Best Routine Maintenance in Charlotte NC

I work a busy schedule and was stressed about having to do the usual wait around for service help. These guys were great and surpassed all expectations. They responded to my quote request in an extremely fast manner and met me at the house a couple hours later. The work took half the amount of time I thought it would, meaning they really know what they are doing. I will definitely recommend hem to others and call them for future work. Oh yeah -- the cost was very reasonable as well!

I had an obvious underground water leak in the front of my property. The sidewalk, that divides the the grass along my front curb from the lawn on my property was showing (leaking) water. Angelo from Pure Flow Plumbing in Cover, SC immediately diagnosed the problem. He said it most likely was the main water line that feeds into the house and that a tree root probably damaged the line. He was right. Unfortunately this line was under the concrete sidewalk. Angelo did a great job cutting a narrow path through the concrete, locating the broken section of water line and replacing that section. He then repaired the side walk by poring concrete and smoothing it out. Had it not been for rain, he would have finished the entire job in one day. It was great having an obviously experienced, knowledgeable person who was able to do both repairs. As a bonus, Angelo was also prompt, courteous and professional. I highly recommend Pure Flow!  (Al. I had granite countertops installed by Carolina Granite and unbeknownst to me, they do not reconnect the plumbing so I contacted 3 Way Plumbing since they had been to my home from a home warranty issue I had and I was satisfied with the work they completed. I only needed a faucet installed and the plumbing reconnected (dishwasher, garbage disposal and PVC pipes for sink). The PVC pipes were practically brand new since the garbage disposal was replaced last December. I was charged $757 for this work and feel this is highway robbery. I didn't ask for the pipes to be replaced which they were and it took less than an hour and a half to complete the job. My advice after this expensive experience is to hire an independent plumber who doesn't pass their overhead onto the customer as you'll be paying for their high tech work vans and advertising costs.

Had appointment for 2pm to 3pm on 9/7/17 no call no show.  Called the bussines at 3pm receptionist apologized and said she would have the tech call me.  When 4:15pm rolled around I called back and just told the company not to come. Other then me calling them I never heard from the tech or the company.
