Best Security System Installation in Charlotte NC
EM Electric provides the most straightforward and honest estimates. Evan is the most hard working and knowledgeable electrician I have met. He is a great listener and troubleshooter. He will not rest until work is done to satisfaction. Rates are very reasonable and results are outstanding!

Chad was great - responsive, reliable, thorough. Friendly and gave me a few extra pointers before he left. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic company doing excellent work. Very nice team and very communicative, arrived when they said they would and fixed my issue quickly and knowledgeably. Very great company, I recommend them 10/10 and would absolutely call them the next time I have an issue. Thanks Rickey and Phoenix Electrical Solutions!

We are so thrilled with the lighting instillation that Mike and his team did in our house. Mike gave great advice and demonstrated lots of knowledge as we were deciding what to do. They took extra care to set up and ensure nothing would be damaged in our house everything looks and works great!! We couldn't even tell they were there after they left as they cleaned up everything and put all our things back in place. Everyone we spoke with was so pleasant and responsive and all my questions and concerns were answered. Mike and his team were also very patient with our dog which was a nice bonus. Really great work and really great customer service!

It is great that Bates has superb customer service folks on the phone and was able to send someone out to install a 240V outlet in the garage as early as the next day and the two gentlemen who showed up were super nice ... however ... despite the costs being explicitly stated in advance ($80 trip charge, $80/hr labor, plus parts), I ended up being charged 1.5 hours for just over half an hour's worth of not quite professional work. Two reasons for that: a) I was apparently charged almost an hour for the technician's time to go shopping at Home Depot for the most basic of parts (an outlet, a box for the outlet, a few feet of cabling, etc.), and b) the person who did the work was the new guy and although he was experienced, he was clearly being supervised by the more senior tech for a reason. End result? An outlet that's not flush with the wall because a few corners were cut. I don't get why I have to pay you labor rates to show up at the job site with the proper equipment when I already told you what I needed to have done and I even sent you pictures _well before_ you arrived at the job site. It's not like this person had to leave my home and go far away and then come back (but even then, shouldn't you have some of these things in your truck, especially on the day of the job?). I'm sure he stopped at the Home Depot on the way from his previous gig to this one. I feel like levying a trip charge and labor rates for shopping is technically double-dipping. When I brought up these concerns to their customer support folks, I was told someone would be calling me back (after much resistance and arguing; they're exceptionally trained ... I felt like I called an insurance company to file a claim). Well, three days later, I haven't heard from anyone.
UPDATE 08/24: After getting nowhere with the back-office folks, the owner himself was kind enough to speak with me, hear me out, and send Justin out to make it right by his customer. I really do appreciate that. I am definitely pleased with the end result. However, I think it's important for customers to know, up front, that they're liable for the electrician's time spent procuring the parts needed for the job. If given the choice, I would rather go get them myself instead of paying labor rates for that Home Depot trip. It could be that I'm just that naive and that this is how the entire industry operates.

Adam and his team responded quickly and professionally when we had an electrical problem at my office. They diagnosed the problem and made the necessary repairs to make sure that we are safe from having the same problem again. The technician was through and his work was done with care and attention to detail. We will always call Asset Electrical for our electrical repair needs!

We found Ryan and Elko Contracting on the Next-door ap. He and his crew did exactly what we asked for, showed up exactly when he said he would, and while the job ran a few hours past the original estimate, his invoices stayed exactly as quoted. On top of all that, he's a delightful young man and we truly enjoyed meeting him. An outstanding experience!

my husband worked for DAYS trying to install a timer for our hall lights. Bob Gibson, Black Lab Electric, took care of the task quickly and efficiently.
We had another project that had languished for months... We scheduled a follow up appointment. I'm very pleased! In addition to the great work, Bob communicated any change in his schedule, so we knew exactly when to expect him. Will be recommending him to our friends and family. Sandra T.

I used Roby to install two new outlets, remove two existing light fixtures, and remove the wiring behind two sconce plates in our 1960s ranch. I was given the impression when we scheduled that it would take a couple of hours, understood the hourly rate and budgeted somewhere in the $350-400 range for the total body of work.
When the electrician came on Friday to do the work, he removed the fixtures but was unable to finish the job due to the heat in the attic (totally understandable and I would hate for someone to fall ill working in the attic in August). He apologized and rescheduled to come back the next morning with an hour or hour and a half more to do.
The second attempt took two hours and forty-five minutes, including cigarette breaks, on top of the hour we had already paid for on Friday.
In all, two outlets and two light fixtures took 3 hours and 45 minutes, costing more than $800. Lesson learned, beware of any estimated time for the job.

I cannot comment on the quality of the work done by H Dee, as I never received a call back after leaving a voicemail request about work I needed done.

This company charged $65.00 to assess my electrical issue. Quoted me $1,350 to complete work. After they submitted a permit to the city they tried to come back and tell me it would be an additional $7,000 to $8,000.
Very unprofessional and sneaky - avoid using this company at all costs!

being relatively new to the area, I was not prepared how many electricians either never cal you back or never show up when they are supposed to.
This is far from the truth for Pyramid. Joe and Andy showed up on time and were professional, courteous and took the time to do things right. They were careful not to make a mess and cleaned up after themselves and were great to deal with.
Couldn't recommend them more.

The electrician was very friendly and he even put on shoe covers before coming into my house. I really liked the fact that he had everything he needed to have in order to fix my kitchen outlet that wasn't resetting. His price was by far the lowest that anyone else wanted 99$ just to come out and look at it not counting fixing it. I got it fixed for 100$ and I couldn't be happier with the electrician I chose to work inside of my home. If I have any further issues I will definitely be calling them again.

Don't do business with this company. Once a defective light was installed for $225. They refused to take it down for less than $185. Puts my cost at over $1000 for the light and installation. Do not use this company under any circumstances. If I could give 0 stars I would. No sir the light was not working well when your technicians were there, and when I needed it taken down you refused to do anything but charge me an additional $185 to have it removed. No offer from you other than full price. No worries though I tripped the breakers and took it down by myself in 5-10 minutes. It was really hard. I can understand the $185 price tag when an unskilled person such as myself can do it in 5-10 minutes. Thank you so much and I will assure no one I know and do business will ever use your service. Your a real gem. Good job.

Mr. Weaver gave us a quote for wiring a hot tub. Then we he came out to the site and changed the quote to 8 times his original quote. He rescheduled a couple of times for his first work visit. He said he needed to come back and finish the job when the hot tub was delivered. When we were trying to schedule the delivery, we couldn't get a hold of him. Unfortunately we paid him when only half the work was done. He didn't actually complete the job and was a no show several times and would not answer calls or texts. When we finally got a hold of him he said we were lying, he had finished the job and he hung up on us several times and told us to leave him alone. His manner and his speech were completely unprofessional and he yelled at us and told us that he would sic his lawyer on us if we didn't leave him alone. We texted him pictures of the incomplete work and he said he'd come back and finish the job, but we would have to pay for the materials. We asked for an itemized receipt and never got one. We priced out the materials and labor ourselves and we overpaid several times over for what he said the material would cost. We ended up buying most of the materials ourselves. Sadly, he never showed up to finish the work and he won't answer calls or texts.
