I had ideal give me an estimate for a new furnace and condenser.  The estimate included an additional $600 for a special HERS test that the technician said that I needed to get because I lived in a certain area.  I had done my research and I was fairly certain that I did not need this test.  I went to my city's building department and talked to them and they gave me the correct information.  Long story short, Ideal was ready to happily tack on an extra $600 for a test that I dd not end up needing.  Aren't they supposed to be the experts?

I've called Darrell for 3 very different jobs already and he's been great. I highly recommend him. First job, he installed a bidet for my house. It was a hard job because of how the plumbing is set up in the bathroom but he got it done! Next, I called him for an electrical issue and he fixed it with ease. I just called him again for a clogged drain that I couldn't unclog with a snake. He fixed it! He's reliable and does work at a reasonable price

Mr. Farhad was so kind in all communications. He arrived a bit late but gave good notice and apologized. He was quick and efficient and everyone was happy.

I would say that Gunner is probably the best handyman I have ever used. Along with his excellent well-rounded skillset, he responds quickly to calls/texts, he shows up on time, has highly competitive rates, but most of all, he is friendly, personable and I also feel that I can trust him which is extremely important! Remon was great! Showed up on time and gave great service.  Had an issue with my washing machine and he fixed it no problem.  Remon saved me over $400 by fixing my issue instead of me going out and buying a new machine.  I will definitely call again if I have any issues with other appliances.
