I didn't end up using Hayes Electric only because the other electrician I called had called me back earlier and already set something up.

I did want to go out of my way to leave them a review because the lady on the phone, Mary had to be one of the kindest most customer service focused driven person I've came across in the service industry in a very long time.

She discussed with me their rates, schedules, etc. After speaking to her it doesn't surprise me at all about all of their raving reviews. These people seem an absolute delight.

I find Ben of Ben's Electric to be very unresponsive, unfortunately. I requested that he do some work, and he confirmed that he would be at the subject property two Fridays ago.  Unfortunately, he never went to the property, and never communicated back to me that he hadn't gone and wasn't going to go.  I'm very disappointed with his service, and wish Ben were a better communicator so I would have been able to have the work done promptly by someone that cares.

Excellent service with great people. Needed generac and they did super job. Fast efficient and kind. Price was reasonable too. Will recommend to everyone.

Referral from a friend. Tim did a great job with getting our ac back up and running! It was a parts replacement and cleaning of the outside unit.

We used Aspen Electric for a few electrical work over the years. Their work has been reliable until we got them to wire up our pool equipment last October. They were informed that the pool has not been used for over eight years. Chris used the existing outdoor conduit and wiring. Rain got into our brand new pool equipment after a few months and the circuit board fried. Chris came back, put some plumber's putty in the junction box and told us to put some caulk on the old conduit connectors. We told them we are not confident that there will not be any water intrusion in the future. Aspen Electric sent us a new quote to redo the work with a $100 discount.

These guys are ROCK STARS, I obtained three quotes for a Cabana I was having built.  They were not the cheapest, nor the most expensive, but their response time was better, and had a good knowledge of what had to be done.  I had to double the service and meter on the house to service the new building, and made numerous changes throughout the construction, and the guys on the job never pushed back on any of them, and when I received the final bill for the additions I felt it was fair.  Thanks to Marlin and his crew for a great job.  Will certainly use again.

Found this company on Yelp.  They came the day we called to repair a couple of electrical problems.  Were friendly and professional.  Completed all the work we requested at a very responsible price.  Will definitely use them in the future and will be recommending them to friends.
