What you want in a plumber is someone to show up fast (you've probably got a clogged drain or burst pipe), quickly diagnose and solve the problem, and charge you a fair rate. Yevgeny and General SF provide all that!

30 minutes after I called him about an overflowing vent attached to the dishwasher he was at the house sleuthing around to find the problem. After flushing out this drain and cleaning out that pipe he solved the problem and we could rejoice in the knowledge we'd no longer be washing dishes by hand.

And did I mention this all happened before lunch and for a responsible price. Feels good to know I've got a reliable plumber on speed dial.

Andrei is fantastic.  He has worked on two of my homes, one of them was a complete remodel from the foundation up.  He did all of the electrical and did a great job.  He's easy to work with, reliable, timely and fair in his pricing.  Unlike many subs, he is conscientious, asks good questions and makes sure you get what you want.  He is also highly focused on safety.  Based on the work product, my experience working with him, his reliability and his fair pricing, he is always my first call when it comes to needing electrical work.

A little over a year later I get a call from one of the Jr Partners of the company and said they are under new management and like to resolved my review on here. He asked if there is anything they could do, and I was iffy at 1st, but after speaking with him, I said my AC hasn't been service since I got it. He said he would come out and service it at no charge. I told him that's not what I'm looking for, FREE, and we agreed on a price he came out himself (the Jr Partner) and did the service on a Saturday.

He was very thorough and explained everything he was doing. At the end he refused to charge me and gave me the explanation of you already paid with your time when we came out the 1st time and we weren't able to fix it. Again I told him I don't write bad reviews to get free stuff. He said, I'm NOT charging you. An hour after he left, he calls and said he would also like to refund me the service charge that I paid a year ago, I told him that wasn't necessary, he insisted but I won that battle.  

I would recommend Galaxy to anyone. Their customer service has changed.
