Elite Property Maintenance

Had an old hot tub removed from a house I just bought. They'd left the 220v feed line just lying out in the yard!

Elite came out ASAP, cleaned out the lines, pulled them all the way from the breaker box in the house, and had a Paypal usable link to finish out the invoicing in just under an hour.

Pretty much could not ask for better work. Quick response, on time, responsive to my questions and reasonably priced. Top notch.

We had been having an issue with our A/C the last week. Blowing less air, not as cold of air. Elite Property Management got with me right away. They came out first thing in the morning (even gave me a spot on estimate time). Timothy was who I worked with directly and he helped show me what to look for and how to keep my unit clean and running smoothly during these hotter months. Would recommend!!

Tim came and figured out our electrical outlet issue in a timely manner and had everything fixed in a couple of hours. We were very satisfied with his service and availability the week before Christmas.

Michael came and helped while I was at work. Very nice and took care of everything we needed to get done.

Well, let's see now.  If memory serves, it's been just shy of a year since Tim (owner of Elite Property Maintenance, LLC) rescued me from the undying heated prison that my home had become, due to my HVAC system having gone out on me last summer.  I told my parents what a great job he'd done for me, and at such an affordable rate.

As it turned out, my parents' HVAC system had since gone out at their home.  Now, for those that may recall, I'd stated in my last review of Tim, that I was a DIY kind of guy; until I wasn't.  Well, my father is a DIY kind of guy, as well; times 10!  He'd began working on his HVAC system off and on somewhere in the neighborhood of half a year ago.  He had done everything that I can think of (and then some) to repair it on his own, occasionally with my help.  But as good as my father is, sometimes a job requires the one tool that we may not have.  So in the meantime, as you can imagine, visiting my parents led to experiencing quite a few nippy days and nights to speak of during the winter.  No big deal though, right? - nothing a few portable heaters, blankets and cups of hot cocoa couldn't resolve.  However, now summer is just around the corner, and temperature are already beginning flare.  We've begun to see outside temperatures upward of 90 degrees, and the feeling of discomfort had begun to set in.  My mother began pressuring my father, and thats when I got the call to give Tim a call.

I contacted Tim on April 29th.  Tim was at my parents' home on April 30th (diagnosing the problem FREE OF CHARGE), and the system was up and running, blowing cool air on May 1st; and once again at a... wait for it... wait for it... Yes! At an unbelievably affordable rate!  Similarly as with my experience, upon completing the job, Tim spoke with my father for at least an hour or so, which as stated in last review of Tim, goes a long way in showing how much he values relations with his customers.  I'm fairly certain that my family and I will be customers for life.  

Oh, and for those that may be curious, my HVAC system is still up and running perfectly well, since Tim repaired it last summer.  I, once again, highly recommend Tim for your HVAC maintenance needs.
