Vince came out to rebuild the wall area in my shower. Some issues needed to be dealt with, and Vince was kind, thorough, speedy, and, MOST important, was responsive and kept me in the loop. His expertise of 25 years in the shows in the quality of his work, and customer care.

Damon and his brother showed up a day after I confirmed the estimate, they did a stellar job drilling a 2.5 whole into a Granite countertop. Cleaned up the dust and wiped off all dirt. I will use and recommend them!

Ben is my new go-to handyman! I'd been dealing with a faulty kitchen faucet for months, and Ben was able to evaluate and fix the issue within an hour. His deep expertise, responsiveness and warmth made the whole experience a breeze -- he even took a look at some other fix-it needs around the house, and offered sage advice at no charge. I called in middle of winter on a Saturday because our furnace (less than 10 years old) would only blow cold air. The person who answered phone was patient and helpful. They were already booked for Saturday, but Ongaro had repairman, Tim, there Monday morning. They even called to let me know he was on his way at 9:30am Monday.
