Best Sump Pump Installation in Seattle WA

Was having problems, gave seatown a call and then ended up having an all around pleasant experience with Brenden and Justin, thank you for all you guys do!

Although there was a big complication and our promised installation timeline took longer than expected, the guys at ECO did a fantastic job of rectifying everything! They have a fantastic staff and appears to run efficiently.
Matt B. especially did an exceptional job of fixing the problem once he was brought in after the initial quote appointment.
Matt was very professional (on time, notified us of any delays) honest and got things done!

Dean completed multiple projects I had pending for several weeks. He was responsive prior to the appointment via phone and Yelp. We discussed/vetted certain concerns before scheduling. We both had an idea of what we were getting into.

With that conversation in mind, he was prepared with additional parts if necessary and ready to explore options given the results of what he assessed once on-site. He kept the appointment time as we scheduled, was prepared and ready to go.

Dean was thorough, patient with my questions and precise in his work (end to end, from arrival to clean up).

My projects were both plumbing and electric. He utilized both skill sets.

I will call Dean again.

Timely response, courteous technician. But was quite expensive due mostly to out of business hours call.. Nevertheless all charges were quoted up front, so there were no surprises. Badly plugged toilet was fixed in less than 5 minutes. Altogether a good experience.

I called 15 plumbers and Black Hills was the only one willing to come out to fix my clogged drain same day. Tim is a top notch plumber and had me back in business in no time!

Troy and Kevin came out earlier this month to update/upgrade our 25-year-old hot water heaters. We have an unusual furnace/geothermal system, but the guys handled it all very professionally... they were very Covid-conscious, always masked and distanced... they cleaned up completely, including the mess made when one of the old tanks leaked rusty water into the garage and across the driveway. It's nice to now know we're not drinking, or showering in rusty water! Would definitely have them out again!

They came out to renovate my drain field and install an overflow alarm on May 2nd.  The drain field was renovated. As they trenched the entire yard to install the alarm, the wall of the septic well cracked, they claimed was unrelated to their digging. They back filled everything, and left. The alarm was not hooked up, grass was removed in the area they worked in and the septic well was cracked.

I was in contact with Ryan for an estimate for repairs and finishing the alarm. I reached out to  him on May 3rd, May 20th, May 27th, June 1st, June 13th, June 26th and July 5th. Every response was that they were waiting on something, then something else.

In the end, another company repaired their work and finished their alarm.

I called while we were selling our house. All our outbuildings had no power all of a sudden. The technician sent was prompt and friendly. Our power was back on within an hour. Prices were very reasonable and I am very pleased with the service. With other electricians I have used I felt like they would find more problems than necessary to charge more money. That was not the case with Resicon. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!
