancelling my family plan membership with Baker Brothers and won't be using their AC service again.
After no response from Baker Brothers, I called Boone's, who were ultra responsive, came out the same day, and treated me right. I also went through the list of suggested repairs from Baker with Boone's, they tested the capacitors, etc and confirmed most components Baker recommended replacing were fine.

They get 1 star for formerly being Butler Plumbing and apparently David Butler has sold to Milestone and sold his customers to a less than situation than they were used to......
I had a plumbing issue and I had to call to setup an appointment, as others have said, be there in a flash and having to wait a week don't coincide
The lady who called me was very pleasant and asked a lot of questions about my issue.....she said they would try to get me in earlier if opportunity came about which it did
Received a call from dispatch and he knew nothing of my issue so I had to repeat everything already discussed......left work and met workers at my house
Told them what the issue was and he pulled a cost chart and after looking at it for several minutes determined my issue would be 2nd from the top.....I questioned the high cost stating the leak could be a simple valve which would be an easy fix......he pointed out the leak could be down lower in my yard where the slope goes way down.....I told him that if this was true it would defy physics for water to travel to a higher ground and advised the water would flow downward.....he stumbled and said regardless they couldn't do the job today and I could think about it....I asked how much labor verses material was involved in this minimum cost he showed and he said he didn't know and someone would have to call me back.....almost a week went by and no call
I called and left a message and was amazed the next day I received a call from David Butler the former owner of Butler Plumbing.....I tried to advise what happened and I was cut off and was very rudely advised he was very aware what happened.....he told me his worker advised him I was very rude.....he told me the worker advised me, they do not inform customers how much labor verses materials are apart of their pricing.....I struggled to get any points across and I tried to say the worker was wrong and actually advised someone would call and he never told me what David said he did. I also tried to advise I was taken back that I broke from work and how my situation was handled but to no avail, couldn't get a word in.....make matters worse the tone in his voice was not worth debating with especially considering he was repeating from word of mouth and I was actually there.....
My take, workers and people I have dealt with are very nice and pleasant
David on the other hand, not so much
He sounds upset, bothered, and maybe tense on this deal, he made with Milestone
I have lots of experience with David which goes way back, and I have always noticed how he gets rude in his choice of words and tone when his opinion differs from yours
Maybe this deal is stressed his world because when he was Butler Plumbing, he hid behind his courteous workers and now Milestone has him dealing directly with customers and this is not his Forte
I would be careful dealing with this new company and be aware it isn't the same company no matter how you spin it
Good luck David wish you success in your new endeavor but I think I will seek elsewhere for future plumbing issues

William Green was our service tech today. He arrived on time was very thorough, polite and described to me what he was looking for and how everything checked out.
Thank you again!

I hired Hiho Handyman for painting, flooring and lighting in my kitchen and bathroom and was very satisfied. They exceeded my expectations in every way and cleaned up after they were finished. This is an honest, five star company. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to my friends.
