David came on time wearing a mask and we gave him instructions on what we needed done. It was complex; it included exterior lighting and solar light meter and connect two outside nest cameras in a difficult location. He did it all perfectly he even went above and beyond taking pictures of the QR codes expediting the camera connection. He is polite personable and diligent. And we are thrilled with the results!

A++++ Javier contacted me almost immediately and suggested he will send his electrician Freddy to replace the light fixtures I needed changed. Javier is super friendly and extremely quick. Freddy came over and installed my new light fixtures and he did an awesome job at it. Freddy too is super friendly and very knowledgeable. Overall a very quick and smooth experience. Great price!

Needed a last minute repair done to my front porch light. Berkeley home repair responded in a timely manner and had an electrician at my house before the end of the day. Very professional and friendly. Would recommend them to family and friends. Will use again in the future

The electrician who saved Christmas!!  Twas the night before Christmas and all through our home, a buzzer was buzzing wherever we roamed.  Dinner was ready to cook on the stove, in hopes that the buzzing would no longer rove.  All our relatives were waiting for their big feast, with visions of pot-roast and potatoes at the very least.  And my wife in her apron, and I in mine too, had found an electrician, a very good one too.  When he tested the circuit breakers where all was a buzz, he quickly repaired the problem, like there never one was.  Out the door he flew in a flash, after explaining the problem, so never again it would crash.  Our Christmas eve dinner was better than ever, buzzerless and bright as so just never say never.  When finding a very good electrician on Christmas Eve, seems like the impossible task, because of the fees.  Call Yev at General SF, and he'll save the night and the day, what you think he is worth, is all you will pay.  And I think heard him exclaim as he drove into the night, happy holidays to all, electricity and light

I hired Alex to change the ceiling light fixtures, install a light in patio and few dimmers. I will say, he is very punctual and prompt in his work. He cleaned after he left and was friendly too. He is also reasonably priced.

I highly recommend Alex for any electric work.

We have hired Wisdom to do both a bathroom remodel and a kitchen remodel at our home in the Balboa Terrace neighborhood  of SF over the last several years and on both projects, they did an outstanding job. Great service and fair price.  I used ED Electric for two different services and they worked very diligently and creatively to assess where the problems were with several outdoor outlets that were in installed in an odd way previously.

I sent a request through yelp to get my self purchased Level2 EV charger installed at home. Carlos reached out and was able to come by my home quickly within my request for an estimate. Around this time the Bay area was having intense storms, and he was willing to work quickly with me since I was anxious to get my charger installed.  Anyone who has a drip charger at home with an EV knows why!

I really appreciated his patience with my questions in lieu of circumstances that he and his company had to deal with during the storm. Once the permit was obtained, he offered to come out ASAP for the job. His team worked quickly, everything was clean looking and they were professional.

He even made sure to follow up with me to make sure my charger amperage was at the desired level, and made an in person follow up to be sure of it. I couldn't have asked for more.

I did not have a comparable quote from another company, but I feel like the cost for the job was reasonable. My garage didn't have the main breaker nearby, OR the outlet to support the charger. So more  material than your average charger install I'm sure was needed. My city also had a lot to request for the permit, and certain criteria that I wasnt expecting, but they handled it no problem.

This was my first experience, and it was great. I hope to have another one like this with them in the future because I will be reaching out for future projects. Thanks!

Yelp delivered! I called Ertan on your recommendations here, and he has turned out to be a gem. Did a really great job on a rental property for a great price. And when I called him again to fix something I just couldn't figure out, and all he had to do was flip a switch (doh!), he didn't even want to charge me. How often does THAT happen? He's a real person who does a real good job!

I called and Ash answered the phone! I had tried two others and still have not heard back after leaving a message.

I lost power in one room, my family room. Ash asked a few questions and got to work. He found the problem quickly and fixed it. I will use his services again.

Sergei was great, he came right on time and did a great job. He is a very nice man and puts pride in his work. I highly recommend him and I am a tough customer.  I know good quality work when I see it. He wasn't trying to rush and get it done.
