They were responsive and were able to come the same day due to a cancellation. He identified the issue (microwave had a short in it) so it wasn't the fuse. They only charged me the trip fee of $49

We had a list of electrical problems around our house. I called on a Wednesday morning, left a message, and he returned my call Wednesday afternoon as promised. We set an appointment time about a week later, and Craig arrived in the stated window he said he would.

In the course of just under 2 hours, Craig resolved a dinking noise in our living room (cause by a thermal overload switch that had been disconnected but not removed) which required both patience and a trip to the attic, re-wired a ceiling fan that had a remote that stopped working and wired to wall switches, removed the very old timer for our front porch light and replaced with a simple on/off switch, and repaired a blinking light in our master bath (also caused by the thermal overload switch).

Craig is personable and helped talk us through a variety of solutions for future projects and provided quotes for that work. As a licensed professional myself, I did check that Craig is registered with the Texas Dept of Licensing and Regulation and his Master Electrician license is valid and active.

We were very happy with the total price of $165 for this service- I'm thrilled to have things working more smoothly in our house. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for an electrician's help!

Phillip was great to work with.  He asked all troubleshooting questions before he got to the house so that he can be prepared for any potential fixes. I have called Electricians of Dallas on 3 occasions now to fix a ceiling fan that was not installed properly by a friend.  The electrician spent several hours as it could have caused a fire.  It's been running fine for several years now.  This year I have had them replace 3 old security lights that were no longer working. The electrician discovered one on the side of my home had never been connected so he went into my attic and connected it the way it should have been done years ago!  I strongly recommend Electricians of Dallas.  They're wonderful to work with!

I had the pleasure of having Robert come out to the house to install a new dedicated line and from start of communication to finished product he was very clear and quick to respond.

He offered a lot of advice on the best way to accomplish my goal as well as other unrelated questions I asked.

He was able to give a rough estimate from the start, even with my poor explanation of the scenario, and stayed very much within that original estimate range.

I've used Carroll twice and would definitely use him again. The business is owner-operated and Mr Carroll himself comes to your house. He did a variety of electrical jobs both times and is fast, professional, polite and cleaned up after himself. Price was fair.
