Best Routine Maintenance in Charlotte NC

Julian's Plumbing Plumbing Service
Jeff was professional, on time and friendly. He diagnosed and fixed our problem quickly. We've just moved to the area and we now have a plumber we will call first for any future needs and highly recommend when friends and neighbors ask if we know a good plumber.

Pure Flow Plumbing Plumbing Service
I had an obvious underground water leak in the front of my property. The sidewalk, that divides the the grass along my front curb from the lawn on my property was showing (leaking) water. Angelo from Pure Flow Plumbing in Cover, SC immediately diagnosed the problem. He said it most likely was the main water line that feeds into the house and that a tree root probably damaged the line. He was right. Unfortunately this line was under the concrete sidewalk. Angelo did a great job cutting a narrow path through the concrete, locating the broken section of water line and replacing that section. He then repaired the side walk by poring concrete and smoothing it out. Had it not been for rain, he would have finished the entire job in one day. It was great having an obviously experienced, knowledgeable person who was able to do both repairs. As a bonus, Angelo was also prompt, courteous and professional. I highly recommend Pure Flow!  (Al. Roby Services Plumbing Service
FYI - if you need an electrician I strongly suggest NOT calling Roby Electrical.   I scheduled an appointment for the 2-story family room ceiling fan to be repaired.  The lights all blink, so likely not just a lightbulb replacement.  Clearly told the Roby operator that the room is 2- stories.  Electrician showed up yesterday to basically assess the situation. He walked into the house with zero tools, flipped the lightswitch and nearly immediately recommended replacing the ceiling fan.  He suggested three steps:
(1) today's meet and greet for $100
(2) a proposal for 2 guys to come with a tall ladder and determine what they think the problem might be for another $650 and
(3) a third visit of 2 guys to repair the issue (or replace the fan) for an untold amount.
Goodbye Roby Electrical
