I want to share a big THANK YOU to Jeff for fixing my sliding door! Since I moved in a few months ago, it continued to get worse to the point it wouldn't lock or even close all the way. I called at 10:00am Easter Sunday and was told someone would be there around 7:00pm
I got a call later, saying they could be there around 4:00pm. Cole arrived at 4:00pm, looked over the situation and adivsed me of my options and pricing. I approved the work and he proceeded to fix and finish in 2 hours. He explained what he did, what he found and what I should do going forward to prevent it in the future.
I was very impressed by Cole's knowledge and professionalism. I would recommend George Brazil to anyone. Top notch company. Might be a little more than your average plumber but they arrive as promised and you can rest assured the job is done right.

Had an AC tuneup recently last month and was quoted $3300 of work to be done on a 5 year old unit. Called a second company today who 1. Informed me that the unit was under warranty (I purchased the house 2 years ago),  2. Looked at the bid TH provided me and blatantly told me that the prices I was quoted were absurd ($1900 for a replacement fan-what the absolute kind of buffoonery is that? Girl, bye) and 3. Switched out a part that was failing for free as a result of the unit being under warranty. So I was quoted for work to be done on a unit that was under warranty (and that didn't need to be done). I will stick with the smaller, trustworthy companies that don't work off of commission, and take the time to explain what they're doing. I get it, we all need to make a living if that is the case. But make it honest. They will never step foot in my home again. I encourage you to look elsewhere.
