I had bought a renovated 1979 house that had some electrical citations on the inspection I needed fixed.  I e-mailed the inspection report to five electricians I found here on yelp asking for an estimate on the work listed in it.  Ronnie was the only one to call me back, talk through the actual implications of what the inspector cited, and then reply with a formal written estimate.  Others shot back a quick e-mail rattling off some numbers (a few slightly cheaper), but Ronnie was a professional in how he handled the bid so I felt confident the workmanship would be good.

He explained he could make an afternoon appointment to do part of the work and would come a second day to handle attic work so it wouldn't be so hot up there.  As he tackled the tasks on the report, he explained everything, showed me the finished product, and answered some additional questions I had outside of the inspection results.  When it came time for the follow-up appointment on a Saturday morning, he was fifteen minutes early and ready to go, and threw in a ceiling fan adjustment I had asked about as a complementary service.  He's personable, knowledgeable and thorough.  I appreciate his workmanship and will call again if I need further work.  Thanks Ronnie.

Stetson and his apprentice, Sammie showed up on time, ready to work at my rural Truck Park. They were professional, focused, and got the job done correctly and promptly, including back breaking trenching and shovelling. Hard to find electricians willing to do the dirt work, but Stetson and Sammie did it. Good communication throughout, and reasonably priced too. They have my highest recommendation!

We hired them to install some outdoor lighting.  David and Robert did a fantastic job and were very professional.  They also worked their schedule around ours as we had a restricted time schedule.  They were terrific and we would definitely hire them again

These guys are awesome! Came over with no issues to inspect my system and pointed out CO2 problem & were able to fix the system same day! Great service, great customer service, and great value! Noel & Jesse were professional, quick, and clean. Answered all my questions and were very knowledgeable about the HVAC system and explained why there was a problem & what it took to fix it. Dan has been our favorite handyman. He's efficient and quick to resolve any issues, big or small. We recently had our AC air duct cleaned, the air stopped flowing. Dan came out and figured out the air vents were closed. These were old fashioned pop up vents that are not commonly seen. But he fixed them by popping them all back up and open. Thank you, you are the best!

I used Yelp to ask for a quote to have a ceiling fan installed and a light fixture in our dining room. Louis responded within an hour and with a competitive quote which I really appreciated. In my experience other contractors try to come out to scope the project and then try a hard pressure sale on the spot in person.

Louis sent a crew out the following day. They were very professional. I appreciate the care they took in taking their shoes off, and being careful moving ladders throughout the house.

After they finished the job, they alerted me that the ceiling fan would need to be at an angle because of the pitch angle in my ceiling. So not parallel to the ground. I bought the wrong fan - this was totally on me.

Louis' crew was very helpful to spring into action and explain to me a few options to fix it. That night I ran to Home Depot to buy a $10 adapter to fix it. Louis then offered to send his crew back the following day to fix it free of charge!! Blown away by this level of customer support !

I had purchased a light fixture for my dining area and I had texted one person whom I know on Monday and they failed to show. Then on Tuesday the second person handy man failed to show and then I went to Facebook marketplace and found electricians. The one person who said he could install failed to show TWO days in a row. By the time the entire week was shot and I essentially sat around for DAYS I decided to get a five star electrician. I googled electrician on Bandera Road because those key words resulted in some great hits two  years ago when I needed to install a thermostat. They aren't CHEAP but they are reliable and they do a good job and they leave the place nice and clean and I would certainly recommend this company to anyone who can't do their own wiring because, frankly, i would have gotten shocked badly had I tried this on my own. I have a son who is very great at electrical projects but he resides in another state. I wanted a new elegant light so I could make a very great Thanksgiving spread under the most flattering possible lighting! The ambiance is absolutely wonderful here in my dining area. I figure that everything balanced out since I got a good deal on the fixture but I shelled out big bucks for installation, and this light fixture was certainly worth the extra expenditure.

