I have been holding off of this review but after interacting with other contractors and companies I've since realized how badly CES treated us. I hired CES to replace a hard to reach socket behind my fridge, and when they pulled out my fridge the electrician damaged my hardwood floors. The electrician actually took a picture of the hardwood floors and sent it to Kyle but then didn't tell us that he had damaged our floors. Once we realized and reached out to Kyle, he spent days denying that they had done anything wrong and claimed that my husband had damaged our floors. I had a good experience so far with CES even with some hiccups regarding having the right fixtures on site, and would have been happy if they just owned up to it and gave us a discount or pointed us to some help in repairing our floors but instead Kyle just kept denying what had happened. We ended getting $100 off of our $1000 service, which was accounted as taking out the time it took for the electrician to go to Home Depot twice in the same day to get fixtures that they didn't realize they needed until the day of.

My husband also left a review and you can see Kyle still denies that his employee did anything wrong.

Meanwhile I've since been using another company for electrical work a they have been extremely responsible in fixing things that they've damaged accidentally and been much more communicative with be before the day of the job to figure out what we need to buy.

ESS Updated my electric panel, moved the mast and meter in 2019. They were fast and efficient. I called again this year for a minor job, and they also responded promptly. Straightforward bid, arrived on time, cleaned after finishing the work. Will call again for a job big or small.

I chose him based on his reviews, clean L&I record and the quote he gave me(prior reviews were high fives all around and his quote was similar to other vendors).
He was able to schedule work quickly; I had a list of items(moving outlets, fixing a dead outlet, rewiring a ceiling light and running a new grounded wire and breaker for my hot water heater. They knocked it all out in just a few hours.
Bonus, the total was less than the original quote so he actually ended up the least expensive and he and Alex provided great service while working on the items I wanted done.
Very professional throughout(bid, communication, work done). I would not hestiate to refer Energy Flow Electric to my friends or do more work for me-highly reccomend!
