Had iPowerSF Electric install some recessed cans in our upstairs stair well and an outlet drop in our garage. They were extremely responsive, friendly, courteous and accommodating.

They cleaned up after themselves and were efficient with their time.

Will definitely use them again in the future.

Ross ran a conduit from a sub panel to our laundry room to accommodate our new electric clothes dryer.  This was our first time hiring him and I can't recommend Ross enough. He's professional, punctual and very responsive via text and phone. What's more, his rates are very fair in a town where others charge a kidney to add an extra outlet to a downstairs family room.  We'll be hiring Ross again and again for future projects.

Edward was the first to respond to my general Yelp inquiry for what ended up being a kitchen light fixture that broke. Not only was he quick to respond, he was quick to the scene for the diagnostic of what was wrong. He gave me some great ideas about installing recessed lighting instead of replacing with the same which I agreed to. Loved the result and all done so quick and efficient! I highly recommend Split Electric.

I wanted to wait a few months to evaluate the systems that Regent5 installed at our Woodside residence and that moment has arrived. Cham and his crew upgraded both our alarm/fire and network systems as they were over 10yrs old and problematic. We have a fairly extensive property with 3 buildings all networked together but that did not phase Regent5! I was so pleased at the quality of workmanship and detail used by this crew especially on the alarm end of things where Tony had to build the entire system main board from scratch due to it's size and complexity - it didn't fit their standard enclosure. I got to watch some of this and was amazed at how professionally done it was and how great it all looked with the new touch screen system. So much easier to understand and use than any previous system we've had. Just love it!

Same story on the network upgrade - all work done professionally and correctly the first time. Where we had some long runs between buildings required determination to replace an older, slower fiber optic line but the guys got it done and now we have excellent coverage overall where in some places it was missing before. So glad Regent5 was using the same commercial mesh routers I had specified for the job when I first spoke with them. We replaced a lot of hardware and after almost a year everything is operating perfectly, as I expected it should. I couldn't be happier that I used Regent5 for our project and would recommend them for any home large or small. They proved their value and were a very courteous, attentive group.

I needed work done well, quickly, and on a tight budget. Bill and his crew at W.E.B. Electric did a FANTASTIC job for me. I will use them again for any electrical need at my home or business!

They are now my go-to guys for electrical. I loved them so much I gave the name to three of my friends. We have done a lot of work on our house this year and they were one of our best contractors.   Reasonably priced, quick, clean and a pleasure to work with.

Josh did a great job fixing a broken breaker switch at our condo in SF today.  After having the unit carpet cleaned yesterday we found out one of the main breaker switches had broken.  New renters were scheduled to move in today at 10am.  We sent test messages out to 4 electricians, explaining what we needed, ASAP!  Josh was the only person to respond.  He saved the day.  Worked quickly and got everything functioning again.  Project done prior to new renters arrival - mission accomplished!  Thanks Josh, we are grateful for your quick and professional work : ). Will call you for future projects.

Olvin and the Wire Tech crew delivered on my large project.

I've done a lot of big home projects but a full house re-wire and new 200 amp box was one of the most intimidating as I really don't know much at all about electric wiring. I got extensive bids from highly rated companies and these guys came low-middle of the pack there. However, I choose Olvin because of the knowledge and expertise offered were customer centric. Olvin took the time to listen, assess, and ultimately walk me through his recommendations and the whys behind them. Not a lot of the other crews did that and I personally think it's critical when taking on a big project.  

What I loved:
* Thoughtful approach to the partnership
* Responsiveness
* Level of knowledge
* Willingness to ensure I was satisfied with the work
* Effort put into keep the space clean (which is no easy task give the type of job I had done)
* Human and caring element - I have a daughter and the crew took breaks during her nap time so that there was no noise. Was that in their best interest to make money by moving onto the next job ASAP... no!  They did it anyways because it's what you do to treat people well.
* Effort to ensure all commitments were met
* No nickel-and-diming: even if that meant providing a free light fixture here or there
* Delivery of results

Opportunities to make things even better:
* Promptness - it wasn't a big issue but since I was WFH and in a ton of meetings last minute schedule changes caused me some stress.
* A bit more communication on the little details

In my mind 5 stars for a major electrical project isn't about everything going perfect. That's the nature of the beast... but Olvin stayed on top of it, drove results, and ultimately earned my trust.

After switching from ATT to Comcast my system was better but still ran like a boat with the anchor out. It has been over two months since Paul re-installed my wireless internet system. Paul is a gift of the gods  NEVER had to call him back. Our system runs flawless. PC's, Ipads, Iphones, laptops , desktops.

What a relief it is.

Paul was trustworthy, honest and I just wish I had more for hm to do, it is a shame that all he does is tech.

Mike did all the work for me, and was very responsive and cooperative. I had 2x6 ceiling lights installed, 6 in two rooms. The work took a few days longer than anticipated, because it turned out that the wall switches were not for lights, but for an existing wall socket; so Mike had to run all new wires and add switches. Mike also took care of painting the ceiling where necessary, and was very conscientious about cleaning up every day. He also provided really great help with some unrelated problems that cropped up. Would rehire for more work.

I hired L&L Electric to install some additional electrical outlets in my old house. The bedrooms each had one outlet and they weren't grounded ‍. They did an excellent job keeping the drywall holes to a minimum and placed drop cloth and floor protection on all the work areas. The work was all permitted and it passed inspection flawlessly. Lizandro is very knowledgeable and his team are very professional. They went above and beyond my expectations, and I would hire them again for my next electrical projects.

Brendan recently replaced a number of switches in my home.  He arrived on time, the areas were left clean and the price was reasonable for the quality of his work.  I'll definitely call him the next time I need an electrician.   Virginia S.
