They responded very quickly after I submitted my request and showed up first thing the next morning. They were able to replace the water heater that day and everything seems to be working fine.

I called them for a professional evaluation of my plumbing system that showed serious signs of corrosion.  They came, gave me honest advise that did not include selling me any new services or a new system, which would have been easy to do.  I therefore highly recommend them based on their professionalism, honesty and integrity.

We were taking care of a flat in San Francisco for a friend, and the toilet was leaking. Two doors down, Tromborg Royal Plumbing were doing a job, and I walked over and asked if they could take a look when they were done. Instead, they followed me back to the flat and spent half an hour diagnosing and repairing the problem. I am still flabbergasted at the level of customer service. Very professional, and the nicest people I have met in SF!

What a great experience we had with Advanced Plumbing and Gabriel. We called about having them come out to diagnose a slow drain in our backyard that caused flooding into our garage when heavy rains occurred. Had this problem for years so dealt with it using sand bags and other methods to divert water. Reason I dealt with sandbags, etc. was that a previous plumber years ago had quoted me $1800 to just start to dig into the issue (he wanted to break apart the concrete around the drain). Knowing that the dollars would just go up from that initial amount, we put it off for years. Finally got tired of the flooding so called Advanced based on their great Yelp reviews for a 2nd opinion. Gabriel came out a few days later and was friendly from moment one. He looked at the problem and recommended we start with the simplest and cheapest route and go from there. He thought a long power snake through the pipe would probably get the clog out...and he was right! The water is now flowing  down the drain freely with no back up! All for a small small fraction of the price! Can't be any happier and wish I had called them years ago! And, he also warrantied the work for 90 days in case it did clog up again. So far, after a couple of storms, so good! I'll now call Advanced for all my plumbing needs and will recommend them to anyone that asks. Great experience overall.

These guys are awesome and really know how to solve plumbing problems at a fair price.  I've had them work on a number of issues from large to small and the job has always been well done and the prices very fair.  This is a small business and they provide very personal service, even when called at off hours.  I would highly recommend them for any plumbing job.

As a result of these reveiws I called Edgar this afternoon because our regular plumber could not come until next week. Edgar is now our new plumber! He came this evening after his day full of jobs to unclog a garbage disposal so that we could have full use of our kitchen sinks over the Easter weekend. The price was fair and his service was excellent.

I woke up this morning to a leaking water heater. I contacted Luis. He almost immediately responded and asked me to text a couple of pictures of the water heater to him. After seeing them, he texted me an estimate. Other companies said they needed to come out to give me an estimate. By 2:45 Luis and his crew were putting in the new unit. Works great. They cleaned things up, even picking a leaf off my driveway as they left. I recommend them!

I used Bedr and Hassle Free Handymqan service to re-caulk a shower from top to bottom. The service was amazing the price was fair and the outcome top notch.  Bedr came in the items he moved, he put back after he had finished his work. No mess, everything cleaned up and showed up on time too. I would use him again in a heartbeat and you should too.

We have worked with Harry Clark Plumbing over the years for our 3 unit property. Late 2018 there was a problem with the BR sink faucet. It took 4 visits (3 to have the hot water handle tightened) #3 another guy was sent who replaced both hot and cold cartridges. the hot water cartridge he removed was worn (though a new one had just been put in)visit#4  was to tighten the cold water cartridge.The the glass shelf over the sink not removed during the repair so was accidentally chipped and broke in half later.  During the 4th visit to tighten the cold water handle, the plumber agreed with the tenant to replace the broken shelf. To date, this has not yet been done. The company did not respond when contacted. The tenant is complaining

I'm bummed that yelp doesn't let you keep your last review too and keep piling them on...because I'm in here to talk about how Jac, once again, helped me out in a huge way but it will erase my last 5 star rating!  Dang it - well if you're this know that Jac has 10 cumulative stars from this lady.

Last time was at my loft in Jack London Square, on a weekend - toilet problems and you know how dire those are. Not only did she fix it, and the garbage disposal while she was there, she taught me how to do everything she just did!  Who does that?  She's really about getting people out of jams and educating at the same time - just excellent.

This time, I'm in a rental house in Montclair - built in 1925, super old stuff that's falling apart. Like where you're afraid to touch anything because it might disintegrate in your hands and cause a chain reaction...yeah, well, my bathroom sink had standing water in it - gross, and I tried to snake it myself but couldn't get it to go so I figured Super Jac would help me out, plus my washing machine was flipping out too and laundry was piling up.

Jac came out as soon as I was available, and when the snake went a ways but not far enough she took that one loop that is right under the sink out to see what was up, and oh yeah...crumbled in her hands.  OMG...and the saga began...suffice it to say, she is determined and when one problem led to another, and another, and another she stayed positive and even called in reinforcements.  Colleen was great too.

I'm so thankful that both ladies were so professional and patient, and stayed until everything was wrapped up - and it was a serious nightmare.  Keep in mind, the beautiful part of all of this too, is that she taught me how to do all this work along the way - seriously! Again, she doesn't need to do this with her clients but she does because she sincerely wants us to be in a better position than when she shows up to dig us out of something.

I gave Jac a heads up that if my other job doesn't work out, I might just be in the market for a plumber's apprenticeship with her!  I think it would be great...though I'd have to conquer my aversion to the stuff that causes plumbing problems in the first place - YUCK!  Better them than me :)

Needed some work done and Ben gave us a fast and very reasonable estimate on the work. He was responsive and very accommodating with scheduling... which was a pretty quick turnaround to get the job done. When he arrived, he was super courteous, polite, and knowledgeable - not just knowledgeable about what we hired him for (mounting several things around the house) but also lots of other things. He was also well-prepared with all the tools, screws, anchors, etc that might be needed. We will not hesitate to hire Ben again in the future.

Our water heater went out unexpectedly.  Juan came out and was extremely courteous and professional.  I asked a lot of questions and he patiently explained what work was to be done, why and what is important from a safety, compliance and reliability standpoint.  His work is very clean and the plumbing copper work is like jewelry tucked away in the water heater closet.  Thank you Juan!  You and your work are the absolute best!

We were trying to get a refrigerator delivered but found out that our valve was broken and needed a plumber to come ASAP.

Alansi was amazing, even helped identify the problem through pictures, so we were able to figure out what was happening--something a lot of plumbers won't do over the phone, and instead will say they can't give you a price/diagnosis unless they're on scene, but there's a $$ charge to go out and inspect it

They were even able to schedule us an appointment within the hour! Just great. If I could score more than 5 I would. Hopefully won't need a plumber again anytime soon, but if I do, definitely calling Alansi's again!

I've had Frank and his team help me with three jobs. The biggest job was installing a new water heater in a small closet- not an ideal place but the only option. He also fixed a broken toilet and a very nasty clog in our kitchen sink. If you have a plumbing need this is your guy. It's very easy working with this company.
