Best Air Duct Installation in Chicago IL

In a Chicago winter, there are always going to be plumbing and heating problems and technicians get swamped with requests for emergency services (missing appointments) or want to charge an arm and a leg when they arrive at your house. I have used these guys twice now and both times they were reasonable and helpful. They gave me a reasonable quote through the yelp app, and upon arrival, seeing the problem not as big as before, adjusted the price even further. They always respond within 24 hours, and schedule arrival within a day or so of your infractions. Morever, the tech, Jose, is easygoing and pretty accurate in his assessments and handy enough to address various types of problems I've had with water heater, furnace, and showerhead water flow.

OneStop was quick to schedule, gave me an actual appointment time (not a crazy 4 hour window), was on time, very efficient, knowledgeable, and helpful. 10/10 would recommend!

This rating is just based on how good they are at keeping their word and being on time for appointment. I cannot rate their work because I did not have a chance to work with them.

Jose scheduled a free estimate for me for a project that is going to cost around $2,000+. Gave me a time frame of 8-12pm (I already received estimates from three other companies and each one gave me an exact time, not a 4-hour window). Long story short ServiceMax was a no show for the appointment. In case you are wondering the other three companies are Penco Electric, A-Phase Electric, and 123Voltage.

Since ServiceMax did not show up, I have some time to write this review. The appointment was for today.

Last minute service request at its best. It's was a sunny Saturday when I made the call requesting their emergency handyman services. They came out next day at 9:30am and got the job done before 3pm. The service was 100% reliable and the charge was very reasonable. Best professional service experienced hands down!! The handyman himself defiently went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied.
