Despite being a frequent Yelp user, this is the first time I've felt compelled to write a review. I contacted Greg via Yelp's generic request a quote link. He replied within an hour to let me know I was out of service area. He could have simply ignored the request or replied with one quick sentence, but instead he wrote a several paragraph reply with: ideas of what could be causing the problems, links to helpful resources, and detailed, step-by-step instructions on troubleshooting both projects. He also shared his cell phone number in case I had any questions or issues. Who does that?! Who takes the time to write a long message full of free advice to someone he knows will give him zero business. I am simply blown away by his kindness and intend to recommend him to my friends that live in his service area.

My husband and I were suffering from an electrical emergency that was increasing in severity as days went on, impacting electricity to certain parts of our house, including my precious central air. On Saturday morning at 1 a.m. I sent out a call via Yelp for assistance from area Electricians. iTech was first to respond and set up a time to visit the next afternoon. They were quick to diagnose the issue and straightforward when it came to pricing, honoring the Yelp referral discount referenced on their page. They returned on Monday to complete the job at the beginning of the window of when they said they would be there - no waiting! They even beat me home! They worked quickly, quietly and efficiently and the job was completed within the estimated amount of time, as well and the issue that was effecting our house has been solved. As someone who is always nervous about picking someone to work on their house and someone who is very conscious about value, I was delighted by the work they did and would absolutely recommend them to a friend or a neighbor. Thank you!

PG came out to restore power to our doorbell. They replaced the transformer quickly and without issue. They were right on time, professional, and did good work at a good price. Also good communication

I wanted to share my experience so that others are aware when looking for an electrician.

Alba Electric was recommended by my realtor. We needed knob and tube wiring fixed for a house that we were in the process of buying. In order for us to move forward with a settlement, the insurance agency needed to see a receipt from the electrical company showing that we had put down a deposit and had scheduled the electrician.

I did not want to put over 2,000 dollars in the mail in Philadelphia so I sent the check through certified mail so he could sign for it. He responded asking us why we were afraid to send a check through regular mail and refused to pick up the check at the post office. I even offered to drop off the check!

Since we really needed to have this receipt for our settlement next week, I went ahead and sent another check via regular mail. 5 business days later, he claims to not have received a check in the mail. We put a hold on both checks (60 dollars)!

What a headache and waste of money : /

I called wade the afternoon before my service day and Wade was there the next morning. He was prompt and professional. I needed a new thermostat line ran as I was told by a heating professional. I explained what was going on with my tenants thermostat, she was unable to control her heat as there was a break in the wiring any where from the 2nd floor to the basement. Wade surveyed the each floor to find where the issue was and to see if a new wire needed to be ran and/or if the break in the line was in the wall or not)....long story short Wade saved me $100 as he found out no new wiring was needed he would just repair the existing wiring as it was not broken in the wall, he also properly secure the wiring to avoid any future issues. My tenant was able to control their heat that same day with no issues. Thanks Wade for you electrical expertise and customer service! I will definitely recommend Wade for electrical services and will be using him in the future.

The technician was kind and even walked me through what he was doing and things I should be aware of. The response time was quick and the job was done efficiently and effectively.

Adam is nothing short of outstanding.  His prices, craftsmanship, work and availability is second to none.  He will square you away.  If you are a veteran like me I highly recommend you give him a call for any of your electrical needs.  I am absolutely going to use Hummingbird for every electrical job that is required in my home.

I requested 10 different quotes for installing an EV Charger Outlet and Fortech Electric was the cheapest and one of quickest to respond and had the availability to do the work immediately.

The quote didn't mention patching but patching was included during the installation which most of the other electricians did not include.

Would definitely recommend Fortech if you need quick electrical work done at a very reasonable price.

Had to mount the EV Charger myself but I didn't mind as I didn't my new electric car yet.

Raul helped us renovate a commercial property and was very polite. The quote was fair and him and his team completed it in a timely manner. I am excited to work with them again in the future!

My husband and I bought a 120 year old house this fall and were looking for an electrician to remediate the knob and tube in a very tight two week period. Christian and his team were incredibly flexible and responsive and explained things super thoroughly to us as first time homeowners. Since the K&T removal, we have had them back for various projects around the house (fixing outdoor electric hookups, installing light fixtures, and doorbells) and the work is always done extremely well and fast! We will 100% be using them for all of our electrical needs in the future. I've recommended them to a couple of friends and cannot speak highly enough of this business!!

Glenn was very responsive and timely.  I called in the late afternoon and honestly didn't expect a phone call back that day.  Low and behold he called back around 4:00 and offered to come by to fix my issue.  He had to diagnose the problem by going through each outdoor outlet.  Once he fixed the one issue, I asked him to investigate another problem within the house.  Again, he was very thorough in his investigation and fixed the problem.  I would definitely recommend him him.  He's responsive, knowledgeable, thorough, and a friendly guy with very reasonable rates.

Had a customer's chandelier shorting out so I took it to Stadium.  They diagnosed and fixed the problem in no time and the cost was very reasonable.  Lots cheaper than replacing.

If you want a quick response and professional service go with Devinchy! I wish I was able to explain the issues we had. Suffice it to say we had electrical problems that required more than replacing a fuse! These guys were obviously quite knowledgeable because I could not really explain the problem other than stuff didn't work. They were able to figure it out like electric detectives! They had the equipment, the materials and the expertise to make a quick repair. Thank you, Devinchy!
