We found all star on Yelp, sent a message, and scheduled within one week. They came out on time to do the job and finished quickly. Job looks professional, we would hire again.

The power went out in half of my house at 11:30 pm. I called Allgood at 7:50am and power was restored by 9am! David was great! They were fast and got me back to 100% within about an hour! I would highly recommend!

The technician (DJ) that came out was professional, courteous and respectful.  He wore a mask and put on booties when inside my house.  

He first listened carefully to my description of the electrical issue and was able to quickly zero in on the problem.  Explained everything he was doing.

He was knowledgeable and efficient... was able to resolve my issue in a very reasonable amount of time.

Tried to schedule an appointment for an electrical problem at my house. I called and left a message. Waited a couple of days got no call back. Called again and got voicemail again so used their form to send an email. Again, got no response.

Called first thing in the morning and he was at my house within a matter of hours. He came prepared and had the parts he needed to replace in his truck. Extremely fast and friendly service. It was so nice to get this taken care of quickly and have  the rest of my day to run errands. No one likes waiting around and I really did not have to! To top it all off, the prices were significantly cheaper than all of the other places that I called. Highly recommend!

We hired this company a little less than a year ago to put in all new lights and fix outlets that were not working. On one light the electrician installed a new switch a way he was not supposed to and it was not until he showed back up later that day with his boss to look at it that we were even told of the issue. They had to put an extra hole in the ceiling of a bathroom that is covered with a plastic plate now. They hung several lights on chains that we have since had to redo because they were having from the cord itself and not the chain. The outlet they fixed have all 1 by 1 stopped working. And now less than a year after paying them hundreds of dollars to do all this work half the outlets in my home don't work and I'm now paying a new electrician to come fix everything.

The staff was very nice but not knowledgable when it comes to actually doing the installation or repair of lights or sockets.

I am very satisfied with the professionalism from Virgilio. I posted a project on Yelp and he was the first to respond in a timely manner. He provided his cell number for me to call and explain the issue more in depth. Upon his arrival he's professionalism stood out. He went straight to work and troubleshoot the issue and was able to fix the problem in a very timely manner. Once he found the issue he explained the cause his plan to fix it. I will keep his number for additional electrical work I will need and refer him to friends and neighbors.

Great work. Excellent prices. Kaleb is a great guy to work with. He swapped out some old rusty fluorescent light fixture in a carport for a new LED version. It looks great. Big improvement. He also helped with a ceiling fan inside that was falling apart. And he's coming back to replace a broken ceiling fan in another room. Very professional, excellent work.

Four days after my hip replacement our water heater stopped working.  We called our plumber and he couldn't find anything wrong with the coils, so the next morning I called a number of electricians, many weren't even available until the next week.  I then called FireFly Electric, I told them the same situation we were in and they made it a priority.  FireFly dispatched one of their supervisors to our house and found that our 30 Amp breaker had failed. I'm a curious person and enjoy learning and FireFly was very accommodating in educating exactly why and how the component had failed and what the current building code encompass and what was in place at the time of our construction.  He also told us about whole home surge protection which is something I'd been looking at.  

He was able to replace the failed breaker immediately and put our water back in service, showers and clean dishes for all.  I would highly recommend FireFly, prices are competitive and as a company they actually listen to their customers.

The quality ,professionalism,workmanship is spot on! We were looking to add 4 LED living room lights to ceiling with a smart dimmer switch, I do consider myself a good handyman..But this was a project left to experience ! And with multiple wires needed and adding a extra wall switch alongside via ceiling ya get the picture. Communication and understanding what we were looking for and them explaining made everything easy. After installing a circuit for us in a new location over our buffet, our microwave stopped working. I contacted them. And they came out first opportunity early in the day. The cause was the receptacle on the wall had a wire that was marginally connected. So in time with current heat, causing expansion and contraction of the wire it loosened. They reconnected the wires onto the screw connectors.  They diagnosed the problem and were in an out in less than 30 minutes. AND, when they say they will be here at a certain time, they are. I highly recommend you do business with Brian and Art of Fusion Electric.

Jacob and his guys performed several projects for us.  Replaced all our outlets and light switches, added new light fixture locations and installed new light fixtures.  They were easy to work with and very knowledgeable.  Very easy to communicate with and to schedule and were very flexible and understanding when we had to reschedule (multiple times). On time and responsive.  Would highly recommend them.

We were never told this was a bandaid solution or presented with any other options or any pricing issues. We were seeking a permanent resolution not some temporary solution so you must have mistaken us with other unhappy customers. We actually hired another company who took one look and determined your work was done incorrectly and causing all the issues. It was quite an easy simple fix and we haven't had a single issue since.

Upon making a request for a consultation, I received a friendly introductory email from a manager. Before coming out they sent me alerts about their arrival time. They arrived on time. The service manager and technician learned what my needs were and did some inspections. They took a few minutes and then gave me some prices based on options. They seemed a little pricey but everything was going so smoothly that it seemed justified. The electrician did some work and allowed me to help a bit to save some time. Overall they respected my home and were professional in a way you might expect from a foregone era. Highly recommended.
