The booking process was easy and they were at my house within hours to help with a leaking water main. Repair was done in an excellent manner, and Brooks, the plumber, was outstanding in customer service. Also, they don't charge to show up, so if you have an issue, you can have them take a look without paying a fee unless service is rendered. Excellent!

I read the reviews and, if correct, this business gave a hefty donation to Prop 8 and in agreement with the 2009 reviewer I chose not to give my money to a business that gave money to deny others the civil rights and benefits of marriage.

I needed my water heater pilot to be replaced. Was told by other plumbers I need to replace the entire pilot unit, which would have cost me over $300.00. I called Tromborg and they knew how to replace the pilot without replacing the entire unit. Saved me over $150!

I have hired numerous plumbers over the years in property management as well as personally. I work with vendors all day long, and I can emphatically say that Nick stands out above the rest. He is honest, quick to respond (and most importantly) incredibly knowledgeable. If you have a plumbing issue, he knows how to fix it. I have hired him on jobs large and small and every single one was completed without an issue. Once, Nick worked through the night to repair a mainline during a critical holiday season crunch for my retail tenant. He installed a connection for a new water meter- smoothly completing the process and communicating with me constantly. I cannot count the number of toilet repairs he has completed at various properties- and all my tenants were happy with his service. I highly recommend you call Nick for any type job- major or minor. I needed to have a handheld shower installed in a bathtub for my elderly mother, and Joven came out very quickly and did a fantastic job. He was very polite and accommodating, and great at communication via text... even sending me a photo of the finished job since I couldn't be there. I would highly recommend him. Bedr came by to help with the faucet and got it to work in no time at all. I ran into the problem last minute, and he was able to stop by on short notice. Very responsive and efficient.

Zayah was on time, knowledgeable, asked enough questions to make sure we were on the same page, but was unobtrusive and efficient. He diagnosed Missi ng parts we needed, took a quick trip to the store in my behalf, and replaced our disposal/repaired some broken sink plumbing quickly and cleanly. Strong recommend!

I woke up this morning with a clogged toilet now I don't.

I called Jac and she was not available to work but she gave me a recommendation to another reputable company. About 20 min after talking on the phone and giving me another company, she texted with some things to look into that would save me money, depending on the issue the other company found. Wow! She's amazing. Who ever does that. Jac does, that's who. She brings honor to her profession!

The technician, named Bella, came to check out my water heater after so many failed attempts from the other places. She suggested I needed a new water heater since all the parts were replaced, but it still wasn't working properly. She noticed there was an inner gas leak, which the other plumber place failed to notice. She knew exactly what she was talking about. That same day, my water heater was replaced and installed.

Needed some work done and Ben gave us a fast and very reasonable estimate on the work. He was responsive and very accommodating with scheduling... which was a pretty quick turnaround to get the job done. When he arrived, he was super courteous, polite, and knowledgeable - not just knowledgeable about what we hired him for (mounting several things around the house) but also lots of other things. He was also well-prepared with all the tools, screws, anchors, etc that might be needed. We will not hesitate to hire Ben again in the future.

Our water was taking a very long time to turn hot and Steve came out and asked if we've ever cleaned our water heater filter.  Sure enough we haven't and he explained and showed us how to do it. We were not charged for his visit and I appreciated his honesty.Calling to make an appointment was quick and prompt, he was very professional and thorough,and I was happy with his service. Recommended!

Update: our water became hotter faster, but it was occasionally turning ice cold. We called back to make another appointment Freddy came out. He Descaled our tankless water heater, wrote down instructions and taught us how to do it ourselves in the future, was very courteous and answered all of our questions.  I was impressed with the professionalism. He put on booties every time he walked in the house and called me ma'am,  you don't hear that very often anymore. Very happy with the work.

Needed help for two problems -- tricky hose placement for new washing machine and leak behind very old toilet - all in a very old house with lots of complications.

I don't know if I got this name correctly - Colin or Khalid - but he was just outstanding. So helpful - explained everything so well and gave me options and big picture understanding of short-term and long-term. He fixed everything and was just great!!

All around great experience: friendly front office, friendly and competent technician (Thank you, Cesar!), arrived on time (early actually) , professionally fixed a clogged drain in a short time for a reasonable price (on a Holiday weekend)

These people do great work.  Our sewer line was crumbling, and they were able to get out within a couple weeks.  The process was so painless - our plumbing was only down for about 3-4 hours.  Highly recommend these people.  Not the cheapest but they will do the job right.  They cake care of all the permits and inspections needed with the city.

Just a quick note to say thanks to Camilo, who was both early and thorough in his work with diagnosing and replacing a leaking garbage disposal. Since we live in a condo above another unit and having professional expertise is critical in minimizing any water damage to our unit and others. Thanks for the great work.

Frank and Andrew we're awesome.  Called in the am.  Hey came in afternoon assessed my water heater situation, a bathroom sink leak and another issue (toilet leak).  He gave me a price for all three. They got all three jobs done efficiently and at a fair price. Recommend!
