Nathan from CTX plumbing did an outstanding job trouble shooting and repairing my water heater. He was even able to work with the manufacturer to handle the part needed since was still under warranty.

I had a faucet that needed to be installed in my kitchen sink. I purchased the high-end faucet, soap dispenser and hole covers (I have a 4 hole sink but just 2 appliances to install). James came out and gave me a quote - he was very professional and friendly. The staff at the office was very communicative and friendly as well. I hired James to do the job and couldn't be happier. The price was competitive, the work was completed in a timely manner and looks great! He cleaned up all the mess (some that wasn't even his!) and left my kitchen looking great. Shelby helped me today.  It is so pleasant to work with him, professional, knowledgable,  patient in explaining the problem, and so quick in getting the work done.  It is a breeze working with Shelby.  I will get his help again for future needs.

A young plumber came out to replace a valve underneath the kitchen sink. $1500 later, on his way out, he said we would need new faucet hardware because the cold water couldn't be turned all the way off, and since I was on a work call, I didn't have a chance to ask a question about that. Well, he was correct, we do need to replace the faucet, but we didn't before he came, and he was dishonest and said he never touched it. True, it is not that expensive but it's a hassle and I didn't appreciate the guy not taking responsibility.

A1 also does electrical!!
Called A1 to see if they could help me with an electrical problem I had.  They made an appointment and kept the time within 30 ( not bad considering where we live). They came out and diagnosed the problem call TXU and waited 4 hours for them to show up. Once the problem had been determine it Took them  30 minutes they fixed what could've been a Very dangerous situation at my house. Needless to say they were a lifesaver for our family.
I Highly recommend them for any of your electrical or air condition problems you might run across that needs a professional person to handle
