Best Routine Maintenance in Charlotte NC

I called because of a non-functioning electrical connection for my pool pump. The office person (unbeknownst to me) misunderstood the problem and sent two technicians who did nothing more than replace the breaker. They did not consult me. If they had, I could have told them that was not the problem. They did not even check to see if their solution solved the problem, which it did not. They scurried away, refusing to even discuss why they performed a useless service. I called the office twice (in a polite manner) and the owner refused to return my calls.

Never again!

This past weekend I noticed my AC was not cooling the place completely. Sunday night when I got home and it still wasn't working, I did a quick google search and Putnam showed up. I had the ability to send a message via Google and within 15 mins I received a call being told they could have a technician out within the hour (at 6:30pm on a Sunday night!). They do charge an off-hours rate if $159 for the visit, but their fee during regular hours was $129 so it was definitely worth the $30 to not have to take time off work.

The technician showed up a little before 7:30pm. He quickly identified the issue, a bad compressor, and had it replaced and the AC back to normal within an hour.

I was super impressed by the availability and quick turnaround of the service!
