Best Water Heater Installation in San Francisco CA
This is a very laid back but highly professional company. John, the owner, responded quickly and we did a walkthrough of my 1937 SF home. He listened to my needs & concerns and explained in detail what was involved, how long we could expect the electrical upgrades would take and got an estimate to me quickly via email. Once we set a date his office staff was very efficient in providing us with progress reports via email...backed up by a phone call.
The crew was very professional, polite, neat & efficient...and they cleaned up at the end of every day. I felt involved in every aspect of the upgrade and they didn't hesitate to answer my questions & concerns. The work was done under a city permit and the final walkthrough with the inspector went very smoothly with no contingencies on Brookline's work.
After all was completed I had a question regarding a certain circuit & John promptly called me to clear up my concerns.
I highly recommend Brookline Aries and would not hesitate to call him for further upgrades as they arise.

Very Bad they overcharge, and also charge for things that they haven't done. I do not recommend.

Eric has done several projects for us, we've been happy with the results, and we'll keep calling him for electrical needs. He's rewired our bathroom, put in lights in our basement hall and garden, installed a level 2 EV charger for our new electric car in our garage, and done all the work for a garden office room we built (on a tight budget). Our tenants also had some problems with their hall light and he repaired it right away. We've got an old building. He's very future-oriented, so I trust him to do work that doesn't get in the way of future projects we have to do on our house

Dennie has done a number of jobs at my home during the past year, including repairing a stove hood, cleaning decks and painting. He is on time, honest and quick. My contacts with office staff have also been excellent. Great to have folks that are covered by insurance. So good to know that this group can do all levels of home jobs.

I cannot say enough nice things about Damon and the team! We had some minor leaking during the heavy rains, and they quickly and thoroughly repaired our windows and a crack in our stucco. They were courteous, responsive, prompt and on budget. I will definitely be going back when something (inevitably) needs fixing in our 100 year old home!

Terrible customer service as I was struggling to get some help during the storm couple months ago. Eventually the technician came over for a quick check in my apartment, promised to get back to me but never did despite my numerous follow ups by texts and phone. Had to find a technician from a different company weeks later who actually did an amazing job.

Mike was the first to reply and showed up to the job early (which is what I requested). We needed to add a washer to the underside of our sink because the wood was rotted and it prevented us from screwing in a new kitchen faucet. The rotted wood meant the screws kept getting loose. Mike came in, took a look and then went to the hardware store to get the materials. He meticulously measured the piece of wood to be cut out and went to work and now the sink faucet is screwed in tight. It was also raining and he wore boot covers to not track in mud. Highly recommend him.

Simply the best. We wanted to install a heating and air-conditioning system in our home. The initial estimator (Manolo) did a thorough analysis and came up with a solution that was cost-efficient and practical for our needs. He did not try and over sell us at all. He did what was best for us. The team (Jose and Tyler) that did the actual installation were fabulous. They arrived promptly each day and did their work with a minimum of interference. When they left each day, the house was spotless. They were both gentlemen and professionals. The office support staff also was in the superior category. Paper work, permits, follow up were all handled efficiently and effectively with absolutely no hassle or delays. My family started using Ongaro in the 1950s. Here we are, three generations later. Why would we ever change?

Hi Yelp peeps! We want you all to know that this is our second review for PCE because they are the best, most respectful, most thoughtful and most kindhearted people around! Their installation crews are highly intelligent and can talk for days about amperes, watts, ohms and anything electrical you can think of. And I mean anything.. three weeks into our home rewire and we've asked Benny and Noah pretty much everything under the sun we are concerned with regarding electricity in general and regarding all that's being done to our home - panel questions, wiring questions, switches outlets and lighting questions.. there was always something new to learn everyday lol. And in the offchance they don't know something (like .0001%), they will find out for you because they are proud of what they do! I work from home so was fortunate to have seen their work first hand every single day. I know what knob and tube is and I've seen my attic and crawlspaces because of their pictures! They did such a great job, the attic crew we hired to clean out our asbestos were pretty impressed by their wire work. And did we mention previously on our initial job with PCE that a 20-year carpenter told us he was in shock at how amazing our electricians were, that 'nice' electricians are a rare breed? We told him you don't even know.. in our three weeks with Noah and Benny our kids feel safe, we feel safe, and even our dog loves them! The amount of respect and care they have put in working around our home and with us is something we have never experienced with any contractor. Our burnt out wiring is gone, our knob and tubes are disconnected and taken care of, our ceiling fan will be braced so much better (it was done by someone who put them on some plastic contraption or other), I mean, these guys care plenty and Benny himself was shocked saying that our fan could have fallen on us or our kids at any point in time in the event of an earthquake! And they looked worried for us!! And Noah as well - how many times did he explain how a subpanel/panel works, how power gets distributed etc, because he was the one underneath setting up the circuits although between the two of them we're pretty sure they always backed each other up and cross-referenced the work that was done. So again, Noah and Benny, Benny and Noah, we are grateful tons!!! These guys could have just done their job and clocked out at the end of every day but no, they took the time to speak to us whenever we asked and explained things to allay any fears or concerns we had. Such a stellar job, we hope Chad and Jorge aren't jealous that we had Benny and Noah for so long.. lol. (For reference, the amazing Chad and Jorge plus Eddie was the initial crew who came out to do our first job - some outlet changes etc, see previous review below!) As I write we still have some minor things to take care of and we still have to get code approval from the city and sheetrock fixes done. Mind you, waiting another two weeks or so to get the remainder done is not an issue as we know exactly where we are and what is happening in every step of our rewire project. Knowing Benny and Noah are on the job is like having Batman and Robin in our corner! We'll never worry again.. and I'll let them decide who is who.. lol. We are customers for life.

Our tech, Rob, came to install 2 wall sconces. We weren't sure whether we wanted to install the new sconces in the same location as the old ones or whether we wanted to move them. Rob explained the process / expense for a possible relocation versus putting them in the existing location and that was super helpful.
Additionally, a couple of nights before our appointment my son noticed the ceiling fan in his room was suddenly quite wobbly. I asked Rob if he could take a quick peek at it and let me know whether we would need to have him back to repair it or whether it was more of a handyman job. Rob said the fan should be taken down immediately. The previous licensed and bonded electrician who'd installed the fan had used a light fixture box that was not properly anchored or rated for ceiling fan use. We are lucky the fan didn't fall and seriously injure our son. He sat under it almost daily playing LEGO's.
Finally, Rob was super COVID safe and we really appreciated that, too.
We had a great experience and will have Divine and hopefully Rob back out to install our son's new ceiling light when it arrives
I have read reviews where people said Divine is expensive. In a situation where you could lose your life by inattention to detail, inexperience, or carelessness, this is absolutely a case where I'm willing to pay a bit more to know my family is safe.
