Best Backflow Services in Charlotte NC
Blair showed up on time, fixed both my primary issue and worked on a non-related secondary problem I was experiencing. Laughed at my jokes and my dog LOVED him. What more could you ask for? Would highly recommend this company and this technician.

Yesterday ENECO came from Hickory to tweak my HVAC, which he did a fantastic job on. I really didn't expect them to come out on a Saturday and figured they would wait till Monday, but I got a call back quickly and he said he could be here shortly. The young fellow was named Adam and had been with the company for 9 years. To get to my attic access we had to walk around bins and big bags of decorations from Christmas. I apologized for the mess and said it just needed to go in the attic when I got help.
He was so kind and gracious and offered to put all that stuff in the attic for me! And it was a lot! Then he gave me a few tips to make extra storage space with some of the plywood boards I had stacked up there. Adam was quite the professional during all this and I thanked him. What an asset he is to his company, and a blessing to me, to go above and beyond!

Extremely expensive! Use as a last resort only. They price by the job, not the hours and they do disclose upfront the cost and ask you to sign an authorization, but it seems they over-estimate the work required and let's face it, how many of us are technical enough to understand what is needed. We also got hit with a massive additional charge once the job started.
In our case, we needed a toilet replaced, and initially authorized a $600 job (including the toilet), which didn't seem all that unreasonable. But after removing the old toilet, the technician found a problem that he claimed was a big job and would take hours to fix (it didn't). With no toilet on a Friday, what could we do but authorize the work - for which we were charged $1,900 for what amounted to about four hours work - nearly $500:per hour! And we had to buy the toilet separately!
If you think about their pricing model of charging by the job, not the hour, you almost always will be overpaying. Prices set in advance will be set so they make a profit on even the most expensive, time-consuming jobs. Unless your job is one of those, you will always be over-paying for the actual services.
Moral: shop around. You will almost certainly find good plumbers at a fraction of the price.

Came out quickly to repair a broken water line, which was the only positive.
Negatives:
1. Lost the lock key to my crawl space so I have to buy a new lock.
2. Did not even attempt to fix landscaping they removed. They removed lighting, a plant, and a small rock wall and left it scattered in the yard.
Extremely disappointed with their aftercare for the price I paid for them to come out.
A friend of mine used North Meck Plumming. I didn't just because they could not get out here as early because we had been without water for 2 weeks. They completely restored his landscaping as close to the original as possible.

Called to replace a leaking toilet, and while here they said my water pressure was too high and a pressure regulator needed to be installed. They insisted this needed to be installed by my water meter at the street, which would involve ripping up part of the sidewalk and cost over $700.
I got a second opinion and was told that the part could easily be installed in my basement for a third of the cost, and that cutting into the sidewalk was totally unnecessary. When I explained to them that I wanted to cancel my appointment based on this second opinion they were snippy and rude.
Very surprised that they chose what appears to be the most difficult and expensive method to fix a simple water pressure problem.