My experience with this company was very unprofessional. We had an appointment that they did not attend, they didn't even let us know they cancelled the meeting after confirming it. They don't reply to emails or phone calls.  At first they make you think they would be interested but, then just disappear without notice whatsoever, Very unethical and unprofessional attitudes. We are very disappointed . They like to waste other people's times.

Professional, courteous, efficient, and the prices are extremely reasonable.  What more can you ask for?

I am very glad I contacted Evenflow this morning. Our upstairs ac unit went out around 5pm :( When I called, the person answering the phone was very polite, clear, and direct. He got all my information down quickly, and I had a appointment same day between 2-5pm.
I received texts and emails advising me that the technician was on the way! And he did arrive 30 min later like the text stated. Our tech arrived around 3:00pm, and had our AC fixed by 4:15pm! Which was great!!! I am VERY GLAD we found Evenflow!!!!

Installed 2 light fixtures for me and were fast, responsive and reasonably priced.  I would definitely recommend.

I had a great experience through out my projects with Justin and his crew. Justin was always responsive, showed up when he said they would, and was open to any changes that I had. This was very refreshing as most contractors I've dealt with have not been responsive and just randomly show up. I highly recommend Justin and his crew to anyone needing electrical work. The crew did great work for me and were a pleasure to work with. I'll definitely use Goat Electric again when I need more electrical work.

I knew what I needed in replacing our sewer line, and the options I needed quoted. Matthew was easy to communicate with and he understood exactly what we needed. His quote was neither too expensive nor too low, but reasonable for all the options I provided.  Matthew was a quality young man, and a good representative of the company.

Extremely disappointed-paid $330 for 5 minutes of diagnosing my breaker trip-basically they put old lightbulbs back in my ceiling fan-took 5 minutes. Just a warning to you-I don't know if anyone who would think that kind of money was worth that!

Look no more,  100% a 5 star service  and Veteran owned.  Everything from day one of the Service contract  from the day of install  everything was done on time with quality professional work... Even after the install  Champion  goes 1 step above and beyond the call of normally service they have a Master tech that ensures that your system is installed to specks,  wow very happy, no words to describe the work 5 stars very very Happy......

I would like to give Jon Wayne 10 stars if I could. My air conditioner in my newly renovated house went out and I called them immediately. They sent a person within 24 hours to come look at my air conditioner ( I was not a prior customer but they treated me like one). This person took his time to look at the outside unit and inside unit and explained the problems I had. He even took the time to show me on his phone what the problems were after he ran several tests. He recommended a new system and offered to connect me with someone to explain the specials they had.  By the next day, another person named Josh Estrada came by the house to explain all the systems they have and what my options were. We even discussed financing in great detail.  I agreed to purchase a new system and we did the paperwork and financing.  He promised to come the next day with his team (which was a Saturday).  They all came by 9:00 am on Saturday and started working with the team (Jose Rodriguez, Carlo Avendano, John Gomez, James Taylor and James Bukowski).  They were all so professional, courteous, careful, friendly and quick.  By 5:00 pm, I had cool air, and electrical work, insulation and could not be happier.  I even received a call the next day from Josh asking me if everything was good. They are a wonderful company and I would highly recommend them. I am in the customer service industry and know how important it is to have a happy customer.  I am truly a happy customer. A friend of mine recommended the owner Steven Fikes to me so I went in and asked for him specifically for some work I have been looking into getting done. I was told by a colleague that he was out on a sick day so I thanked him and left.

Later that morning I'm notified by a family member that he had posted a video in a Facebook group in our community from his security footage of me walking back to my car in the parking lot, stating that someone sent their pregnant wife in regards to her husband doing illegal work and slandered me in the comments. As I am an 8 month pregnant wife, I have no idea what that was in regards to and believe he has me confused with someone/something else.

Either way, this is by far the most unprofessional thing I have ever encountered and I am still in disablief how something so insignificant got recorded and put on social media. If I could give zero stars I would. I'm confused and embarrassed to say the least.

If this is any indication of how this man conducts business, I would steer clear and far from this establishment.
