After having excellent service in 2 previous jobs with ABR, my expectations for a 3rd one (today) were understandably high. Unfortunately, this was not the case. After arriving 30 minutes after the scheduled time, Tyler headed up to our attic to survey the work. As someone who wants to learn, I followed, and was disturbed at the carelessness I saw as Tyler moved around our attic. Hanging on ducting, yanking on the electrical cable, and a complete disregard for any strategic blown-in insulation, I was uncomfortable with him being up there. (not to mention his comments regarding how the access 'sucked' and overall lack of enthusiasm)

After coming back down he informed me that the job was going to cost 60% more than what was quoted and was going to take 2+ hours to complete.

I declined continuing the job and wished him a good day.

After excellent service previously, I can't say that I am happy with my experience today and won't be able to recommend them to any friends or coworkers. I hope others continue to have a better experience than what I did today and will be on the hunt for a new go-to electrician.

I did not use the services and the review is for the quoting process. They are quick to respond and the price they quote is really reasonable. Just another provider was quicker so I go with them. I will definitely reach out again for other projects.

My experience was the best service experience I may have ever had. From the first call to schedule the work to work complete, top notch. Jose, Trey and Russell conducted themselves with the utmost professionalism. I had an old panel removed, a new panel installed, several code required upgrades completed due to the new panel installation, all old switches and outlets removed and replaced, removed old fans/light fixtures as well as many new lights wired and installed. They were, professional, kind, focused, informative, and fast. They did excellent work. There was great communication from the team. I knew I was in great hands. Very impressed. Great work by JSR. They installed an outlet that allows me to run part of the house on a portable generator if the power goes out. Tech took his time and did a very professional job. Would use them again when I need more electrical work.

I had an incredible experience with EM Electrical. I needed a ceiling fan installed in an area that had no fan installed prior.
I had gotten multiple quotes and EM Electrical was by far the cheapest! On top of that, he came the following morning to get the job done.
I have to say, he did such a great job that I paid him more than he even quoted. (He even went above and beyond and tightened up some loose electrical outlets for me in several areas of the house.)
Not only was he kind and professional but he went above and beyond and did it all at an amazing price! I'll absolutely be calling him to do more work in the future & would recommend him to anyone looking for a great electrician at an exc price!

We had a list of electrical problems around our house. I called on a Wednesday morning, left a message, and he returned my call Wednesday afternoon as promised. We set an appointment time about a week later, and Craig arrived in the stated window he said he would.

In the course of just under 2 hours, Craig resolved a dinking noise in our living room (cause by a thermal overload switch that had been disconnected but not removed) which required both patience and a trip to the attic, re-wired a ceiling fan that had a remote that stopped working and wired to wall switches, removed the very old timer for our front porch light and replaced with a simple on/off switch, and repaired a blinking light in our master bath (also caused by the thermal overload switch).

Craig is personable and helped talk us through a variety of solutions for future projects and provided quotes for that work. As a licensed professional myself, I did check that Craig is registered with the Texas Dept of Licensing and Regulation and his Master Electrician license is valid and active.

We were very happy with the total price of $165 for this service- I'm thrilled to have things working more smoothly in our house. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for an electrician's help!

Did a good job installing my 14-50 outlet. Put it right in the spot that I asked, but I didn't realize until after they left that where I was hoping to put it was not on a stud so the outlet isn't as secured as I would hope. (3 stars) They didn't cut up my walls more than they had too and tried to leave the drywall in pieces clean enough to patch back up so I appreciate the extra care there. (+1 star) I would have loved if they would have come back to me when doing the work and told me hey you know where you told us to put it isn't on a stud, can we move it over 4 inches to have it secured that proactive step would have moved the rating up to 5 stars in my book.

Philip was incredible. I needed something fairly simple done, but when I first started getting quotes I felt like the price didn't match the work scope. Philip came back with not only the best price, but was great with communication and taught me a little bit about how my home was wired.

Before you commit to another company, give Phillip a call. You won't regret it.

My sister in law call d this place after calling others. They knew exactly what she needed to bring her new water heater up to code. They were able to give her a quote over the phone. The guys Jeremy and Roy did the work and done within a half an hour. VERY respectful employees!

I had Benchmark come out as it seemed we had a short causing our living room lights not to turn on.  The issue was diagnosed and fixed quickly and Glenn was kind enough to check on another minor issue at no charge.  Sumar was also very kind and a pleasure to work with in setting up and confirming the appointment.  I will definitely use Benchmark going forward.

Gary installed eight ceiling fans in my home. He did an excellent job! He paid attention to detail  and did the job within a reasonable amount of time. The price was much less than the other two companies I had look at the job. I would definitely use him again!

As a REALTOR I have worked with lots of service contractors. Rockwall Electric is the best of the best. Timely, professional, courteous, fair consistent pricing, knowledgeable and did what it took to find and repair the issue. I will never call another electrician.

Our home inspector found a few problems in the breaker box, and suggested an electrician fix them. We were worried about the cost, but the tech fixed the main issues in the breaker box for a very reasonable fee. He was very friendly and gave us a call 20 minutes before he arrived.  What impressed me the most was that he explained why we didn't need the additional work done to our breaker box.  Nice to have the honesty.

I have called Electricians of Dallas on 3 occasions now to fix a ceiling fan that was not installed properly by a friend.  The electrician spent several hours as it could have caused a fire.  It's been running fine for several years now.  This year I have had them replace 3 old security lights that were no longer working. The electrician discovered one on the side of my home had never been connected so he went into my attic and connected it the way it should have been done years ago!  I strongly recommend Electricians of Dallas.  They're wonderful to work with!
