Called them today and luckily they were working in the area and were at our home in less than two hours.  The electrician was great and quickly solved our problem.  Will be using them in the future.  Highly recommend.

Have referred them to a number of people, all of whom have been really happy with the service they received.  Prompt, knowledgeable, friendly and professional.  Nice to have a list of local service providers that you can trust when you need them.

Israel is the best! So kind, trustworthy and hardworking. He's full of knowledge and can do anything you need help with from setting up a home alarm system to full kitchen remodels. Highly recommended!

My bathtub won't stop running water. Murad came on time and he fixed everything as desired. Now everything is working well. I would call him again if I encounter any issue in the future

We are so thrilled with the lighting instillation that Mike and his team did in our house. Mike gave great advice and demonstrated lots of knowledge as we were deciding what to do.  They took extra care to set up and ensure nothing would be damaged in our house everything looks and works great!!  We couldn't even tell they were there after they left as they cleaned up everything and put all our things back in place.   Everyone we spoke with was so pleasant and responsive and all my questions and concerns were answered. Mike and his team were also very patient with our dog which was a nice bonus. Really great work and really great customer service!

It was after 7:00pm and I needed someone to fix an outlet in my garage ASAP because I had our 2nd refrigerator on that outlet.  There with no power and I did not want to lose all that food.   I called several places and Matt from  Lamm Electric called me immediately.   He had me text him pictures and he walked me through finding the problem.  We were able to fix it and my refrigerator is working and we did not lose any food!    (I offered to pay him for his time and he said no). Matt was amazing!!

Attentive, knowledgable, and easy to work with. They do excellent, detailed work and seem honest & straightforward. I appreciate their responsiveness, attention to detail, that they clean up after jobs, and ease in scheduling. Definitely recommend. Will work with them again.

Art recently installed a ceiling fan for me at my home. I was very pleased with the level of professionalism shown and the quick, clean install. We would definitely recommend his services and will call him again when the need arises.

We had a big project that needed to have electricity wired. Digging, drilling, climbing in the attic etc...they guys did a wonderful & professional job. If you need it done and enjoy excellent customer service ( which these days is hard to find ) use them! Highly recommend! Thanks again

We just moved into our new house and found that one of our light switches was wiggly and we had an issue with our ceiling fan. I called GB Electrical and Jay came out soon afterwards. He replaced my wonky light switch and fixed my fan problem without issue. Such a nice guy and such a great job.

I have used them in the past . .always a problem getting the work done--before being billed.    Billing is done quickly, service is not completed.

Called them again today for service and said they would only come out if COD.

This company charged $65.00 to assess my electrical issue. Quoted me $1,350 to complete work. After they submitted a permit to the city they tried to come back and tell me it would be an additional $7,000 to $8,000.

Very unprofessional and sneaky - avoid using this company at all costs!

We are doing a major remodel and have been going through this since last August.  We have had over fifteen different contractors at our home.  Robert, our chief electrician has by far proved that customer service, doing a great job and being a good communicator makes a difference.  Robert showed up on time every day, cleaned up every day, when he had to move stuff to do his job he moved the stuff back, no other contractor has done this!  He checks in with us when he arrives to ask if we need anything as he may have to turn off water or electrical and works around our schedule.  I have been in customer service for over 20 years and Robert has exceeded all my expectations!  Highly recommend this business

being relatively new to the area, I was not prepared how many electricians either never cal you back or never show up when they are supposed to.

This is far from the truth for Pyramid. Joe and Andy showed up on time and were professional, courteous and took the time to do things right. They were careful not to make a mess and cleaned up after themselves and were great to deal with.

Couldn't recommend them more.

I have used Jim Dickerson plumbing over the years, however will not use their services any longer. They over charge for labor and the cost of repairs. I had someone come out for 2 plumbing issues.. A leaking sink and tub. I was charged 3 hours of labor for sealing a leak under the kitchen sink and an attempt to repair the tub leak. The tub leak was not able to be fixed because of the need to replace a valve. The technician spent hours trying to find the water source in the house and then left to go get parts to attempt to repair the tub leak. I was charged 441.00 for labor and the cost of repairing the leak under the sink which was sealed.
After sending a request to speak with the technician to find out exact details of the work, their accounting department sent a return email only that stated they overcharged for the work done and credited 200.00. The total cost still remained at 288.00. I was charged for the time the tech left and attempted to find a part for work that was not completed. After knowing their inconsistency in their work, I will no longer use their services. Very disappointed.
