Best Fluorescent Light Repair in Chicago IL

Called T&D to install motion lights for our dark walkway.  Rodrigo was on time, reviewed the projects and provided information and also suggested the type of device to install that would provide the most light.  We purchased the devices, called T&D and specifically requested that Rodrigo return.  He returned this morning on time and completed the job.  He was so nice and efficient.  Highly recommend T&D and Rodrigo!

This was my second time hiring Blacklite Electric and it was a pleasure working with both Neville and Johnny!

Neville was communicative from the start. We were able to find a time very shortly after I reached out.

Johnny did a great job fixing the super old wiring in my home and replacing 4 light fixtures. Johnny was very respectful of COVID restrictions, wearing a mask the whole time. Payment was easy over Venmo.

I will call Blacklite again next time I need electrical work done!

Needed to extend electricity from our second floor unit in a townhome to our rooftop. Since there's a third floor unit between our unit and a rooftop, the job was a bit tedious. Victor not only gave us a fair price but also was very prompt and got the job done quickly and neatly. We now have power on our rooftop and are very happy with high quality service offered by Victor!

Top notch PROFESSIONAL WORK!!  Added outlets in my basement and their finished work was 10/10.  It looked like the new outlets with breakers came with the home.  Perfect work!  Very satisfied customer.  Highly recommended

I had major issues with half of my electricity going in and out for the last few months.  Two electricians came by and told me I needed a new box, to move the box, and to bury my lines, with a total cost of $10-15K.  A last minute look on yelp, and I called LMV.  He came that day, and told me it was an issue that the Village would probably be able to fix, for free.  He was right.  I will call him back, next time I need something.  Honesty is hard to come by these days.

We called Donatello Electric about a light fixture above our bathroom medicine cabinet.  Some days the light would go on, some days it wouldn't.
Mike arrived early (he called ahead to make sure that was ok).  He found a flakey connector in the fixture.  He removed the connector and hard wired the fixture so we wouldn't have that problem again.  Mike was clean and polite.  We will call Donatello the next time we need electrical work.

We reached out to Shock Tech 2 to have ceiling lighting installed in our family room which was dark and lacked natural light. Jaime Barajas did an absolutely fantastic job installing the ceiling lights. It completely transformed the room.  He was completely professional, courteous and a pleasure to work with. I could not be happier with our outdoor string lights installed by CM Electric. Everything from planning to installation was a breeze. They are the only company who was able to cover the exact area we were interested in illuminating without using any posts and doing so at a very affordable price. I highly recommend using the professionals for this project instead of doing it yourself and sacrificing on the overall appearance of your yeard.

I needed a licensed electrician to install a bonding conducter in my main panel; as result of a recent home inspection. Cliff was very responsive and professional, by explaining everything prior to the work. Most importantly,  the price was reasonable and he followed up as promised with a detailed invoice receipt.

Tim was awesome. He came and installed my smart switches. Very professional. And answered all my questions. I will definitely be reaching out to Tim in the near future for all my Electrical projects.

I've used BUE in the past, since they did such an amazing job first the first time using them, I decided to use them for my next re-model and this time it was for a heated floor system. Sammy was the technician that installed the   wiring, he made sure the heated system was working correctly and worked along side my contractor to make sure all the heated components, sensors and thermostat were all in working order before my contractor got the go ahead to finish the floors. I also had 6in can lighting w/a dimmer switch installed in my bedroom. Sammy suggested that it would be much brighter than the 4in I was going to use. He measured the room, removed some dry wall,installed the lights in less than hour. After that was done he attached the drywall back to be repaired.
Prices are exceptionally reasonable! Thank you BUE electric for another job well done!

We made an appointment for an estimate and nobody showed up. I called and only received voicemail and nobody returned my calls. Based upon other more positive reviews, I was disappointed in the unprofessional treatment.

I was drilling into the wall to install some shelves when the power to our condo went out completely. We called 4 or 5 different electric companies that said they provided emergency services and A to Z was the ONLY one that we were even able to talk to an electrician. The owner actually answered the call, and was able to walk us through finding and resetting the circuit breaker outside our unit, which, as he suspected, had been tripped. Lights came on and everything was fine. Someone was able to come out that week to check and make sure I didn't do serious damage. I would definitely recommend working with this company. They were very friendly, helpful and professional.

They probably nice people having a bad day, but I called just to get some info and got hung up on twice. The first time I was hung up on soon as I finished my question. Then I thought the phone might have just messed up, no biggie. I call back get immediately put on hold and 90 seconds in it picks up and I get hung up on again. Not trying to be a bother, just was interested in your services and prices.
